Bedbugs in the two rooms booked, no response from lobby staff. The worst experience in a hotel. I will not stay in the future at this hotel

I paid over $200.00 for a king size bed with a couch and I got there they told me that they have no king size what so ever and I had over paid for the room. But no refund either. Be carefull with the apps selling you something is not there or the hotel la lied about the rooms.
