upon arrival I was very surprised to learn that I had to pay for parking. there was no security gates or guard- felt like I was paying into nothing? perhaps to help pay for renovations? it was uncomfortable!

This was a great hotel. The breakfast was awesome. We stayed 3 days and didn’t have the same breakfast once. The only thing I didn’t like was that they only have one elevator and it is slow. But all in all it was a great hotel

The room was ok,(standard) the toilet didn’t flush properly you have to hold down to handle the actual toilet was very small very low reminds me of one my kids used at preschool. The microwave door didn’t open properly I tired to re-heat my coffee and i couldn’t open the door to get my coffee out. Other than that it was ok. Also the elevator made a loud noise which sound kind of scary as if we were gonna get stuck in there and to say there’s only one elevator for that whole hotel and you have to enter it from the main entrance area. There is a nicer hotel in front I believe it’s actually brand new. Probably best trying out that one.

Everything from service, room, gym, breakfast was excellent I would definitely stay here again and recommend it. The only thing was the spa was closed and pool could be cleaned little better

We were unaware that the Hotel is under construction and front lobby and hallway were taped off. The reception gal said they could only notify people booking direct. That being said I would have chosen another hotel. We had to enter registration from the side door and the drive all the way around to other side door to enter property. A bit of walking to get around. They were working on floor two doors down from our room so it was very loud and inconvenient to schlep our belongings around. Much of bottom floor is construction zone. Bed was hard and walls are thin. Very noisy and difficult to sleep when you can hear everything above and next to you. The breakfast area was very warm and plastic on floor. This was my second stay and I will not be back.

Everything is newer and not run down. However the hot tub was roped off and being renovated so it was not available. We were looking forward to using it. Our room had a shower stall only. No tub. That was a challenge with kids. Especially since the door did not shut. Having only a barn door that doesn’t lock is not ideal with a family. But the worst was paying for parking. We stayed in lots of hotels on our road trip and no one charged for parking. It’s a ridiculously greedy money grab. It’s not like parking is at a premium for that location. You can park next door at the adjacent hotel for free. This is not a metro area with a high end hotel. Owners need to re evaluate their decision to charge to park in an open parking lot. It’s not even secure!

The Jacuzzi did not work and the pool was cold....terrible service. They charge for parking in rural area...what a joke. The food served at breakfast was decent.

This was a quick overnight stay while traveling northward. This location was just off the freeway and easily accessible. Upon my arrival I was greeted warmly and professionally. I was impressed with the large and beautiful lobby area and all the amenities. The shopping center across the street made it easy to pick up dinner, and my first floor room was spotless and large. Breakfast the following morning was perfect with a wide selection of choices, a perfect way to continue my drive to Northern California. I will definitely stay at the Hampton Inn Paso Robles again.

My immune system is highly reactive to most places making travel difficult for me most of the time. This hotel caused me NO issues whatsoever, which is rare to experience. This place is clean at the core, not just surface cleaned. Keep up the great work!

The room hadn’t properly been cleaned to remove the animal hair and smell. I was assured they were deep cleaned but it wasn’t and I had a severe allergy attack I ended up losing my voice from coughing so long .

Our room smelled of strong perfume. Once we aired it out, we discovered a strong smell of urine. Turns out a dog peed on the carpet which we learned after stepping in it. Hotel would not switch our room. Additionally the bed was awful. We left and requested a refund. This is not a quality property.

A wonderful welcome upon entering the hotel - cookies, hot cocoa and a warm greeting from the desk clerk. Our room is modern, clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

WAY overpriced for the condition and amenities. Hotel was under construction, Breakfast room was covered in plastic. No seats/benches in Lobby, Air Conditioner in Room 220 was not mounted to wall correctly, Sink would not drain properly, Did not provide fresh towels as we requested. Jacuzzi was broken.

The staff were all friendly and very helpful. The property is well maintain and clean. However, the design and construction leave a lot to be desired. For example, the soundproofing between rooms is very minimal and you can hear people walking around in the next room. Our room was on the second floor overlooking the lobby so we were awakened as soon as people gathered for breakfast. The breakfast room is too small and crowded. There was no place to sit. The food was subpar even for an inexpensive hotel. There was little choice, little hot food, no pastries and nothing appetizing. I like staying in Hampton Inns, just not this one.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Stayed in a newly renovated room - huge, clean, comfortable! Everything is nicely thought through. Beds are great, shower is superb, views are spectacular and breakfast is very-very nice! Would be happy to stay there again!!

Liked the very large room but did not like the barn door bathroom as it doesn't lock. Like the laundry room but didn't like that the pool was unavailable. Liked the staff but didn't like having to pay for parking even though the hotel was out in country. Liked the late evening cookies.

Went here for my boyfriend's birthday after Christmas and truly appreciate the small gift and note when we arrived at our room! 🍾 They're very helpful with the special items like essential toiletries we didn't have. Very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was great. And the room was clean, really like the classy decorations and furniture. Bathroom and shower was spacious and liked the handle bars for safety. The TV was nice, the closet had hangers and the small store downstairs was stocked with food and essentials if needed. If you're looking for room service and to be pampered, maybe look elsewhere, but if you're looking for quality stay on a good budget, this is perfect for us as a couple.

The hotel was nice, the rooms were very clean. The sheets were kinda hard though, but they were clean so I shouldn’t complain lol! The staff on my arrival were as welcoming as a bee sting to the eyeball, but the lady when I checked out was lovely so I don’t want to judge all on the few. Overall a pleasant stay, probably wouldn’t return but maybe I just had an off experience. If you want clean, and a good location this is it. If u eat all the feels, move on ;)

Our check in lady was not very friendly and could not be bothered with any information regarding questions about the property as we are not used to go to a pay app for parking fees. The property was booked under a free parking conditions and once we checked in it was shortly brought to our attention we need to pay via the parking app by pointing her finger to the scan item without further information

Check in was 3pm. Arrived at 330 and was told our room was not ready. Told to come back later. Lobby under construction so there was no where to sit while we waited for our room which forced us to wait outside in 90+ heat. Room was clean and comfortable.

Cameren and David were awesome. They made the check in process really smooth. Breakfast Attendant was Amazing. Sorry i didnt get her name. She kept the buffet stocked and clean. Nice selection of food options. Room was clean and smelled clean. Overall, it was a great stay and i will definately return again if im ever in the area.

stayed here for one night on a road trip. The location was perfect..right off the freeway. Very quiet and clean. The bed/linens were very comfortable. I gave it a good star for hotel conditions, because there was renovation that had the pool/ fitness area closed but they do offer the sister hotel walking distance to use their facilities. The breakfast was amazing… not just continental. It was a full course eggs, hash browns, bagels, fruit, yogurts, pancakes, the works!

Good location. Reasonably close to downtown Paso Robles. Fore any of you who have not walked around Paso, what a great small town. It is a classic. And since I was there last (years and years ago) the wine industry has taken over. Worth a visit.
