Easy check in, great location, nice clean rooms, and has all the essentials you want such as pool, jacuzzi, gym, cafe, etc. It also next to a little strip mall with Starbucks and other little restaurants. Definitely recommend staying here next time you’re in Paso Robles!

Beds were very comfortable and room was a good size, not crowded. Loved the Diner. Great food and loved that we received $5.00 coupons each towards restaurant. Just complained to staff as we were checking out that WiFi didn’t work. She mentioned what kind of cel phone and I said Apple and said oh lots of people complain and they had Apple phones. Didn’t seem helpful at all. I asked if we could use pool and we eat breakfast- it was 10am. She said checkout is 11 and we can’t use pool due to insurance policy. I just felt a vibe that she didn’t like us or she just wasn’t helpful. She checked us in and checked us out. Other staff member in evening was super friendly and helpful.

The property had easy access from the highway and there was plenty of spacious parking. The room was very clean and comfortable. The large pool area was clean with lots of seating and fresh towels. The hot tub was spacious and very relaxing. Margie's Diner is conveniently located on the hotel site providing delicious meals served by gracious staff members.

Nice and clean , heated pool , adjacent restaurant was good . Only negative was the beds are not very comfortable. Both my friend who stayed in another room and i both woke up with back aches both days. Still very reasonable and would stay there again.

My group of friends had a great stay here. We enjoyed the “grab and go” snack bags. The pool towels could have been stocked and cleaned up better tho. And access to the sauna could have been easier too (you have to get a key from the front desk, but first they have to “give it 15 minutes to warm up.”)

This property was very, very nice. Everything was clean inside & out, no noise, easy to access the highway. Loved the voucher perk to dine in your restaurant. Loved the eateries next door. Parking after 8:00 was packed. Almost didn't get a spot for 2 nights. Otherwise, would definitely recommend.

Check in was very straightforward & easy, they asked which floor i preffered & they accommodated that. In regards to the first room I was assigned to, literally as soon as I opened the door I instantly smelled a very strong odor of mold. I made my way to the restroom to open the window to vent out the room but the smell was way too strong & immediately I felt sick to my stomach. I looked up at the ceiling & there was a huge patch of black mold directly above the shower stall. I made my way back to the front desk to alert them of their issue & request a different room. They assigned me a different room & I insisted that they really get the mold issue looked at. The second room I was assigned to also had a weird odor just not as strong as the first room. It was harder for me to tell in this room if there was mold on the ceiling as this particular room had popcorn ceiling, I can see black speckles within it but couldn't verify mold presence. Also the tub faucet had a huge leak too as the overhead shower head was turned on. House keeping was very good, I appreciated their service.

The room was very clean and spacious. It has plenty of vending machines and ice machine near all rooms. Found parking spot at all times of the day and night. Front desk staff was very nice and friendly. Margie’s diner was convenient and delicious. Plenty of places to eat in walking distance. Area was clean and quiet.

The staff was courteous and helpful despite being a bit overwhelmed at the moment. Property in general was fine. The room was functional but had a terrible pervasive dampness with the intense smell of mildew. We turned off the A/C and tried to air out the room, but found the smell was even deep into the bedding.

Ok to stay for one night. There was a live coachroach in the bathroom and the bedspread had stained blood. Old musty smell....my room was in the very corner, dark and no sunshine. I'm sure the other rooms are a lil better. 2 min dr to downtown and very convenient to mid state fair. Right across the street.

The carpet was very musty and it was difficult to breath because of it. Had to keep the air on the entirety of our stay because it was so musty... might want to deep clean your carpets

Hotel is very dated. Room smelled like smoke and there were spider webs on the curtains. The carpet was dark brown and worn. The furniture was not comfortable and was dated. The lobby is under construction and tiny with dated decor. The location was convenient.

Very nice hotel. The bed was super comfortable and for those of us that are tall....the extra high showerhead was really nice too. Very happy with the accommodations and easy walking distance to the event center.

Stayed for a few days while wine tasting in Paso Robles. Unit is older, but well maintained and comfortable. Location is accessible to major highways and wine routes, but the immediate area is only so-so. A breakfast discount was nice. The items which might be improved are Internet (barely adequate), TV/remote and guide. although many TV channels were available, it was almost impossible to locate them and navigate to them with the spotty menu and directory and minimum function remote.

First time at this hotel and first time in Paso Robles. When we arrived at the hotel, granted a bit earlier than expected, we were told that our room was not ready. No problem the receptionist, Sandra, was extremely sympathetic and she gave us great tips on what to see and do during our stay. Sandra knows what customer service is all about.

Surprising gem of a Best Western centrally located with many restaurants within walking distance. Clean, quiet location despite proximity to freeway. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. I would definitely stay here again whether passing through or as a jump off point for Paso Robles wineries and downtown.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Our room was ready upon arrival, and clean. We found the room very comfortable, and a great place to rest our heads after a day of exploring wineries. There is nice restaurant on the property that serves breakfast and lunch. We would love to seem them have dinner service too. We highly recommend this place, and also suggest you say hey to Norman that can too.
