My stay was pleasant. One thing I really did like, that was unexpected, was that my room had a covered car space next to entry door. Very convenient. Not for a big car but perfect for smaller - mid size. My only real negative thing was that you can really hear the traffic on the road.

Check in was easy, the front desk person was pleasant. Parking spaces are available in front of your door for each room. There are no frills here, the room is modest but it is fairly clean and close to downtown Napa.

This property was perfect for what I needed--a reasonably priced (for Napa), conveniently located, quiet and clean place to rest my head between festivities for a friend's wedding. I liked that it is a mile (4 minute drive) from downtown Napa with its restaurants and activities. Also nice to be on the Silverado Trail which is far less congested than #29. There are zero amenities--not even a coffee maker in the room. This is not a place to linger, but absolutely functional and just fine for what I needed.

We were pleasantly surprised at cuteness of the property. We had our own liitle cabin and it was nice. No in room coffee is our only complaint. Otherwise close to restaurants and quiet part of town.

Simple no-frills place to stay for quick overnight trip. They should find a larger location for their breakfast area. It was kind of off-season - can’t imagine what it’s like if it was fully booked. Nice parking spots labeled for each room, not that people pay attention. Room was clean and comfortable.

This is your average motel with a fairly hefty price tag. The rooms didn’t really look as pictured and smelled of mildew. The bed was subpar and management definitely could invest in new pillows. We had options of oatmeal, bread, or a cheap danish for breakfast. The room was fairly clean though and the inn is located near a few wineries.

I had high hopes for this property given the reviews I read, but sadly I felt let down. My room had a damp smell like mildew, the chair was broken, and the sheets were stained. Other blemishes/marks around the room were less problematic, but they real need to invest in new sheets. The first set did not appear clean, and if they were clean, then they absolutely need to invest in new sheets. The chair should've just been removed from the room rather than providing a clearly broken chair. Overall, it's fine, but this place was not cheap. Also the breakfast spread was cereal and bread, and I trusted neither after the state of my room. It's a motel, it is what it is.

The room was smelly and dirty upon our arrival, the beds were littered with dark black hair - the three of us are blonde - and there were so many stains in and on the beds. It was incredibly clear that the room was not cleaned properly and we had to make the decision to stay somewhere else last minute.

This was the worst place ever. Do not book here. It was so unsanitary and disgusting. The moment we checked in and went to the room, we checked out immediately. The toilet was dirty, microwave, bed, fridge, etc you name it. (I even have pictures)They didn’t want to give us a refund. The staff was so unprofessional and rude. They had their sandals/shoes scattered in the lobby as if they lived there or something. We are so upset because we had to waste more money to find a different hotel.

WARNING FOR WOMEN! Check out is 11. At 9am I was awaken to a knock on the door. Before i could respond the the 2nd knock, an older man was letting himself in. I sprung from the bed to keep it shut as I was in my underwear. I asked what the hell he was doing and he responded he wanted to know if i was staying another night. I yelled my reservation was only for 1 night and for him to leave. Around 1015 another knock on the door. I yelled "what!" and he left without saying anything. I left shortly after as i felt unsafe. In addition to that...the tv did not work. And i used sanitizer wipes to hit surface areas and they turend black. Pretty disgusting. I checked out and got a room up the street.

From the moment you check in the manager is very rude, asks you a million questions and asks you what time you are checking out the next day, I told him I will check out at 11 since that’s the check out time but that still didn’t stop him from banging on our door at 10am to leave or pay for another day! On top of that there’s no hot water and the room was freezing because the heater doesn’t work. Take your business elsewhere because it seems like they don’t even want you there in the first place.

Looked nicer online. Close for driving in Napa. Front desk owners were super nice. Bed i sunk in on one side so I think springs gone. And woke up before 7am to someone doing construction next door and music loud. Fine I guess if you’re in and out.

I have never been treated so rudely by anyone in the hospitality industry. The a**hole who checked me in couldn't be less welcoming or inhospitable and became even worse when he questioned my "guest" status as I was attempting to aquire a beverage from the exterior vending machine that continued to spit back perfectly good dollar bills - No cc or debit cards can be used. If I were able, I would relish the opportunity to address this man to man off premises. Other than the human aspect the accommodations were outstanding

Do not go here. Not friendly not helpful and the place was not very clean. We left the do not disturb sign on the door and someone went into the room. Don’t know why but they did. Didn’t clean or change bedding. We didn’t notice anything missing but it is disturbing that someone went in.

We called to change from a king to two queens the man on the phone was rude and he gouged us the change. Hotel was a dump worth about $60 a night not the $350 we ended up paying for two queens. The room was clean but uncomfortable beds and wore out furniture

Horrible experience! Do not stay here, seriously! Spend a few extra dollars and stay somewhere else. The husband and wife owners were both SO rude from check in to check out. The husband bugged us at 7:30am during continental breakfast to check out, again by phone at 9:45am even though check out was at 11. Shouted “go, go, go”. Then when checking out and trying to give feedback, they didn’t want to hear it, said “you don’t like it, don’t come back” and closed the door . We are friendly, polite, clean, quiet people, and this treatment was unwarranted and unbelievable! Rudest hotel experience ever!!!!

WARNING FOR WOMEN! Check out is 11. At 9am I was awaken to a knock on the door. Before i could respond the the 2nd knock, an older man was letting himself in. I sprung from the bed to keep it shut as I was in my underwear. I asked what the hell he was doing and he responded he wanted to know if i was staying another night. I yelled my reservation was only for 1 night and for him to leave. Around 1015 another knock on the door. I yelled "what!" and he left without saying anything. I left shortly after as i felt unsafe. In addition to that...the tv did not work. And i used sanitizer wipes to hit surface areas and they turend black. Pretty disgusting. I checked out and got a room up the street.

Check in was easy, the front desk person was pleasant. Parking spaces are available in front of your door for each room. There are no frills here, the room is modest but it is fairly clean and close to downtown Napa.

Overall, this is a decent place if you are looking for a cheap place to stay it is blocks away from downtown Napa. But it is not the fanciest, the facility is kind of old. The owners are super sweet, but definitely need some upgrades. It could’ve been a lot cheaper

This property was perfect for what I needed--a reasonably priced (for Napa), conveniently located, quiet and clean place to rest my head between festivities for a friend's wedding. I liked that it is a mile (4 minute drive) from downtown Napa with its restaurants and activities. Also nice to be on the Silverado Trail which is far less congested than #29. There are zero amenities--not even a coffee maker in the room. This is not a place to linger, but absolutely functional and just fine for what I needed.

Simple no-frills place to stay for quick overnight trip. They should find a larger location for their breakfast area. It was kind of off-season - can’t imagine what it’s like if it was fully booked. Cute little bungalows. Loved being able to park in a covered spot right next to our unit. Was hoping for pastries and fruit from the continental breakfast, but they just had toast, bagels, bagels and cereal.

Surprised. Pictures don’t match property. Breakfast just cereal. Tiny breakfast room only one person can fit at one time. This will be the first and last time I will stay here. I will not recommend this motel to anyone.

This is your average motel with a fairly hefty price tag. The rooms didn’t really look as pictured and smelled of mildew. The bed was subpar and management definitely could invest in new pillows. We had options of oatmeal, bread, or a cheap danish for breakfast. The room was fairly clean though and the inn is located near a few wineries.

I NEVER do reviews!! Breakfast was non-existent. Towels are horrible! Bring your own. Bring your own shampoo/conditioner and toilet paper as well! Front desk not very friendly.

This was a nice little place--quiet and well-kept. My room was so nice and modern and clean. I love the shaded "garage" for my car. The owners/managers are very nice. The continental breakfast isn\'t very good, however, so don\'t expect a feast, lol.

The advertised breakfast turned out to be 1 cereal selection, bagel or bread. Coffee. Was set out on a tiny short counter in the tiny lobby. Towels were old and worn.

I had high hopes for this property given the reviews I read, but sadly I felt let down. My room had a damp smell like mildew, the chair was broken, and the sheets were stained. Other blemishes/marks around the room were less problematic, but they real need to invest in new sheets. The first set did not appear clean, and if they were clean, then they absolutely need to invest in new sheets. The chair should've just been removed from the room rather than providing a clearly broken chair. Overall, it's fine, but this place was not cheap. Also the breakfast spread was cereal and bread, and I trusted neither after the state of my room. It's a motel, it is what it is.

Old second hand furniture with rotten wood, broken screen so window couldn’t be opened, breakfast terrible - don’t even try the coffee. Very stuffy room. Manager unhelpful. Vastly overpriced trailer camp atmosphere. My room on the edge of a paddock. I would never consider staying there again. However it WAS clean and quiet. Bed ok but you’ll wish you were home

I’m a believer that you get what you pay for, and this was not a high end hotel. I was vibing with the charm of the place - I actually had a view from my window. The room was a bit run down but clean. But there was no hot water in the shower and that’s really bare bones what I need in a hotel. And the owner or manager was leaning on me pretty heavily to check out before 8 am, which was bizarre.

I had to wait the first night more than 40 minutes to get into the room. The second nite I couldnt access the room then had to wait again for a long while to get in. The room was musty and sheets had spots on them. They didn’t have breakfast as advertised and I couldn’t access it for breakfast bagel and bread or coffee I saw at check-in. The gentleman at the desk was cordial. The location is good and safe and room is nice size, beds and pillows okay.

This is a no frills little roadside motel that has been kept very nice. The room was comfortable and had great air conditioning. Added plus to be able to park in a covered spot right outside your door. Owner was very congenial and gave us a very nice room. Very quiet stay. I would definitely return to stay here for those times we are coming in for the downtime nightlife.
