Pool was absolutely filthy. My husband couldn't shower, no hot water.

The pool was dirty ( I CLEANED IT), hot tub broken, bath tub was broken, elevator broken down between floors while we were on it, ice machine broke, Dirty unsafe water in room, neighbors fighting and screaming at all hours, neighbors smoking in rooms, very very limited breakfast. I'm sure I'll remember more later 😮‍💨

The motel offered amenities that were "out of service" like the hot tub and the pool was very dirty. The grounds need serious upgrades, paint, and repairs. Very unsatisfied considering that other motels in the area at the same price looked to be better kept.

Hot tub not heated. Pool not heated. Only hot items at breakfast were toast or self-made waffles.

No functioning pool during our stay

Did not stay. Elevator was out of service and wife uses a walker and all rooms were on 2nd and 3rd floor. Elevator was listed as an amenity.

Ice machine didn’t work

Pool and hot tub were not maintained and the construction there was most inconvenient. They had the whole street blocked off by 10PM and had to go thru thier signs saying road closed just to get into the parking area.

Checked in, Elevator broken so dragging luggage up stairs. Corner room right next to stairs and above laundry room. Listened to people stomping up and down stairs at all hours then listening to the washing machines at 1:30 am made for restless nights! “Continental” breakfast consisted of white bread, a couple cereals, and waffles. Chose this hotel because of the proximity to the convention center and the Wyndham name.. Wyndham needs to look at what they are attaching their name to. Will def be skipping a Wyndham property next year

Room was clean. Pool and hot tub not working.

During our first night here we were welcomed by a cockroach on our bed! We went to complain and they said they could only offer us 10% of our first night which ended up being $7 which would have been fine if we didn’t find another cockroach a couple of hours later. At this point me and my sister was super uncomfortable with staying their and asked for a refund but they said since we already got a partial refund of $7 that we were unable to get a full or more refund. Me and my sister ended up sleeping in our car but was grateful to have a bathroom to wash up in during our stay. UNFORTUNATELY THERE WAS MOLD IN OUR BATHROOM. I have no idea if we just got unlucky but they definitely have a cockroach problem because some of the other guests complained about the same issue.

There was mold all around the bathroom. Not clean. You need to do some clean up.

Very dirty place. Our bed was super dirty well we had two beds one of them looked like they never changed the sheets. Just avoid it in general.

Bedsheets had stain on it. Disgusting! I should’ve taken a picture of it. Swimming Pool was Filthy! Door Lock was loose. Floors have cracks. On the day of check out around 10:30, there was a very loud and multiple knocks on my door. It was HouseKeeping asking what time I’ll be checking out. I quickly said @11AM! Check Out is @11AM after all! I will pay a little extra somewhere else next time!

This property is disgusting. The room was dirty. HUGE bugs flying around, the front door had about a 1/2 inch gap to the outside, there were (what looked like) blood on the walls on of the tissues in the bathroom. The pictures aren't even close to what the actual rooms are like. There are other hotels right across the street and nearby that are 100x better for the same price. Do not stay here.

DO NOT EVER BOOK A ROOM HERE. WYNDHAM SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO ALLOW THIS PLACE TO BE OPEN. THE LINEN WAS OLD AND WORN. THE ROOM REEKED OF SMOKE. THE PROPERTY WAS JUST FILTHY. JUST DONT STAY HERE. EVER

It was very bad experience it had bed bug the beds It was really bad never will stay there again

by far the worst hotel ever, the hallways where under construction, the room smelled like fresh paint, the toilet seat was chipping and peeling, there was no remote to the tv, there was blood on the curtains, and bed was extremely springy you could feel the springs in the mattress. I would not recommend staying here nor ever book this location.

The rooms are remodeled, spacious and super clean

We found like 13 cockroaches and there was mold on the top of the ceilings in the bathroom

Bed was very comfortable, large bathroom.

I had a pleasant 2night stay. I had a 2rm suite. It was spacious and cozy.

The room was really nice. I enjoyed the bed and air conditioining. My only issue was that the hair dryer wasnt working.

Room was dirty, found a medical needle at the edge of the bed. Noisy neighbors walls super thin can hear everything. Felt unsafe at night

Room 203. Thin walls can hear the neighbors clearly at 3 am. Clean just dusty. They do provide the soap shampoo conditioner on the wall of the shower. Shower curtain bar was almost fully broken. Smelled a little weird like really old carpet (doritos) bedding was clean,bathroom clean, no bugs. Furniture wasnt torn or dirty. Black out curtains. Pool and jucuzzi clean. Easy check in and out. Hotel service kind. I didnt go for breakfast but they do provide it.

There was no hot water in the morning and the toilet wouldn’t flush correctly

The room was clean and fridge and microwave work really good and the air conditioner was wonderful , I like how easy it was to park and get to and from my vehicle with easy access to the stairs and elevator. Pool was clean, staff was really nice and easy to ask for extra towels and toilet paper. I would stay there again. Yes !!

Staff was lovely. Room was clean and comfortable. There was a lack of plugs near the beds, but several by the TV. Room sleeps 4 but only came with three full sized towels and no wash cloths. There was no where to hang towels in the bathroom except on a hook behind the door. Our shower curtain rod was damaged/loose and leaning down, it’s one of those arched ones, and it looks like they tried to shore it up with hot glue? The result was the shower curtain would slide to the middle of the arch and not stay closed. We ended up using a hair tie to fix the side by the shower head closed to avoid water going everywhere. Everything else about the room was nice. Beds were on the firm side but comfortable, plenty of pillows, and the AC unit worked perfectly. Breakfast was simple but filling. And again staff was lovely. Would stay again.

Overall just okay. The top drawer would stay open, the sheer curtains facing the freeway is not even in length. The towels were so new that using them left lots of peeling fiber on my skin. They should have been washed first time after purchase before placing them for use in the room. Lastly, the afternoon check-in guy was not the most welcoming to guests. He definitely needs to go to charm school.

I had an excellent two day stay. Check in was fast and efficient while the staff gave me excellent recommendations where to shop and eat. The maid service was very good and timely. Check out was a breeze. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Room wasn’t so bad but the surrounding was terrible, you had trash and peddlers everywhere, the elevator work going down but going up, poor lighting, no towels in the room you have to call the office and pick it up there, we were not informed about this when we checked inn.

The check-in and check-out processes were handled with exceptional customer service; both employees provided a welcoming and outstanding experience.

The customer service was horrible! The guy refused to give us his name. Terrible terrible service. He didn’t show any concern to a terrible situation they had messed up with my sisters room, my brother in laws room, and my room. The rooms were dirty as can be when we showed up, trash everywhere, beds not made, blankets thrown aside. They tried to charge us more than what we originally paid. Expedia quoted and charged us a certain price when we got there they tried to charge us even more! I, nor the 8 people we were with will ever ever ever stay at this hotel because of this guys service. It wasn’t the older guy. Maybe in his late 30s or early 40s. And refused to give us his name. When we tried to get the situation resolved he canceled our reservation on the spot. Even tho we paid already!

The ladies at the the front desk were very helpul. Check in easy, as check out too. Just a guest below with some issues, but instead of that, the hotel fulfill our expectatives. Price accord to our budget. Sure come back again

Definitely disappointing Send a message to property ahead of my arrival letting them know I’ll be late. Never got a response. Got to the property about 1145. There is a note on the office saying they be back in 15 minutes came back in a half an hour sign was still in the door called the number and they said that they’d be down in five minutes, so I wasted my time Believing they be back in 15 minutes like the sign said

The property is next to the freeway and close to various restaurants. It was relatively clean. Perla, the front office clerk, was very helpful and friendly. I sincerely appreciated all her help.

Notified hotel prior to leaving that I would be using this hotel to be close to the hospital I was having outpatient surgery, I needed late check and late check out. When we got to the hotel I double check with the girl at the window about our late check out she said yes and stated it was $50 extra I said yes so she gave me the keys to my room. The 1st room had a broken shower handle and the phone hardly worked to call front desk. The front desk was reluctant to give me another room until I told her I had to take a shower with special soap to prep for surgery the following morning. Next day I go to my follow up appointment and find the we are locked out of our room. The laundry lady let us in when we told her we have late check out. The hotel manager comes an hour later saying we have to leave check out is at 10am. I have never heard of a check out being at that time. I advised him that I indeed requested a late check out due to my outpatient surgery. He tried to argue the point and said we had to leave or pay the late check out fee I told him it wasn’t problem because I requested that service. I also told him their phones to call front desk don’t work. He lied and said he called our room at 10am but we left the room at 10:15am. He never came back but I received a notification to come to the front desk to pay the $50 late check out. I left once I paid

Friendly staff and plenty of food options nearby. Their parking lot is closed off which adds a sense of safety. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I would stay here again with friends

We arranged a booking through Expedia, but got an email stating the payment didn't go through. When I called to sort out the situation, the lady who picked up told me the reservation was still good and nothing needed to be added. When we finally got to the hotel, the reservation was cancelled because we didn't put payment down. Very bad communication on the hotel staff. She also seemed annoyed when she picked up, giving me the impression she didn't really care and didn't look into it further. Would not recommend this location.

Everything is near around food,market,shopping,transportation nd staff also respect nd carefully

You get what you pay for with this location. When I arrived, the staff was not friendly at all! I’m not sure if I cut them on the wrong day, but they just locked personality and friendliness. The room is OK. There’s really nothing special about it, but at the same time it does the trick. It’s walking distance from the Ontario Convention Center, so that’s a plus.

Check-in was quick and the man who checked me in, was nice. My stay was quiet and comfortable. I like they're places to walk to, to get sumthin quick to eat*

It was easy to get in and out. And it was near the airport and every where i had to be.

The area where the hotel was at was ok kind of in a poor area but there were places close to the hotel where you could eat at

Needed a quick stay for the night. This place is near the convention center. The area is a little sketchy and there was police activity the night we were there. Parking lot is fairly small, but other wise, the room was great, staff was super friendly. A bit over priced for the quality and area

We had a quiet/cozy 2night stay. Fast food restaurants were conveniently nearby.

All is good. Comfy beds. Good water pressure in shower. In n out..chick fil a..kfc close. Plenty of parking

The bed sheets were super thin they didn't even keep you warm at night it was sleeping with two sheets and that was it, no comforter or anything like that. the blow dryer didn't work when asked for them to fix it they never came to fix it. Hottub and pool were not clean at all had dirt covering the bottom of the pool and the hottub. Don't pay the extra for the Jacuzzi tub, it took 45 mins to fill up that the water was luke warm. water for the shower was cold every morning had to run the shower for about 30 mins till the water got warm enough to even take a shower, unless you like showering in the cold. the continental breakfast was only waffles, had selections of juice but when they dispensed it was just water for every one of them. would not recommend this hotel at all unless you plan to just have it for a place to sleep every night you stay there.

We arrived very late & had a very quick check which was appreciated. The breakfast was great.

AC was efficient. The smelled smoky. It appeared it was coming from the vents and AC. Breakfast was basic, nothing special.

There are plenty of fast food restaurants nearby. Also, a Stater Brother’s grocery store making it easy if you have a family with young children. The location is very convenient. Breakfast was simple juice options, bagels, cereal, and a waffle maker. The staff were polite and professional. The only thing that I would recommend is that the location may need a little bit of remodeling. For example, the ceiling was patched in the room we stayed, we could tell that there had been a large leak on the roof. Overall, the stay was great.

Check in was okay. I was unable to get my Wyndham rewards added to my stay. The front desk had no idea how to add my rewards number. First room smells bad. Toilet not working, broken ceiling tile with tape, and floor not clean. Got the room changed. Better but the only sink in the room sprays water all over the place. After first night, the bathroom smells like some one is smoking weed when the vent comes on. Noisy outside every night till midnight or later. Breakfast was not offered nothing to drink. No water, no coffee, no juice, and no soda. Coffee machine broken. This worst experience ever staying in a hotel.

Room was clean, but obviously modernized with furnishings, but basic room like wall sockets were loose, bathroom wired strangely, and the hair dryer didn't work. Not huge deals, just not expected. Room was comfortable and clean. Strangest thing was free breakfast. No coffee, tea or other drinks were provided. Use cups for waffle mix to grab some cereal milk to drink with waffle. Asked the attendant why no coffee and he said it was in the rooms. Odd

The breakfast was horrible, the bed was hard as a rock, the pillows were old and flat.
