This a Refreshed, older property run by a nice new onsite couple. Very cheery, basic rms. It's easy to find, near the upscale Downtown, City Cultural Center, P.O. & between 2 Hwy turn offs. Plenty of Parking. Bring yr own coffee maker but has a Fridge & Microwave. Very Clean. Very convenient location. FYI: The Old Granada Theater has Wonderful Sit Down Dinner Shows.

The room was almost bare of what you would expect to find in a hotel room - no cups, no coffee maker (not available in the office either), one washcloth and one hand towel, no suitcase rack, no ice machine, no food/drink vending machines, no desk, no desk chair and the shower curtain was filthy with black on the bottom as well as other stains. I took it down for them to get the hint to wash it. I reserved this room because it had a very good rating. The owner must have had all his cousins leave a review!!! I probably should have walked away when I went into the tiny office and the guy was behind plexiglass with a 'We support our local police' sticker on it.

The room was basic, but clean. Also included a small cube refrigerator and microwave. No in room coffee, or continental breakfast, but that is reflected in the very reasonable and low price. I would give 5 stars for value (excellent) and 3.5 stars ( Average) for quality and amenities.

Filthy and disgusting. Thick dust everywhere. Mirrors massively stained with drops and lipstick. Shower has a broken off faucet handle. Bath towel has blue stains and a big hole. Hair in the tub. Stains on walls and ceiling. Dirt on refigerator door and thick ice inside freezing compartnent. Dirt under the bed blanket. Brown smudge under toilet cover. Brown ring around water in toilet. Towels not white but grayish. Door did not open easily with the card, which had to be used at a certain angle. Ceiling lamp was replaced with a stuffed plastic bag. Cest of drawers was broken. Bed was comfy and glad there was no carpet. Manager was friendly. Smelled okay.

I was given a room on the second floor on the end. It was larger than I was expecting---bigger than your standard motel room. It was clean, had a mini-fridge, microwave, TV with lots of channels, shampoo and soap dispensers. Wooden blinds covered the windows, and you could close the bottom ones and leave the top ones open for privacy, although I didn't have anyone walking by because of the location of my room. My only gripe is that the tub drain ran slow. The traffic noise was considerable, but if you either sleep like a log or wear earplugs, like I did, it shouldn't disturb your sleep.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. A little bit noisy. There was a massive gap at the bottom my room door that a snake or something could have easily gotten under. I placed a towel at the base to try and block it off for the night.

Tv was broken, the owner had to come in 3 different times to try to fix it because it fell off the wall. the room was absolutely dirty and didnt look to have been cleaned prior. paid for 2 king beds and they were queens. not worth the price at all. very disappointed.

Owner was very understanding when i had car trouble and my car came back on a tow truck . Even hooked me up with a mobile mechanic who replaced my starter for a very fair price .
