Had a horrible stay for Mother’s Day weekend. I’ll start with the positives to be fair. The hotel was clean and the staff (cleaning staff, bartender, and kitchen staff) were all very kind and courteous. However on the 2nd night we were there, there was a very loud party going on in one of the rooms. Loud music, yelling, things being dropped, it was outrageous. The loud party started about midnight. We tried to sleep through it but it just kept getting louder, it seemed like more people were arriving. We called the front desk to report it. They said they would go talk to the people. We heard the room quiet down for maybe 2 minutes, then it got even louder. More yelling, more things being dropped, dancing, louder music. We called the front desk again after an hour. I believe the music finally went off around 3:30am. Unacceptable. Terrible. Sad. 3 hours of unbearable, unpleasant music and noise. We really should have asked for our money back. Lastly, we can’t be certain but we’re concerned the room might have had bed bugs because our entire family has some type of rash within a few hours of leaving. We will not be staying here again.

Modern, clean, well appointed rooms. Friendly staff and good fiod. Nice outdoor spaces although our stay was too brief to fully enjoy them. Walking distance to downtown. Worth the stop.
