The Koi pond and aviary are a real nice touch. It is an older property with smaller rooms but it was clean and in very good shape. For Tesla owners, there are 2 destination charger on property, just ask at the front desk when you check in.

You have a few places to choose from red Bluff. This is one of the better ones. Fun for kids, there is a birdcage and Koi fish, Pool, but no Spa. Rooms are OK nothing to brag about but clean. Decent location with a lot of choices of restaurants nearby.

This is always a stopover place for us on our way from Oregon to Southern California. We love the pool and koi pond and the aviary. So easy to find. Close to gas and coffee for the next leg of the journey. Love that they start breakfast at 6am!

Stayed in a pet friendly room which wasn’t cleaned to my liking. There looked to be a urine stain on the wall from a cat. I always bring cleaning supplies for my animal in case of accidents, so I cleaned the stain. Wasn’t upset about it, but I felt like I should share that maybe they don’t clean animal friendly rooms as well as the others? Anyways, clean gym, no free weights but the cardio machines all worked and had a water fountain inside. Breakfast choices were the same daily except for the change of omelet to scrambled eggs, or sausage links to potatoes. Staff was friendly and attentive to guests. Pool was freezing cold, had algae, leaves in the filter, obvious they don’t clean that area often, little gross to me and when I realized I didn’t go swimming again. But overall TV and WiFi worked great so I would stay here again, hopefully the room/pool is cleaner next time.

The staff were amazing but all of the rooms for our group smelt like ashtray.. and I am not sensitive to smoke. Other than that the only challenge was the wifi. Basically so slow you were better off using your cell signal. Parking was made easy for us as we were on motorcycles, and the breakfast was good/standard.

Beds were so hard none of us could sleep, the carpets are nasty and there was mold growing in the shower. And be careful around the pool area decking it has some areas that are not safe. Decent breakfast. Wonderful staff.

Lobby is very chic, very nice pool area, very well kept landscaping, beautiful koi pond and bird aviary on the property. The plastic fencing surrounding the the outdoor seating was falling over (being held up by chairs and no signs). Rooms were clean by the naked eye. But the rooms smelled like cigarettes and my daughter and I both had some type of bug bites the next morning. Continental breakfast: watery eggs, potatoes were good, didn’t provide creamer for coffee

I got in late and had to call out several times over 15 minutes to get someone to come check me in. When I got to the room, the air had been off and it was about 100 degrees and super musty in the room. Most of the light switches didnt work. The fridge was so loud it kept me awake. I was so tired I just slept for a few hours and left.

I really appreciated the Tesla Chargers in the parking lot. Those were a big reason why I chose this hotel on our road trip. I really like the red light in the bathroom that is built into the hair dryer mount on the wall. One thing I wish the room had was black out curtains because the parking lot is well lit which is great until it shines into your room. The wood blinds look nice but don't keep out enough light.

Rooms are clean and cozy. A little small but whatever. Staff very friendly. My husband cleaned the pool from floating leaves and bugs, other than that the patio was nice and situated to take advantage of the sun.

We booked double bed room that fit for four and we got charged for 3rd person. Not sure this is common policy but among all the 5 or 6 motels we stayed in California, Oregon and Washington, this is the only motel that charges for 3rd person. Also, the room is quite small and apparently someone smoked in there before we move in, although the motel is smoking free and will charge a fee for someone who does. Overall I expect better from best western as other motels cross street all look ok but cost less.

Front desk was very welcoming & helpful upon arrival. I was able to check in early after my three hour drive to town. Later during the stay, another front desk clerk was also very helpful & found batteries for our TV remote, saving us a trip to the nearest gas station/store.

I travel a lot and I am member of best western plus. But this hotel was one of those mis managed ones. First, it took absolute 40 minutes to check me in. Front desk lady could not figure out to work with computer. Second, there were not hot water in shower, and all towels were for hand towels Third, the breakfast was so poor quality. Not enough toast bread on the counter and not enough clear plastic glass for orange juice. I had to share my breakfast with my kids , so everyone gets a portion of bread. It is a shame for best western hotels

Spent almost 200 bucks for the night. The desk worker was rude. Go to the room. The room was a 100° when we got there. It took 5 and a 1/2 hours for the room to finally cool Down to 75° The chair in my room for the desk was ripped tore I called, I told them they still tried to charge me.

Just needed somewhere to sleep for the night on a long road trip. Everything was fine but unfortunately the gym is closed after a certain time and doesnt open until 6am. I was hoping to get on the treadmill for a little at night before going to bed. Pet friendly but there is an additional charge for for pets when you check in. Breakfest was limited choices but everything tasted good. Starbucks, gas station, and dinner place in walking distance. Doesnt apply to me but does have EV charging stations.

While the facility itself was acceptable, the area of Red Bluff is seriously janky and rundown! Worried for my car at night, kind of neighborhood! Also, why do I need to use my keycard to get into the breakfast room when it’s INSIDE the hotel? That was weird. Breakfast offerings were many, but eggs were cold and the muffins, including English muffins, were stale!

close to Fairgrounds which is where our event was being held. vending machine on 1st floor was not working, would not accept dollar bills. Homeless issue was present but not a problem to us.

Very typical best Western. But it was on our way to driving thru Mt Lassen National Park. Easy off the freeway, clean, safe, great price. Had great Mexican food only four minutes away from us.

Great place to stay with kids! We got in around dinner time after being on the road for almost 10 hours. Check in was quick and there was food close by. We left first thing in the morning and were so grateful for a large fresh breakfast that wasnt just packaged food like other places.

Staying here is great when you drive a Tesla. Two Destination Chargers are convenient and the stalls have cones so they aren’t inadvertently used by others. The two-double room was clean and comfortable. Full breakfast included scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, fruit and pastries.
