This hotel was clean, well-maintained, and staffed with friendly, professional individuals. I especially like the complimentary self-parking and great price. It was nice to have breakfast provided. I wish there were a little more options in the way of fresh fruit, yogurt, and maybe egg bites or frittata. It's hard to keep scrambled eggs in this format. I liked having the Peloton bike available along with the fitness room.

Excellent hotel and even better value. Room was clean and in good condition. Bathroom was renovated, spacious and well fitted. Breakfast buffet was above expectations for three star hotel. Close to downtown. Only complaint is the single elevator which was always busy. We were on the second floor and soon discovered the stairwell.

Good location, plenty of parking. Staff was very nice and friendly. Tom’s were nice, only issue was the restroom. Water came down from the shower floor to the sink area and it was messy. Overall it was a good stay.

First stay with our puppy. Gifted us a travel dog bowl and treat at checkin. Our dog loved it and so did we. Clean property, decent breakfast, small gym with sauna and steam room (steam room closed). It would be nice if tvs had app/subscription capabilities.

Very nice and well kept property. Conveniently located to Paso Downtown, the hotel offers complimentary shuttle service which is unheard of these days. A nice surprise was a complimentary evening drink and snack. Rooms are extremely spacious and clean, feel like they are newly renovated. Highly recommended

The hotel has everything you need or it’s close by. Walkable to town and included a free breakfast. The gym has a sauna which was great after a day around Paso Robles. The elevator and room smelled wonderful and the only negative was the shower needed a good bleaching of the grout and there was a black build up where the shower door hinges on the shower pan. The free breakfast was a nice perk and the oatmeal was hot and tasted great. The pancakes and French toast were lukewarm so that was a little disappointing. Otherwise, a great stay!

Rm #408, Friday 24 Jan 2025 Out all day came back to room at about 6:00PM. Room smelled like sewage. Told on duty desk clerk. Went to dinner and came back around 9:00PM room smelled like sewage and could smell sewage in hallway. Nothing had been done. Told new desk clerk and asked for different room. Shortly after, saw engineer in Rm 408 and he said he was trying to determine where smell was coming from. 4th Floor hallway in vicinity of Rm 408 was still smelling on Saturday. Will not return.

A bizarre experience. Our room had a wet carpet, so we requested a room change. New room had a wet carpet. Front desk kept calling and insisting that the original room was #219 when it was actually #313 (which I clearly recall because it's my area code). Apparently someone had left items in #219. Only one elevator so long waits there. Long waits at front desk as well.

The property is well kept and the customer service was excellent. If there is any negative is that housekeeping did not check the shelf above the coffee area. I found a bag of trash, including a pizza box left behind from the prior occupants. And also, you may look into adding another elevator, one is not enough, sometimes there are long waits.

We stayed there for 2 nights. Unfortunately we had terrible nights of sleep due to the loud AC rattling noise. Also, they only have one elevator at this property and you should expect a lot of waiting just to go down to the lobby. We will contact the property regarding the negative experience during our stay, and update this review upon hearing back from them.

generous happy hour and breakfast (with cook-to-order eggs or omelets) and decent coffee. free shuttle for 5 mile radius. all but one staff member very friendly. the only reason i did not award 5 stars was because the bathroom lights came on automatically, which woke up the sleeping guest when the other guest got up. and, although the lighting was annoying in that way, it was too dark over the sink where you needed it the brightest. the light over the toilet should be on a separate controller and the only automatic one. i would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great except you can’t close the bathroom door all the way because it has a barn style door and the queen bed are absolutely not a queen size. I have a queen size at home and the queen size bed. There was significantly smaller other than that it’d be nice to have another elevator. Everything else was great.

Great hotel in Paso Robles. Beds were very comfortable, spacious room & bathroom. Great walk in shower. Amazing breakfast included along with 1 free drink at their bar. Super nice lobby area. I would definitely stay here again & highly recommend thi hotel.

Not great television options. Standard tv plus HBO/Max. Would like streaming available. Smart TV. Beds too soft and pillows too large. Didn’t care for steeming coffee instead of percolated. That’s all the negatives. Super clean hotel. Only five years old. Hope they keep it clean.

Spacious, modern rooms and nicely maintained property. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They even have a free shuttle to downtown and other areas. There is only one small elevator though, so there is constantly a wait, and the walls are pretty thin.

Hotel staff were not helpful at all. Arrived early to check-in staff was not friendly or helpful letting me know when a room would be ready. Came back 2.5hrs later still nothing. Asked to use the gym bathroom to change and freshen up staff could “not find the key” to let me in. Worst experience would not stay again.

Could not be more thankful for the assistance from the check-in person, Nicole. There was a snafu with our reservations but she worked her delightful magic and made sure my disabled husband and I reveive a room for our needs. She was a terrfic face to our wonder stay. This hotel was close enough to walk to every meal and a plethora of tasting rooms. It was nice, clean, great amenities and easy parking. The only downside was the service. The staff seemed lackadaisical and very under motivated. One example was when getting a coffee in the morning, my husband had to convince the cafe worker to make him a drink which would require her to refill the coffee beans and she clearly did not want to. Additionally, another staff member on another morning refused to make a coffee drink at 6:45 am, and said that the day shift would make it in 15 mins, even though we intended to pay for the drink. Finally, we requested a crib when we booked the stay, again when we filled out the pre-arrival documents, and also called the day prior to confirm a crib would be in the room, yet when we arrived there was no crib in the room. This meant our son couldn’t nap when we arrived and we had to stay h him until bed time. Once again, the location and facility is wonderful, however the staff could use improvement in customer service, especially considering such a nice property and location. (The evening male bartender was fabulous, but I unfortunately didn’t get his name.)

Great place to stay !! Clean , comfortable , spacious and a free shuttle to take you around town!! Just be sure to get to breakfast before the crowds eat everything! We got there 1 hr before breakfast closed and a lot of things were gone and we’re not going to be restocked . But that was our only complaint , otherwise top notch and great value .

Other reviews said the breakfast was really good. It isn't. It was pretty bad. The sausage used in the omelets was awful. The potatoes were tasteless and rhe skin hard. But they do cook omelets to order, which is nice. They are just not tasty.
