Comfort Inn & Suites Near Ontario Airport

Great location right in the heart of everything. Decent pool with a nice and hot 🔥 hot tub.

Had a great stay, everything was just about perfect. The only complaint I have is the pool wasn’t cleaned well. The staff is super helpful and friendly. I will be coming back!

The pictures on the website are false. Hotel is DATED FOR THE PRICE. Me and my husband like to go to the gym and there were no weights as pictured on website. Ironing board was disgusting! Bathroom was nasty as well as the shower. Caulking all over bathroom.

The hotel was average. Breakfast was not quite up to average. The biggest annoyance was that the hotel had no airport shuttle despite being within a mile from the airport.

A snack bag was given to us a check in; I gave most of it back. The breakfast was okay (runny eggs, bacon, waffle makers, cereals, breads). No yogurt. Bananas and oranges. Large room with lots of space. Refrigerator was small and not very cold. Hardwood flooring. Nice shower and sink area. Fan in bathroom did not work. Door was swollen and did not close well. No transportation to the airport which is not in walking distance due to the lack of sidewalks.

I'd give it a 5/10 if your staying ONE night. And 5 was all about the CUSTOMER SERVICE I received that day. The young man at the front desk at check-in was very polite, professional and informative. The room was a nice size considering it was a hotel and cleaned very well. However the room itself "looks" like it was in the process of being fixed up but at the last minute prior to my arrival, they did what they could to make it look half way decent.Then, maybe they would continue fixing it the next day after I left.. The hot water took about 10 minutes to get WARM. Then it faded away mid shower to cool then back WARM again.. No stopper in the sink. Toilet seat was peeling so it should've been replaced. And the entry door look like it may have been kicked in at some point then remounted by an inexperienced maintenance man. One lamp was bent over which probably should've just been replaced. See attached pictures. Did I complain NO only because it was only for one night. But had I stayed more than one night I would've asked for another room or went elsewhere.. And also I tend to chose hotels with an onsite BAR but unfortunately THAT day it was closed. That wasn't a deal breaker but the young man did apologize for the inconvenience which made me feel appreciated that he knew understood why I was little upset and took action. So again KUDOS to that young man.

Great water pressure, clean room, only thing is they didn’t sweep around the pool enough so leaves go into the water. Breakfast was eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, juice. Fruit.

Great facility and pool

Stayed two nights in two rooms. One room the toilet bowl was leaking a consistent drip and the other room the toilet wouldn't flush. Pool was not heated but the hot tub was hot.

I had a nice pool area but the pool is dirty: had leaves and bugs in the pool. Also my check in was delayed due to a computer system shut down. I had to have them come up and check the air conditioning because it was leaking water on the floor but The staff were nice and service was good as they were going to fix the problem in my room quickly. Property was beautiful and clean

Most disgusting hotel. I’m almost convinced the room I was in wasn’t actually cleaned . Paint splatter all over the furniture and cabinets were stained with who knows what. Layers of dust on the floors and furniture. Poorly patched up holes in the wall. Open the drawers of the tv stand had used ear plugs in there and trash. Everything looks run down .

Loose/broken bathroom tiles, black.mold in caulk in shower, sinked clogged after washing hands, black hair everywhere from housekeeper I assume, sheets were old and dingy. Friend ended up with bug bites in feet and ankles

The carpet is disgusting in the hallways. They leave the lights dimmed even during the daytime to "hide" the filth. The bathrooms had mold spots starting and the flooring had gaps that were filled with crumbs and junk. The breakfast area and lobby were clean but the rest of the property needs major attention.

The property is clean. Check in was very quick took less than 5mins. When we got to our room,it was clean big and enough space for our family

This is the 3rd Comfort Inn we’ve stayed in the past 4 years and they were all the same. Beat up and worn. This one had: *No AC in the halls. *The lobby and breakfast area were always warm. Our room felt dreary and old. *The plaster and paint were chipped and marred everywhere, including the doors. *The flooring slats were chipped and some were sticking up. I tripped several times in the dark of the middle of the night. *The bathroom drain had no stopper. Be careful with your jewelry and hairpins. *The bathroom tiles were severely cracked. *There was a dry piece of spaghetti in one of the drawers. Yuk. *The only positive thing about this hotel was its location. For the price, we expected a much more comfortable stay.

Great customer service and clean rooms

The room was generous and very clean and well appointed. Beds were very comfortable! Staff was courteous and helpful. Continental breakfast was plentiful and tasty. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

The outside was very nicely kept, I liked the little pond with fish and the landscaping was excelente! I didn’t like that my sheets and my other room I booked for my parents also had dirty sheets from previous guests it was very obvious that sheets weren’t changed they looked slept on, and the smell from the disinfectant spray on them was overwhelming, I had to call front desk for clean sheets they just sprayed a disinfectant on them was awful! I didn’t like that the furniture in the room looked beat up. The breakfast was very good they had warm and cold food to eat and fruit as well, unfortunately I won’t be staying here any more, the cleaning people need some training in hygiene and consideration for guests staying there.

The room was filthy. Food and stains on the walls, bedding had obviously not been changed as there were crumbs in the bed, toilet handle didnt work so I had to re-attach the chain. The floor had dirt and food on them. I travel a lot for work and have not had a room this bad in years.

The only thing i didn't like was the wifi was down, but it honestly wasn't that big of a deal because i was tired. The cell service for me was pretty slow.

Cool stay but WiFi was out all weekend which made things not as relaxing but still a good stay

It is an older property, but the staff are amazing and it was clean and, mist importantly for me, GREAT water pressure in the shower

Let me begin by saying that ALL the staff was friendly and welcoming. When I arrived, I was asked which floor I wanted to stay in. I said the quietest one. I was then given a room on the 3rd floor. The issues were the following: 1) 3 out of the 4 days I stayed I could not sleep due to doors being slammed (possibly the emergency exit door) repeatedly untiln 2 or 3am. 2) on the second night, I had to call the front desk to inquire about the banging and drilling going on in the room next to mine. 3) On one day, as I came off the elevator there were two discussing looking mattresses lead against one if the rooms. The mattresses were old, stained and dirty. The white mattress sheets were laying on a side. After walking by them a couple times, I went to the front desk to inform the staff. They then removed the mattress.

I can't say enough about Brenda at the front desk. I travel quite a bit and I stay here a lot. Brenda knows me by name, treats me well, has things ready for me, and knows I need a "quiet room" (don't we all). She's a top tier employee in a not-so-top-tier place.

Front desk workers were very friendly and helpful. I will stay here again when traveling.

Always a pleasure staying here, i have been in and out of this hotel the past year for work and I always get the best this hotel has to offer , the staff is amazing always and rooms are amazing each one. I drive a work truck and have had zero problems with theft or worries about it being parked over night. Food and stores are close by absolutely no complaints about this place.

There was only a minor hiccup in my stay. The room I was given didn't have an ironing board. But, Michelle(?) at front desk quickly rounded one up for me and all was good afterwords. She even helped me select a nearby restaurant to have dinner at.

It was a decent place for the price. Business area , everything was 10 mins away, close to the freeway. The hotel had a lingering cigarette smell, when I called the front desk there was no answer so we had to walk down. The AC bobs were broken but was controlled by a thermostat on the wall but no one informed us .

The breakfast was very nice. The area was clean and well stocked. Tina was so helpful and kind. She helped start our morning off in the best way! Rooms were spacious and clean. Close to various places to eat.

We stayed 3 nights. The breakfast was fully stocked and many options on Saturday our family especially liked that they offered turkey sausage since we don't eat pork. Also coffee and herbal teas available all day. The pond with fish was a bonus. Free convenient parking. Large spacious room. Wonderful water pressure in the shower. Are room had some maintenance issues but I reported them and wasn't phased by it but I'm chill like that not sure other people would be tho. 2 comfortable queen beds, used the iron and ironing board. Lots of channels on tv. Guest services and kitchen staff professional service provided.
