The front desk girl was rude unhelpful charged me and other two other people 20 dollars extra for the same room with no explanation when the website said otherwise. She might be stealing money from them just seems very suspicious.

Several plugs in the room did not work. TV remote was dead. TV when it did turn in was all glitched out. Trash in the hallways and needed sweeping.

The room was not clean, although the bed linens seemed freshly washed. Dust on the furniture. The condition of the kitchenette was horrible with rust in the sink and on the stove. The tub finish was peeling off and did not look clean. Glad I only stayed one night.

I wasn't expecting much, but the property, or at least the room that I got was very deteriorated. In general it felt dirty. The only pro, was that the towels were clear as well as the sheets on the bed. I have stayed at other Extended Stays, and this was definitely the worst in terms of condition
