The hotel didn’,t prepare breakfast at all. There were only two eggs, so I request them to boil more eggs, but they didn’t come out even after 39 minutes. The apples and oranges were too old and dried up, and the snak was also expired, and when another customer came request some food, but hotel provided some cookies. The hotel,s breakfast advertisement is exaggerated or wrong

This Hotel is not for families or someone who is looking to go around Shasta Lake and surroundings. Staff is not customer friendly, there are a lot of homeless folks roaming around the property & Hotel do take a waiver and inform you that if there are any break-ins in your vehicle on their property they are not responsible. Break fast is only cold boiled eggs, orange juice or coffee, Bathrooms are really old and dirty, Pool is 4ft deep and very small and not that clean. Only good thing is there is a subway next door, Tesla supe charger is right across the street. I would not recommend this for any families.
