The facility was fine. The pool was closed looked like permanently and the room itself was fine the ac was held in by cardboard and if i was alone wouldn't have felt safe being on the 1st floor. The window locks wouldn't work if they weren't closed

Shower water pressure is awesome! Ok breakfast, but they didn't disclose of their 12$ per day parking charge until after i got the bill. So that was surprising and ridiculous. Cannot recommend based on the bs parking fee.

Stay was good, breakfasts were good and reception personnel were most helpful. Never once was there mention of a parking fee until after I received my credit card statement and that was only because I called about the additional charge. No mention of it any time during checkin. Would have been nice to be told about it at some point. Also received an email that the room was ready but the carpet had been cleaned and the floors were wet when we got there,

Good hotel for a family of 6. Our unit had two full bedrooms and bathrooms along with a sitting area (aka, living room) which was nice. Breakfast was good with typical pastries, waffles and cereals every morning along with a different entree every morning (one morning was breakfast burritos and another was biscuits and gravy). The inside of the rooms were a little dated, but not too bad...everything was clean. The only thing I didn't like was having to pay $12 a day for parking...I feel like they're unnecessarily adding an additional charge. That said, I'd likely book again if I need spacious accommodations.

Customer service was great. Indoor pool area was so strong with chlorine we could hardly breath and eyes burned after being in the pool area for just a few minutes. Front desk said someone was coming the next Monday to look at it. Couch bed was very uncomfortable with tons of springs. Room was clean and equipped with all the kitchen necessities. Would stay again but would get two beds so we don’t need the couch bed.

The room was nice and the hotel would have been great had we been able to use the pool area. The air conditioning had gone out in the front of the hotel where the pool was and when you went to go into the pool it was hotter then outside. Which was over 100. Over all it wasn't bad but the dining area was super hot in the mornings as well from the waffle makers and lack of air conditioning as well.

Excellent suite and friendly staff! Pool was cold and they couldn’t fix it during our stay. That was the main reason for picking this hotel besides the suite. Enjoyed our stay besides that and they accommodated our pets!

Great staff, indoor swimming pool & hot tub and basketball hoop (rim has to be adjusted) that the kids enjoyed playing outside. Great location Very close to food, shopping areas and well maintained.

The service was good, i did have to request someone to clean my room and i did request toilet paper. I believe they said due to being short staff they would not clean on the assign day but i was overlooked the next day. That when my daughter went downstairs to complain. Other than that, the people was nice and professional .

The property itself was decent, and we really enjoyed the continental breakfast. The guest service was also excellent. However, the room was very disappointing—it had a strong odor of dog urine and was not very clean, more in line with a two-star rating. We requested to have our room switched, but unfortunately, the new room wasn’t much better. While it didn’t have the strong dog odor, it was still very dirty. The closet was rusted and falling apart, the kitchen cabinets were damaged, and the appliances and utensils were practically unusable. Even the pull-out bed was sunken in and uncomfortable. Overall, the room was just a mess. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t feel comfortable bringing my kids here again. When traveling, I prefer to stay somewhere clean and well-maintained, and this hotel fell short of those expectations.

The suite was amazing! It was roomy and clean and had a full kitchen with dishes and utensils. The beds were comfy and had nice linens, and each room had its own TV. The fireplace in the living room was a nice touch! The indoor pool and jacuzzi were clean and there were plenty of towels. The breakfast was so good, especially the omelets! The staff was friendly and helpful. The only negative thing was that the sofa bed mattress was thin and I could feel the springs. Overall, our stay was wonderful!! I will definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

They might be understaffed. Seems like there’s one person at the front desk, took us awhile to check-in because we had to wait for her to get to the desk to unlock the door to let us in. Also, we were there before the door was supposed to be locked, so I think it was locked because she had to go to the bathroom and didn’t want any stragglers coming in. Other than that, it’s a nice place. Air conditioning was out at the front desk, but worked fine in the room. The room was very nice and clean. All the amenities you would need were in there. It’s conveniently placed by a lot of fast food joints, stores, and is walking distance from the mall and movie theater.

LIKE: Staff (Terrence) was very helpful when asked for and personally brought a booster seat for the very low toilet seat. CONCERNS: Very low toilet seat. Outside entrance/exit doors (other than main entrance/exit) were not ADA compliant. Wife uses a walker and could not come in or go out of the property except through the main door. Also, TV in the room kept shutting off. Sometimes it came back on by itself; most times it did not. And, the Kitchen area had very poor lighting.

They claim they overbooked the hotel for at least 5 families from my daughter’s team. Despite booking two months prior they gave my room to someone who booked the week before. They sent me to a different Marriott property with a significantly smaller room and fewer amenities at the same price. We were effectively forced to take what we were given due to limited last minute options. They have ignored every opportunity to rectify the situation by reducing the cost, etc. Other reviews show this is how they operate.

This was a great stay since the start I had an issue with my reservation that was quickly addressed and fixed by the staff at the hotel since the Expedia staff could not help me. They were super responsive patient and polite. Check in process was very easy and convenient. Once we were there everything went well Jessica the manager was very attentive and would periodically check in with everyone in the lobby or patio area to see if anything was needed. Terry went above and beyond for our entire team and others that were checked in. It was a busy weekend for this staff but they really made it an enjoyable stay. So thank you!!!!

The front desk staff was very nice. We spend two weekends in Palmdale for softball state tournaments. One weekend we stayed at the Marriott courtyard and the second weekend at the Residence inn. Both welcome our girls with encouraging sings on the windows, goody bags, shaved ice, pop corn and many more surprises. Thank you so much for making these two busy weekends so much more special.

Booked a 2 bedroom with fireplace. There was no fireplace. Staff was friendly, breakfast was a scavenger hunt due to only serving half trays and people waiting for the fresh tray to drop like someone who hasn’t eaten in 4 days. Parking was fine, use the pass they give you.

The people are very nice. The air conditioning is very noisy. Breakfast was not great. They charge for parking without telling us anywhere that they would in an unsecured and unmarked unsecured lot. Would probably not return

Upon arrival staff was confused why we were only staying one night and made us feel wierd for being there. Breakfast was ok, there was eggs and english breakfast sandwiches with no meat. Just a sandwhich with egg and cheese. There was no meat to go with the breakfast. The kitchen was broken. At night we bought a steak and couldn't turn the electric stove off. The dial to the stove had blue painters tape on the inside of the dial and I had to use a butter knife to turn the dial in order to turn the stove off. Cleaning lady walked into the room at 10:00am while we were resting before check out. The dishwasher was leaking all over the kitchen so we had to stop it from washing our dishes. All in all my husband and I made the best of our stay because it was the first time we had a babysitter in 3 years. Sadly our stay was botched because we were given a horrible room based on our status.
