Elevator was broken so we had to use the stairs with no help with our bags for 2 days . The ice machines on the 3rd floor did not work. The juice machine in the breakfast area was putting out warm juice. The hotel itself is getting old, the bed was terrible, it smelled old and was run down. After decades of staying there, we won’t be back.

Elevator was broken, had to lug a family of fours luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Breakfast drinks were warm. Ceiling was leaking near the elevator. Was a decent bed with a roof over our head but wouldn’t stay again.

Walls are thin. You can hear so much going on in the halls and nearby rooms. We chose the property because the listing said EV charging on site. FALSE. No charging facilities on site or nearby

Parking is tight if you get there after 7. There were a few big work trucks with trailers taking up a lot of spaces. Cars are bigger these days and parking spots are small

Great stay, great breakfast, clean, but our room had a musky smell with a side of bleach. I read reviews hoping to know if the bed was comfortable and it in fact wasn’t I was waking up ever thirty minutes to an hour having to roll over cause my side hurt

Woke up the next morning with bites everywhere, bed bugs is the only thing I can pin point, I will never stay there again. I called a day later and they denied the accusations so I sent pictures of some of the bites.

Only stayed 1 night but it was very nice. Room was large, comfortable, big bathroom with a deep tub/shower. Beds were comfy and the air conditioning worked great. After staying in multiple hotels this week, I really have to praise the free breakfast. The hot food was delicious.

We stopped by here for a night while traveling to San Diego.I was really impressed with this hotel! It was very clean, cozy, and relatively quiet. We were up at 6am anyway, but if you want to sleep in and you're on the ground floor, you might hear some walking around upstairs. The breakfast was great, standard continental but everything was fresh and yummy. They had fresh water out in the lobby along with coffee/water. The bed was really comfortable. Our room faced a big open green field in the back which was wonderful! We will definitely be back!

This review is sort of a mixed bag. I usually enjoy my stay at Hampton Inns and this was my first at this location. The front desk staff was extremely polite and helpful. I enjoyed having a swimming pool to myself. In the parking lot though there was construction debris blocking some of the very few spaces with shade in a heat wave. But for me, the most frustrating thing was the fact that not only did my room, room 214, have no black out curtains, but the window coverings were cheap plastic Venetian blinds AND in several places they were broken or missing, which isn’t great for sleep when the parking lot is lit up so brightly at night. Then at 5am my entire room smelled like burnt hotel waffles, even though I was not located over the kitchen. I really wanted to like this hotel because everything else was great, but if I can’t sleep well someplace, I’ll not be returning.

Well for the first thing I had asked for a 4:30 AM wake up call it didn’t happen it was just lucky by chance that one of my fishing buddies called at 6:PM which made us late for our booking time go out fishing. Then there were the the problems with all the USB connections in my room none them worked I could not charge my cell phone I was just lucky I had enough charge to receive the call I got.

Everything went smoothly with my stay. The front desk staff was knowledgeable and helpful. The housekeeping staff was excellent and responsive to my needs. The hotel has a nice backyard pool and social area for outdoors family gathering.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The elevator is broken, and despite the hotel confirming my arrival earlier in the day, the hotel failed to inform us. The noise level was unbearable; every footstep and TV could be heard, making sleep nearly impossible for me and my dog. The keypad to the side door was broken, leaving me locked out at 3:30 AM while taking my dog outside. The front desk was unattended with a “be back in 10 minutes” sign that had been out for longer. The bed was hard, the AC didn’t cool properly, and the entire property felt outdated and poorly maintained. I expected better communication and accommodations, but this stay was frustrating from start to finish. Would not recommend.

Excellent location right next to I5 freeway. Modern facility with friendly helpful staff. Spacious room with very comfortable bed. Bathroom clean with plenty of towels provided. Good quality hot breakfast is included. Cost is very reasonable and competitive. Highly recommended.

This hotel is decent, and the staff was very nice but the location is bad, it’s near railroad tracks and every 30 minutes or so a train would roll by and blow its horn, very annoying and made for a very bad night sleep.

Needed a few hours rest while traveling. It was comfortable and the staff was nice. In the morning they had breakfast and to go bags with muffins, fruit and granola bars which my son really appreciated. Would definitely stay here again the next time we're traveling that way.

We enjoyed our brief stray. Our room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The only downside was the breakfast. I am gluten-free and the staff had put out glute-free bagels that were past the expiration date and one actually had a large spot of mold on it. I told the staff, and they brought out blueberry muffins that were past the expiration date.
