This Inn was the perfect choice for an affordable stay in the Napa Valley. It was clean, comfortable and had ample parking. The staff we interacted with were all very friendly and helpful. Our room on the ground floor had a very small outdoor patio, which enabled us to eat our breakfast outside each morning. Additionally, the Inn has a small wine tasting each afternoon which was a nice touch. The location is quiet and safe, however not walkable to shops or restaurants.

Exceptional place, staff, room, accessibility. The breakfast is a unique and exceptional as they bring it to your room in the morning. They also have a wine tasting hour that is very unique and fun. The hotel is located right off the highway and 5 min away from downtown Napa where you can enjoy a good selection of restaurants and a nice stroll down the river. It is also 10 min away from a variety of wineries. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was very clean and accommodating. We were a little early and called to check if our room was ready early and it was. Not only was it ready, they gave us a complimentary upgrade. Little did they know we had just gotten engaged so it was an amazing surprise! The room was spotless and comfortable. They had a wine hour where you were able to sample 3 different wines and they had mini charcuterie samples too. They also provide free room service breakfast that was served on a try. I have nothing but great things to say about this hotel and would 100% stay again and recommend it to anyone I know visiting the Napa area.

I really enjoyed my stay here and the front desk staffs have been wonderful and very helpful! The in room breakfast is such a great amenities and the afternoon wine hour is the an icing on the cake. Free parking onsite and convenient location (5 mins drive away from downtown Napa), the room is clean and well equipped with mini fridge and air conditioning.The white noise machine is very helpful to block off the traffic noise, to accomodate the downside given by the location (close by freeway and freeway exit, so the traffic noise is expected during morning and throughout the days).

The room was beautiful, cozy, and spotless. The made to order breakfast that was brought to our room each morning, was delicious. Wine hour was vey nice, with individual charcuterie cups for guests. My husband and I were very happy with our very first stay in Napa!

Super friendly staff. They were able to provide early checkin. The wine reception and the breakfast exceeded my expectations. A bonus was having access to coffee and water in the lobby 24/7. The room was very clean. Proximity to downtown is great. We enjoyed walking through the quaint neighborhood to get to dinner downtown.

The staff and service at this small boutique hotel was exceptional! They offered a limited breakfast menu where they delivered breakfast to your room every morning. The staff working at the front desk were all very friendly. The room we stayed in was on the ground floor and had a fireplace and a small patio. The room was nicely decorated and clean! The only thing that my wife and I didn’t care for was the bed, it was so hard we felt like we was sleeping on the floor.

We had a really nice stay. Staff was super friendly. The in-room breakfast and the wine tasting in the afternoons was a great touch. We were on the 3rd floor and the water pressure in the shower was really low. Otherwise everything was great!

What a great stay! The room (301] is beautiful and the sunset from the large picture window was stunning. Nightly wine hour with charcuterie and the breakfast brought to our room made the stay even more memorable. Be advised there’s some road noise because of the location’s proximity to the freeway, but our room was also furnished with a white noise machine. It’s a couple miles to the downtown part of Napa, but easily drivable. We would stay here again!

Wonderful spacious room and bathroom, high ceilings. We were upgraded. Room was very clean and "high end". This was our second stay at this hotel. Unlike the first time, I found this bed to be too hard and uncomfortable. However, my husband didn't notice any issues with the bed. We will stay there again. If you are into walking, its a very nice walk to downtown.

Our stay at Bel Abri Napa Valley Inn was very nice. The room was nice. We were welcomed nicely by the front desk. The roll in shower was great- the water pressure was low, which is ok, just somewhat surprising. The breakfast looked nice, although we went to Sunshine Cafe on Trancas after seeing their ad in the tourist magazine. I would highly recommend this Inn for visitors to Napa, or even anywhere in the Napa Valley, as it is very simple to access from Highway 29.

The front desk staff say the go home at 8pm but if you have an issue you can call them after 8pm. The AC unit started fsiling in our room so I went to the desk at 7:30pm and no one was there, they had altready left. I tried xalling and it just rang several times the hung up. No way to contact anyone. I was going to let them know at check out but there was no one at the desk in the morning at 8am. Verry disappointed with the customer service and had a miserable night.
The front desk staff say the go home at 8pm but if you have an issue you can call them after 8pm. The AC unit started fsiling in our room so I went to the desk at 7:30pm and no one was there, they had altready left. I tried xalling and it just rang several times the hung up. No way to contact anyone. I was going to let them know at check out but there was no one at the desk in the morning at 8am. Verry disappointed with the customer service and had a miserable night.

This Inn was the perfect choice for an affordable stay in the Napa Valley. It was clean, comfortable and had ample parking. The staff we interacted with were all very friendly and helpful. Our room on the ground floor had a very small outdoor patio, which enabled us to eat our breakfast outside each morning. Additionally, the Inn has a small wine tasting each afternoon which was a nice touch. The location is quiet and safe, however not walkable to shops or restaurants.

Exceptional place, staff, room, accessibility. The breakfast is a unique and exceptional as they bring it to your room in the morning. They also have a wine tasting hour that is very unique and fun. The hotel is located right off the highway and 5 min away from downtown Napa where you can enjoy a good selection of restaurants and a nice stroll down the river. It is also 10 min away from a variety of wineries. Would definitely stay here again.

The wine reception - so lively! Room was comfortable, cozy, everything I needed. Easy parking and safe. Important when my Volvo was loaded to the gills with a partial move. Breakfast arrived exactly as ordered and on time. Walkable to downtown if I’d had more time but drive instead and enjoyed a quick walk and shop downtown Napa. Perfect given my limited time.

The highlight of the Bel Abri is really their in-room breakfast! What a treat to be served a fabulous handmade-to-order breakfast instead of the tasteless apples and processed danishes at most places. The room was very spacious. It's a bit outside of downtown Napa, about a 5 min drive and probably 20 min walk.

I really enjoyed my stay here and the front desk staffs have been wonderful and very helpful! The in room breakfast is such a great amenities and the afternoon wine hour is the an icing on the cake. Free parking onsite and convenient location (5 mins drive away from downtown Napa), the room is clean and well equipped with mini fridge and air conditioning.The white noise machine is very helpful to block off the traffic noise, to accomodate the downside given by the location (close by freeway and freeway exit, so the traffic noise is expected during morning and throughout the days).

We really enjoyed the two nights we stayed. Our room was very roomy and comfortable. The only down side was the noise up above us. Our breakfast was served on disposable plates and our tray was very mixed up. We also had to go out to ask for a second set of silverware which took so long my husbands meal was cold. Omelets were made from artificial egg something.:( toast hard and cold.

Hotel was very clean and accommodating. We were a little early and called to check if our room was ready early and it was. Not only was it ready, they gave us a complimentary upgrade. Little did they know we had just gotten engaged so it was an amazing surprise! The room was spotless and comfortable. They had a wine hour where you were able to sample 3 different wines and they had mini charcuterie samples too. They also provide free room service breakfast that was served on a try. I have nothing but great things to say about this hotel and would 100% stay again and recommend it to anyone I know visiting the Napa area.

Overall the Bel Abri was a really nice and clean hotel. The staff was so nice and welcoming. On our first day there we joined Albert for wine hour in the lobby. He was very pleasant to speak to. The complementary breakfast was great and filing.

Pros: -Clean -Easy access right off freeway -Comfortable bed Cons: -The free breakfast is served on disposable plates and the food matched that vibe. I declined it my second morning in favor of airport food. -The front desk closes at 8pm. As in there's no one around. Seems very odd, particularly for the rates they're charging. -There's not really anything nearby from a walking perspective. Had to drive or catch a Lyft to downtown restaurants and bars. Great place to stay while in Napa close to the downtown. Nice staff and the breakfast had a nice variety to choose from that is delivered to your room in the morning. Our room faced the street which made it a little noisier than I prefer (cars). We appreciated the nice robes and spacious room.
