Amazing staff and service. We loved the breakfast they offered there! Bacon, sausage, turkey sausage, scrambled eggs, waffles, oatmeal, coffee, tea, cranberry, orange juice, etc! The place the green and the pool was clean! Best was the free shuttle to and from the airport AND convention center. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Staff was helpful and friendly, breakfast was tasty and fresh, pool was awesome, rooms were clean and smelled that way. The bathroom was spotless! I walked in on the housekeeper one day and she was stripping the bed- not just remaking the bed- taking off all linen including the mattress pad. And that was in the middle of my stay, so it didn’t really need to be changed but it was! The pool was beautiful and calm and relaxing. My daughter wanted to swim around 9:30(pool opened at 9) and a staff member was still cleaning and was so nice- encouraging us to come in while he finished up. The lobby staff and security were on it. Airport shuttle was so convenient, we caught it at 4am and were there in less than 10 minutes. A ten minute walk to the convention center(where we attended an event) and multiple restaurants within minutes to walk to. A real pleasure. It exceeded my expectations and was worth every penny!

The rooms here are so clean and spacious,The Beds are so comfortable , you can’t go wrong with the pool and the grill . Staff is great , good attitude! Let’s not forget the free breakfast it’s so good !

They have a super buffet and plenty of it; staff is all friendly; they wash all sheets and toppers every time so all are clean--constantly wash! Wifi doesn't work all the time. Pool is good, not heated though.

I really liked how everything was squeaky clean in the room and the bathroom. Everything was well stocked with soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The bed was very comfortable with a memory foam topper. The room also had a fridge and microwave besides extra chairs for lounging. The people at the front desk we're very friendly and gave us each a chocolate chip cookie, so delicious, just for checking in! Outside there was a central courtyard with a well-manicured lawn, palm trees and a pool. The next morning they offered free breakfast; there were scrambled eggs and three meats, hash browns, waffles, toast, bagels, muffins, fruit, cereal, and more! We would love to go back!

My husband needed a last-minute hotel because his father was very sick, so we chose this one. He was scheduled to stay for two days, but he saw roaches and decided to check out the next day. He informed the hotel, and they told us to take it up with Expedia. We contacted Expedia, and they said the hotel was unwilling to refund the second night, even though he didn't stay there because of the conditions. Choose somewhere else to stay.

Honestly the best cleaning standards I have ever seen at any star level. The housekeeping staff work so hard and the place is well maintained and immaculate. Older facility but the cleanliness is superb.

Bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows and good blankets. Fridge and microwave was a plus and well needed. Good size bathroom but not too much pressure coming out of the shower. Breakfast was very good but, it was the same thing every morning. It was really nice to have free shuttle bus back and forth from the hotel whatever time you need it. There was washers and dryers, as well. Staff are very nice and friendly.

Checking in was easy. Front desk was very nice. Liked that the place is close to most freeways, restaurants and more. Having the complementary breakfast was great. Only things are the lighting in the room is dark and the AC isn’t that great. If you sleep next to it you will get all the air.

They have Tempurpedic beds. I slept like a baby. But the rooms could use an update with furniture and hallways and elevators. The grounds look really good. Room are good size.

Enjoyed my stay here. I had a quiet room and it was clean as well. One issue was the AC was loud and didn’t work according to the controls. It would blow from high to low to off when put on the low setting (not on auto), so it did disturb sleep a bit. I also thought the room window could use a sheer curtain layer to let in some natural light while still having privacy.

How long does it take for a shift change? I waited 20 minutes to check in and was never notified when it was done so I can check until I noticed the employees talking to each other and joking around. So seeing that I got up to ask if I can check in. If I wouldn’t who knows how long I would have waited. Then in the room, the tv didn’t work. I always stay here when I go to California and there is never an issue until last night.

My short stay was perfect, quiet and peaceful. Airport pickup was fast, Check-in was smooth. Breakfast arrangements was very professional and the staff was making sure everything was perfectly clean and organized and with a smile. Would definitely stay at every visit. They did not have my reservation. I gave them my confirmation number. Still no help. I asked for a room in any case. They had one for $10 more. The resectionist (nose ring and all) had the personality of a wart hog. I’ll never come back here again.

We had to switch rooms 3 times which was a very long walk to the front desk while being super exhausted. I had to wake up my fiancé to move rooms because the door didn’t lock. That very unsafe to leave a woman alone with. Door that doesn’t lock. The front desk person was irritated that he had to switch rooms again. None of that was my fault. I really hate complaining but that’s pretty bad to do to a paying customer. I would love to get a credit back for another hotel because that was really bad unsafe and rude.

Called Ontario Airport Inn when my flight landed, soon a shuttle arrived to transport me and my luggage to the hotel, check-in was a breeze, room was quite impressive, after a peaceful night of rest, breakfast delicious, staff was friendly, courteous, and very professional. Property is beautiful and the rooms were nice. Breakfast was good with good food options but the dining area is busy and at times it was difficult to find a clean table. Convenient location. Front desk staff not the warmest and could have been a bit more helpful. Lots of staff working at the hotel as well as security.

I have traveled all the month of May and part of June and I have stayed in a few different hotels, going from Twin Falls, Idaho to Kauai, Hawaii and I will have to say that this hotel was beyond my expectations. The room was very clean, the baseboards which I always notice for some reason were clean and the bed was super comfy. I normally don’t like soft beds but this bed and pillows were super nice. I was also happy to see that they provide a small basket full of things you might have forgotten. There was a comb, toothbrush, small toothpaste, makeup remover packs and shoe cleaner. Most hotels charge you for these things but they were all included. The hotel even had a decent breakfast and shuttle service to the airport which was super nice. The only thing I would suggest is making sure to provide decaf coffee for those of us that can not have caffeine but other then that I was super happy with the whole experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone needing a room to stay.

We liked the size of refrigerator and there were a lot of useful one time use products in case anything was forgotten. The key cards kept getting messed up and had to be replaced 3 times. Walls were thin and we could hear our neighbors having sex. Breakfast is inconvenient since you have to eat in the lounge and cannot take your food to the room like we do at other hotels. There were a lot of food options within walking distance.

This small, charming, picturesque, budget-minded property is obviously an older hotel, but as you pull up to the front entry, you immediately will notice the meticulously maintained greenery & floral landscaping inviting you to throughly enjoy your visit. The interiors & exteriors are spotless with amenities in your room such as clean towels daily, microwave & mini refrigerator w/freezer, coffeemaker w/several coffee & tea choices, small welcome basket with combs, toothbrush, makeup remover etc. Bathtub has bath mat & enough grab bars to maintain a guest’s safety. Spacious closet with safe, although the room swipe card wasn’t working efficiently for safe or room entry. A free daily breakfast buffet is served from 5am to 9am including a waffle maker. The front desk staff was friendly & assigned me to a room with pool & mountain views without any prompt from me. Overall, this is a special property which seems to transport you to a Hawaiian Paradise with its large clean blue pool in the center courtyard!

Breakfast was very basic. The coffee, breads, hot food all plastic tasting with cheap ingredients. We just spent 4 weeks in Europe and 1 in Japan and the difference in food was chalk and cheese.
