There was no hot water. The front door lock was broken and people were knocking at the door constantly. Plus a lot of loitering in the parking lot. Stayed first floor and it was a bad experience. Smelly smoking rooms, plumbing cleanout cap missing, outdated plumbing fixtures, loose shower head, old bath towels, very bad repaired walls and paint job, dirty stairway, balcony and parking lot, not feeling safe with people drinking on parking lot.

Place was dirty there was bumbs hanging out on the stairs doing drugs people screaming in the morning pool was closed and dirty lights went out for 5 hours and later on at night they went out again. I had my kids with me they were scare I was concerned about my safety .

Property itself is old. The vending machine for a soda charges $1.50 BUT does NOT accept quarters as payment. HOWEver, (1) the machine WILL dispense change if youre willing and thirsty enough to gamble the 2nd 1dollar bill. BEYOND THAT, (2) staff is really nice, (3)appears within a less than 1/2 of a minute upon you entering- no matter what the time is day or night,(4) theyre willing to make changes to an already scheduled reservation without penalty, (5)theyre cleaning staff holds it down (meaning theyre on point and have the essentials aand hand and ready for use) (6) NOT TO MENTION the rooms are the roomiest rooms than any lame ass motel 6 or quality/days in. (7)the BEDS TOO!!!!. they aint no tempurpedic, more like some bed in a box, but at least (8) the beds arent infested with bugs which (9) that was my 1st night sleeping on one of those bed in a box thingy, was a great nights sleep. And (10) you can see your car from your room window, (11)a well look parking lot. Also (12) next to probably THE MOST POPULAR BAR/NIGHT CLUB that hemet, san jacinto, valle vista have to offer.

Well this motel isn't very clean, the room wasn't up to par. Pubic hairs still in bathtub, duct tape window blinds, the only good thing about this motel is that they allow dogs!

Felt unsafe from the time we pulled up. People hanging around, taking furniture from a couple rooms. Staff asked 'what do you want' when we walked up. Checked in against my better judgment and went to the room. The room smelled terrible. Water dripping from the faucet and tub. Stayed long enough to find another hotel and left. Cost me half the cost of the room to cancel but no way we could stay there.

At least we had a roof over our heads, but this place was dirty and sketchy. Homeless people walking through the parking lot would ask me for money. The floor on our room was never mopped. I walked barefoot for 10 steps and the bottom of my feet were completely black. I wouldn't stay here again.

The room was not cleaned when we entered there was hair all over the bathroom. We came back 3 hours later. Black mold growing in the bathroom on the ceiling and walls. During the night the bathroom ceiling started to leak and by morning the floor was flooded I had to use all the towels to soak it up. I told manager and they never came over. When I went back to the office to say I was using the trash can because the ceiling was leaking so bad she told me to turn the water off?? I told her again it's coming from the room above us and through the ceiling! We checked out early and left.

Dirty, old and smelly room. I remote control for TV, no toilet paper. The door to the bathroom did not lock, the door had two holes, the microwave was old and dirty. The mattress was super hard, the sheets were old and dingy. Would never stay at this hotel ever again.

DO NOT BOOK HERE - DECEPTIVE PHOTOS & FILTHY ROOMS! I was completely misled by the photos of this inn. Upon arrival, I was shocked at how dirty and disgusting the room was. The entire place reeked of cigarette smoke, and the sheets were filthy and the walls are moldy, the bathroom is disgusting like no one cleaned it. It was by far the worst hotel experience l've ever had. I went to the office to talk to the woman who is the desk manager to request a refund, she said I had to contact the lady who runs this inn, when I contact her she outright refused and offered to "spray Febreze" to cover the stench-completely unacceptable. The customer service was just as awful as the condition of the room. Instead of addressing my concerns, I was met with rudeness and disregard. I had no choice but to leave and book another hotel, making this entire situation incredibly stressful, especially after driving all the way from Fresno for my trip. This was a complete nightmare —never again! Avoid this place at all costs!

Scary and dirty. 1st key given to me belonged to another guest. I walked into their room. 2nd room, heater didn't work. 3rd key, the door was jammed and we couldn't open. Finally 4th key/room worked, but door frame was broken. Looked like someone had kicked in the door. Room was grungy. I would never recommend this place.

My key did not work. There was a room with its door open and three people dancing to loud music on the balcony. At 2:30pm someone below my room decided to renovate the room. There were noises of construction and door slamming for the next hour. I requested non smoking but was placed in a room that was 90 plus degrees and smelled of smoke.

No heating, no hot water, no soap, no shampoo, very strong smell of cigarettes that even my clothes and blankets were smelling like it. Had to stop to a laundry to wash everything before going home. Room had broken furniture, mattress that you sink into. Stay because didn’t had another option my drive home was still 3 hours. wouldn’t recommend specially with kids.

Worst motel so far, very dirty walls the windows were old and stained. The bathtub was disgusting, very old faucet handles. Toilet had a constant leak that made it uncomfortable to sleep. The door did not work the staff had to unlock it for me everytime.

It not exactly as picture being show exactly. Next room with loud noise in mid-morning 3am to 7am. The office dumb for giving another customer to walk into our room 5am. While we were sleeping. They say bed sheet were change but it reused. That reason why they book room that low. They don't repair any damaged. They expect us to inform every details in room.

Owner agreed to refund due to issues with 1st and 2nd room not even livable more less safe. He then direct us to contact Expedia to complete refund process and he’d approve. I did as direct upon leaving he said take another key (3rd room now) in case Expedia does not answer immediately once resolved with Expedia return key. We never entered room three and did as directed to be told once arrived to give key back he would not refund after he’d agreed never again please stay far away from this motel! Issues such as room door did not lock, toilet overflow, cereal came up sink when using because sink backup, cigarette burns on cover, no station on tv worked, overall unsanitary and inhumane!

I did as direct upon leaving he said take another key (3rd room now) in case Expedia does not answer immediately once resolved with Expedia return key. We never entered room three and did as directed to be told once arrived to give key back he would not refund after he’d agreed never again please stay far away from this motel! Issues such as room door did not lock, toilet overflow, cereal came up sink when using because sink backup, cigarette burns on cover, no station on tv worked, overall unsanitary and inhumane!

This place was an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! We pulled in and homeless/druggies were hanging out and staying there. The door stuck and the desk clerk had to open it for us. The stench from the room was absolutely nauseating! It smelled like what you would imagine a heroine den would smell like! We DID NOT stay and paid an additional $400 to stay somewhere else. BUT there was NO WAY we were going to stay. Save your money AND your Safety by NEVER going to this property!

I had booked online and once I got there they said that they couldn’t check me in because it wasn’t charged yet they charged my bank. Then I left and they called me in about 20 min saying that they found the reservation and we could go back but we were already too far to go back but they weren’t going to give us our money back. And horrible customer service, she threw my ID and phone down on the table.

Property itself is old. The vending machine for a soda charges $1.50 BUT does NOT accept quarters as payment. HOWEver, (1) the machine WILL dispense change if youre willing and thirsty enough to gamble the 2nd 1dollar bill. BEYOND THAT, (2) staff is really nice, (3)appears within a less than 1/2 of a minute upon you entering- no matter what the time is day or night,(4) theyre willing to make changes to an already scheduled reservation without penalty, (5)theyre cleaning staff holds it down (meaning theyre on point and have the essentials aand hand and ready for use) (6) NOT TO MENTION the rooms are the roomiest rooms than any lame ass motel 6 or quality/days in. (7)the BEDS TOO!!!!. they aint no tempurpedic, more like some bed in a box, but at least (8) the beds arent infested with bugs which (9) that was my 1st night sleeping on one of those bed in a box thingy, was a great nights sleep. And (10) you can see your car from your room window, (11)a well look parking lot. Also (12) next to probably THE MOST POPULAR BAR/NIGHT CLUB that hemet, san jacinto, valle vista have to offer.

The room was clean but didn't look anything like the pictures. The bed was super squeaky. Any movement on the bed and it would shake and make a lot of noise. The bathroom had insects and bugs crawling around the window and toilet. The walls were very thin and the neighbors next to the room were very noisy for most of the night. The area that the hotel was in was also not a very safe place. I was on alert just walking to my room from the car since even the parking lot had some sketchy people walking around. Would not stay here again.

The list of "amenities" is a HUGE joke. No breakfast, no hair dryers in the room, no coffee/tea maker. No facial tissues, two towels, no washclothes. They failed to give me the code for the internet. Roaches all over. Tub and sink are run down. Bedspread has cigarette burns/holes. Sheets are stained. Ice Machine takes money, but delivers no ice. No breakfast!! Noisy!! I was on the bottom floor and they went bowling above us every night I swear from midnight to 2am. Then 4am the work people started going out, boot stomping, and cat calling the whole way. Bring food and ear plugs and towels and you'll be okay.

The room was very dirty. There's a lot of cracks and some areas there was mold. The bathtub was all stained and dirty. There was even insects dead inside there was stuff written all over the walls. One of the bedsheets was dirty, and the other one looked like there was a burnt hole on it overall, it was very dirty and not well maintained.
