We stay in the 3rd floor and the elevator did not work so it was so terrible to walk down the stairs with our luggage and when we told the receptionist she didn’t offer a discount for the next booking, we do travel often as they can see it..

Couldn't access outside doors with key cards during the day so had to walk all the way around to front entrance/lobby to get back in, even though we were told that you could. Staff was friendly.

The property looks great from the outside and the lobby is very nice, but that\'s where it ends. The rooms are filthy dirty, you can hear everything from outside inside your room. You can hear the TV and the people in the rooms next to you. The floors are terrible as you can hear the people above stomping around. The bathroom has toilets so low to the ground, they are for children, not adults. The drip/leak in the tub was terrible. No facial tissue in the bathroom. The staff knows nothing about events or what\'s going on in their city. There is only one way in and out of the hotel parking lot. It makes for a frustrating experience. The word used to describe the rooms would be "dump". On a positive note, the breakfast was good.

There are not a lot of great hotel options in Hemet, and I always feel safe going with the Hampton Inn. This was probably one of the least positive experiences. I’ve had there, but even that said, I would still choose it again over some of the other local options. The room had some issues with cleanliness that gave me pause (or example, random hairs on the bathroom soap dish and around the bathroom floor), and I will go out of my way to avoid ever staying in #125 again because it was across from the laundry room, and the staff kept opening and closing dryer doors at 6 AM, which I could hear clearly from my bed. Otherwise, this hotel is pretty consistent.

Had a great stay.Staff was great.Place was clean.There were some ants in our room but there’s not much that can be done about that.It is summer time.The parking lot at night turns into a party though,with sketchy people hanging out late hours by the cars.

Was a good value for the money spent. Was there for 4 days and breakfast options were different each day. Maid service was supposed to be every other day, but only towels got changed out on the maid's day, bed not made and toilet not cleaned. Overall a nice hotel and a good stay for us.

The hotel is beautiful. Room is great. But my time the guests above me walked, i could hear every step very clearly. The bathtub also creaked and groaned with every step so i was nervous about bothering guests below me. The breakfast in the morning was great. Pool area clean and inviting. Beds are okay. Overall still a relaxing stay and will be going back. Im just going to make sure I'm on the third floor!

The size of the room was huge which made it even better using the sofa bed there was still massive room to walk around the batroom was very very clean and plenty of room there also ( just my personal opinion there are never enough towels for whatever reason maybe put body wash along side of the shampoo thats already there) I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast that was offered alittle something for everyone to enjoy I would absolutely stay at this location again if need be Thank you Hampton Inn fir such a great and comfortable stay!!

It's by far the most beautiful hotel in town. The rooms are just basic, but they have a small couch and a desk which makes it great for business trips. Breakfast is a big plus. A step above your basic Continental Breakfast. Scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, etc.

We have been king-term customers of both Expedia and Hampton Inn for years. We’ve stayed at at least a dozen different Hampton Inns, and we’ve always had excellent service. This time, the rates were higher than usual, so I booked the non-refundable rate. Our tournament ended up getting rained out and cancelled the next day. I knew it would be non-refundable, but in the past they’ve always at least applied credit for another stay. This place refused. I politely asked for reconsideration. I politely asked for the manager and left a message. I left my name and number. I called back. She didn’t even have the courtesy to return my call. I was extremely dissatisfied with the sub-par customer service and lack of response by management here.

This is our second year staying at this hotel for the K1 nationals kart race. Kristen at the front desk was extremely accommodating and super friendly. She made the experience enjoyable. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. Parking is ample and there is a nice pool and hot tub. It is centrally located near restaurants and shopping. I recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. It has been a consistently good experience for us. The price is also reasonable. I would not hesitate to stay here again and that's coming from someone who travels a lot on business and pleasure.

Very nice hotel in the middle of town. Easy access to everything, and the breakfast was fantastic! The room was very nice and comfortable. I appreciated the side table for my c-pap machine and was able to sleep without worrying about my hose!

Te one thing that I did not like was the lack of food at the breakfast. when you ran out of items an hour before it was supposed to be finished , I was not able to get my complete breakfast. Very disappointed.
