Very convenient to downtown and all the activities happening. Very limited parking within the hotel, but plenty of parking in the public parking lot as well as street.

Property was average. Parking is terrible. Theres about 20 spots in their lot and surrounding area is timed. So my group, of 4 cars, was moving vehicles every 3 hours for two days. Rooms were old, dated and barely functional. One sink was clogged and in the other room the ironing board wouldn’t stay closed. Ice maker was out of service. Staff was friendly. Location was phenomenal.

Property was in a great location. However, the room lacked basic upkeep. There was patching done near the main door and it wasn’t even painted over. Also, the shutters didn’t work well so light can come in and more importantly, anyone walking by can see. The overall room needs major maintenance performed and the pool was pretty dirty as well.

Easy to find and definitely walkable for the tasting rooms, this property seems like it would check all the boxes for a quick trip to Napa. Free parking is fantastic and appreciated. Front desk was very talkative, which i thought was nice. The room looked like it had been updated in the past couple of years. Unfortunately there were some issues with different things. The ceiling in the bathroom had paint/texture falling off, which showed some mold underneath. The fan and light in the bathroom didn't work, which might be part of the reason for the issue with the ceiling. My husband found dried urine on the underside of the toilet seat when he went to use the bathroom right after we arrived. I did like the ample space to put toiletries in the shower though. The blow dryer had sticky fingerprints and hair all over it. On our last morning, the light over the sink stopped working. The bed was awful. I can sleep on almost anything, but I woke up in pain. Lots of plugs in the room though, for all your charging needs. The do not disturb sign was missing from our room. And the room smelled weird. There didn't appear to be an elevator. Their nod to security (a key carded door at the base of the stairs) was broken and you could open it without using your key card. The exterior of the building had lots of peeling paint and dry rot. If you can look past the building and room issues, it's an ok place to stay.

The agents were wonderful! Area was quiet and conveniently placed for waking to shops and dining. Just a few updates will make this hotel more competitive. Ice maker was broken, but wait staff was able to give us ice. No fridges or microwaves. So make sure you bring a cooler. The carpet needs to removed for a more modern and germ conscious experience.

Property was conveniently located in Downtown Napa. Although it’s advertises free parking there isnt enough to accommodate all guest. It is first come basis. Walls are a bit thin as well.

Great location walkable to Bottlerock festival and downtown Napa, clean and comfy. Only note for other visitors is that parking is first come first served so we had to park off property in nearby residential streets for the weekend

The property was walking distance to shopping and dining areas. Parking was a bit difficult because it was limited, the pool was dirty and small for the amount of guests that the hotel accommodates, needs updating in some areas, our shower curtain was dirty on the bottom and the tub drained very slowly.

The hotel staff were always very courteous and helpful. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was quite poor. In my first room, the carpet had dirt on it and clearly had not been vacuumed. I was switched to another room where the carpet was also dirty but not as bad as the first. Sheets and towels were clean. Shower worked well. However, there were ants on one side wall and the sink didn't drain very well. By the end of my 3 days, the sink didn't drain at all. The blankets were thin so I asked for an extra. The blankets given to me were clearly not washed.

This hotel is in need of a cash infusion for renovations. The carpets are lumpy and overall everything was not well-cleaned. Someone’s old charger was plugged in to the wall, there were blackberries in the sink drain, which was missing the drain stopper. Scratches on the door connecting two rooms where a chair had been scratching it for ages. The toilet would randomly start running during the night. The room next door the window screen was shredded.

The bathroom was dirty, tidy but stained and old. Picture missing on the wall, just bolts. Decor was meh. Final straw, towel had a big red lipstick stain. For the price and being in Napa, I expected better. Really disappointed.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It was absolutely disgustingly dirty. The room smelled like urine and cigarettes. Also, it was so loud, it never got quiet. I left after the first horrible night and didn’t return for my second night. The photos were very misleading as this is a very old, dirty, gross, disgusting place. Do not stay here. Staying out on the street would have cleaner and quieter.

The walls, doors and floor edges and corners were disgusting. Dried Food under the bed. Mold in the bathroom in the ahower and bathroom walls. Very helpful service though. Cheapest place in Napa and now we know why.

For the money that was spent at this property, I was very disappointed. The room was dirty. Saw cobwebs, a shaving razor cover. Bathroom was gross! Door was dirty, a shelf had soap residue on it, the night stand beside the bed was sticky, saw a pill on the floor, the floor in bathroom looked like it had mold around the corners, cracked tile. The room smelled stuffy.. I dont like writing anything negative but I was disappointed with this room. Especially for the price and it being Napa!! Oh, and the parking area had room for maybe 15 or so vehicles. Very small. I will say the staff at check-in was great!!

The location of this hotel is great. That is the only thing it has going for it. The heater/air conditioner front panel fell off in the middle of the night on its own. The second day we did not have housekeeping service and when we asked at the front desk we were told that they didn’t have enough rooms booked so they did not have housekeeping come to work. There was no communication to us that this was going to happen and we had to ask for fresh towels, etc. There was a lot of noise during the night like they were working in some of the rooms. The stairs to get to the second floor were bumpy and were not safe. The bathroom had black mold around the caulking, cracked tiles in the bathroom. The shower head was so low. The side chair was so soiled that I would not sit in it.

Great location. Please note though this is a motel. It is only kept up to a minimum level and could use a major overhaul. Will probably pay a little more and stay somewhere nicer next time. Quite noisy, paper thin walls.

The hotel is in a great location and provides all the basics for a short stay. We disliked the white LED lights that gave the room the feeling of an operating room. It made a difference in our stay. Perhaps they can be substituted with LED lights that have a warmer hue. Additionally we could not log into wifi unless we did so in the lobby. The heating units are outdated and clunky. They need to be modernized for guests; convenience.

Great location, nice staff, comfortable room. Walls are paper thin and people tend to drink a lot when in Napa so lot's of noise late at night. Our last night, the hotel had a lot of vacancies, but they put a guest right next door so another night of being awakened at 2:30 a.m. That doesn't seem very conscientious on their part, but probably more convenient for the cleaning staff. Parking is pretty limited, but nearby options make that less of a problem.

Dirty, bad WiFi, shady parking situation and staff gave bad guidance on how to find proper parking. Maintenance was bad — letting linens get dirty in between multiple days of waiting for fresh ones. Will not be back!

Not very much parking inside the complex to secure vehicles that have expensive equipment inside of them for one. Or two, the bathtub plugged up within the first 30 minutes of being there and taking a shower so they moved us rooms, for three the AC stopped working in the second room we were in, the phone didn’t work, and the floor had candy and garbage underneath the beds not to mention, the beds are harder than a rock. i’m seriously not a picky person, but was definitely unhappy with this hotel.

The cleanliness of the room is not ideal. The room looked like it was barely vacuumed. There was a shower jacuzzi tub that wasn’t very clean. All the jets had grime and dirt around them. And the iron didn’t work.

Very old. Loud, paper thin walls but if you’re not planning to stay around downtown much, this is perfect. It’s not meant for you to hang out and chill out. The place is at least clean, but our ceiling was ripping, and it just gave a rather sub par vibe even when compared to the big chains such as best western/motel 6. But hey, it was less than 300/night, and we were in the heart of downtown, walking distance to everything!!!

Upon arrival, I noticed the lobby had a noticeable odor of marijuana. The front desk associate was visibly distracted, playing video games and eating pizza during check-in, which came across as unprofessional. The property itself appears to be an older motel that has been repainted and rebranded as a hotel. The restrooms are outdated, and the carpet appears worn and unclean. Overall, I would not recommend staying at this hotel. It may be worth spending a bit more for accommodations that offer a cleaner and more professional environment. The only plus is the location. You are one block away from downtown.

For the money the room was great. What makes this property exceptional is Gary! Never have we experienced such amazing service with such a happy person! His Joie de vivre is contagious and you can’t help but be joyful around him. We love you, Gary!!!

The front desk staff was super friendly and went out of their way to solve several of our problems of which all were our doing. One in our group forgot her toothbrush, so Gary who checked us in, came up to our room and hand-delivered a toothbrush and toothpaste. He also accommodated us with late checkout as we were doing a half marathon and needed to shower before heading out after the race. Last problem was that I forgot my running shoes in the room. I phoned the hotel and they were located and will be sent to me. So thankful for the comfortable accommodations AND over-the-top customer service! Plus, this hotel was in a super convenient location and walking distance to a wonderful selection of eateries.

We arrived 90 minutes prior to check in and the receptionist charged us an additional $80 for early check in even though the room was ready. Additionally the room safe was inoperable and we had to secure our valuables at another hotel with our in laws. Also the HVAC unit in the room worked intermittently.

Reception staff were outstanding and very knowledgeable on the area. The guy gave great recommendations on places to eat and visit. Hotel is very clean and located in a very central spot for exploring Napa. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Similar to an older style motel, the location is perfect in downtown Napa. You can walk to pretty much everything. Rooms were clean and quiet. Super impressed for the price. Free parking was also a nice bonus. Would stay here again.

Lovely hotel right in downtown Napa. We walked all over the place and barely used our rental car. Everyone was very kind and helpful. The towels were lovely and we had a different configuration every day. It was our guessing game! Do we get wash clothes today? No! But we managed just fine. We will definitely stay here again when we are in Napa!

Staff were friendly and check in and out was efficient and easy. Room was basic and clean. Everything worked with no issues. It was located in a great spot close to downtown but not in the middle of the noise, tourists and etc- very walkable to all areas of downtown. It’s not the boutique hotel experience, but for the good price you pay, it checked all the boxes for a decent clean room in a safe neighborhood and close proximity to downtown shops and restaurants. Would stay again. The only improvement I would recommend is maybe herbal tea in the room and small bagged basic breakfast in the morning for travelers ( granola bar, fruit, pastry , bottle/box of juice )

Property is average because of the limited amendities like in room refrigerator, microwave, no morning items for breakfast. Our room's air conditioner ran subpar at times (cold air sometimes cool to warm air at others). In hindsight, I should have read in detail everything available for that site. Some positive: very close to downtown where there are many restaurants and shops, room was nice to the eyes, price for room was average, front office personnel was very nice polite. Overall, average.
