Rented this property with expectation to use advertized pool when i asked what time are pool hours was notified that on a 106 degree day could not use it it needed repair when this room clearly advertises a pool

It's obvious the management and owner don't care about the upkeep of this property. Flys in the room. Walls need scrubbing and painting. Limited landscaping is being done on the property: dead grass, dead trees with hanging limbs in the entrance way, pool is pure green filled with algae. Loitering by the homeless with their dogs.

The motel was generally fine for the money paid. The room amenity was better than expected. It has very limited parking space in front of the hotel, so most likely you have to park at the back of the hotel where it seems unsecure. The hotel requires $50 deposit, it's better to do the deposit with cash because it can be returned at the check-out if they confirm the room has nothing missing or damage.

For a 100 bucks you get what you pay for, the pictures online are decieving, no bed spread on beds, dead bugs in the bathroom, dresser with a drawer missing, floor lamp with no light bulb or lamp shade, tv did not work, limited parking spaces.

the tv didnt work. i went to go tell the front desk and they said they would inform maintenance, which meant ntn to me being as i was checking out the next day. How about giving me a new room, a new tv, some type of compensation , an apology not even. horrible service and their pool is always down

Excess wear, including a dirty (green water) pool visible in the grounds exterior. Room reasonably clean and comfortable. Excess hallway noise and loiterers about the grounds(They don't appear to be guests!).

Property needs a facelift, the bed was old and uncomfortable. There was a roach in the bathroom, the pool was off limits. I was given a handicap room, but I didn't ask for one. There homeless people around the property.

Our room smelled very bad, there was trash all over the place. Parking is very limited. Despite having pictures of a hot tub, there was no hot tub - it has been filled in.

My stay there was horrible the tv did not work. Phone to call the front seat didn’t work. The lights went out for like 6 hours and later on that night they went out again. There was bumbs hanging out by the stairs doing drugs. Trash everywhere. Pool was closed and dirty. My kids were not able to get in the pool. Weird people walking around. I was scare not comfortable at all. I was more concerned about my safety there.

The bathroom was not clean. There was not enough safe parking, and I did not get a warm or friendly filling when I checked in.

The bathroom door handle is broken. The bed has no blanket. The bed is hard, like sleeping on the floor. The shower has black mold. The tub floor for the shower is very slippery, not even wet yet, slipped. The stair way rail is loose & I’ve got a fractured foot from before. No ashtray in smoking room! Had to get my own.

This stay was terrible. We took photos. There were people living there and had junk all outside the doors. There were bugs in our room. The sheets were stained. The floors were dirty and broken. It was a terrible stay. We would like to find out how we can get a partial refund for the inconvenience as we spent several hundred dollars to stay there.

Found 10 cockroaches in the bathroom

There are so many bugs, family member got stung by a bug at 1 am on the face. Roaches galore! Front desk lied about sending a maintenance worker never did. Noisy and lots of foot traffic and dangerous activity all day and night.

The roaches and bed bugs... proof after investigation and no refund. Just a discount on another stay but I'm never ever going back 💯

Toilet was dirty, Room was smelly. There were Cockroaches on the Tub and by the phone. Many.

Stay was great. Staff were pretty nice. However the rooms are due for a serious deep cleaning/renovation. Walls were dirty. Spotted a baby roach the day of checkout. Beds are comfy and the room size is huge just due for renovation and or deep clean!

I worried when I went to check in and the lobby was locked and looked NOTHING like the picture in this email. There were bars and plexiglass like it was a bank. This gave me uncomfortable feelings. In the daylight it felt a little better and food is quite convenient, with a Denny's in the parking lot and an In-n-Out a block down the road along with a bunch of other fast food outlets. They are in the middle of restoring the facility and I think once they are done it will be nice. Still not crazy about the check-in area being like a bank.

I strongly advise against staying at this establishment. I traveled three hours to visit Diamond Valley Lake and booked this hotel for a quick overnight stay, expecting a convenient and comfortable experience. Unfortunately, that was far from the case. Upon arriving at 11:30 PM, I immediately noticed a significant number of homeless individuals congregating in the parking lot, which raised safety concerns. Despite my reservations, I proceeded with my stay since I had already prepaid. Upon entering my room at midnight, I found it to be unbearably cold. I attempted to turn on the heater, but it was nonfunctional. After contacting the front desk, a staff member was sent to assess the issue. I was informed that the heating unit was broken and that I would be moved to another room; however, no such relocation occurred. As a result, I was left in a room at 42 degrees Fahrenheit, all while feeling uneasy about my vehicle’s security due to the growing number of individuals outside. By 2:30 AM, I decided to leave. I packed my belongings, left the hotel, and ultimately resorted to sleeping in my car in a Walmart parking lot. This was an extremely disappointing and uncomfortable experience, and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a safe and restful stay.

1st room smelt like smoke, door didnt lock, and TV didnt work was given a 2nd room and lock on door was half broken holes in walls and celing bathroom door looks on last hinge falling off but NO refunds so we made it work since was only there 2 nights. Could use some TLC to the rooms.

The room needs a remodel. No lamp shades, broken tv remote held together with tape. Furniture is torn and stained. Carpet is filthy!

For being connected to a Wyndham name you would think the beds and rooms would be in better condition me and my wife had a tv and no remote and our aunt had a remote and no tv

Overall our stay was good however the second day the key didn't work but the office quickly fixed the issue. Overall the rooms are very old but the sink and the bathrooms are in decent condition.

The room wa ls covered in danmage and it was loud and people fighting and yelling all night

Perhaps one of the worst motels I’ve ever stayed at. Filthy ratty furniture, and paper thin walls. People up and milling around the property at all hours of the night. I had my 11 year old boy with me and regretted bringing him. I will never go back to this place.

Manger and staff was friendly and tried. But i was there for 5 day for work and needed internet. Maid service only once in 5 days, pool closed, no screen on window, door was not secure. They ytied to move me to a room with internet which stunk and was unsanitary Over all a bad stay.

The check-in people were very nice! However, the area was very sketchy and there were young guys hanging out in the parking lot. The room was clean, but there was a tremendous amount of damage to the room like previous holes in the wall, and the baseboard was severely damaged. I have never stayed in a motel room that looked this bad! The hotel parking lot was adjacent to the parking lot for Denny’s, which also had a cocktail lounge. I did not go to dinner there that night, because I did not even feel safe walking across the parking lot. I forgot to mention that my interaction with the check-in person was through a window because the door to the lobby area has been broken (glass) and it was boarded up! I would not recommend any single woman staying here by herself, because there are many other better options in the area.

Stains on chairs, broken dresser, damaged remote, bedding low quality and unsavory people. Checked out 3 hours after check in. Front desk charged a $60 cash deposit at check in that was not mentioned in advertisement? The clerk wrote my credit card number and pin on a piece of paper for the $60 room deposit? I didn’t feel safe.

The guy there told me that the card machine “broke” and they only took cash? When I asked what the price was for the room he told me that it was 160 after I looked what the prices was on good and hotels.com. I decided to get the room through the app because I didn’t trust him and didn’t want to pay double to triple. He then told me that we had to wait 25mins. I decided to stay at the window and 5mins later saw on his screen of scribble that looked like my name and called the guy over again. He told me that he didn’t see it there and I questioned him. He then asked for my ID and came back and said it was there. I do not trust that hotel and think there should be an investigation into him.

Everytime i stay here theres a issue like no buckets to put the ice in...never 😒 we are always put in the back of the hotel like where there are no cameras very loud noisy They charge 1 dollar for a extra key card eveytime u get locked out ur room when should get 2 cards if theres two people in the room i have stayed here more then 6 times and i feel discriminated against, I mean, there's one guy. He's really nice. He's always respectful just doing his job. I suppose, let the rules now. This place are illegal. And when people have a complaint, they should get accommodated.

Horrible!! My room smelled like cigarettes (non-smoking room), the location was horrible as well as parking. Got to the hotel after hours and a lot of homeless and random people hanging out in the parking lots in groups. Very scary walking with small children. people just watching and cursing all night. Worse hotel I've ever stayed out and for a Travelodge and can't forget the flies. there was at least 20 flies in the window of the room and ceiling.

The hotel was filthy and was in a bad part of town.

The property and surrounding areas was homeless and drug dealers hotel had lots of unwanted people room had a huge hole in door from someone punching it . Felt very unsafe as my vehicle too couldn’t get refund to leave No secure parking Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

Area is safe and clean. We can easily walk to go eat in nearby restaurants and shop in stores. Property is kept clean by friendly staffs.

Scary place-A lot of people on assistance. I was in Room 207-Good deadbolt but catch lock busted. Parking appeared so limited I almost gave the key back and left .$60 cash deposit required- ask for a receipt-Was returned next morning but won't if you lose your receipt. Almost slept with a knife nearby. Wog male manager threatened me by intercom or similar device from his office.

Had issue with the TV went to front desk and had some up to fix it in 15 minutes which was good. Had a dog barking a little but only for a short time. Denny’s right here. Feel safe. Room could used some paint. I would say this hotel is doable. Pool looks good but did not try.

Really disappointed drove for hrs to get to a ugly durty room sofa walls really dirty .. Bed not done well the under sheetbed dirty.. no parking in the front so we have to park in the back dengerous parking spot... dirty trash, bottle glass , ... its a lie breakfast included ,,pool not open ,,, Lobby was closed standing outside for 35minutes with the hot weather of 103dg. Never never i will stay there..
