Redondo Pier Inn

The property was perfect for a one night stay. Beds were comfy and room was very clean. Parking was easy. There are no amenities such as gym or breakfast so I cannot rate that but for the one night stay that was required it was great. Easy to find, location was good. I would return again for the price was right and the room was excellent for what I needed.

You need new blankets, pillows, front desk asmells, looks aweful. Pool door broken.

the advertisement said there was PREMIUM TV Channels there was NO HBO I would not have booked 5 days there was NO coffee in the room had to go to the front desk if I want coffee there was no laundry facility for GUEST had to go to the laundromat the price of the room was not worth the inconvenience

Proximity to the pier and beach were great, awesome cantina right across the street, good coffee shop next door. Parking ng is limited and hard to negotiate depending on vehicle size. Overall a good stay. Thanks.

The property has an elevator which makes it accessible and easier.

There was no access to the pool, way too small, noisy and creepy

The hotel room was affordable and clean. The parking was very limited and it was difficult to get out in the morning due to people double parking. They charged for parking but never mentioned it during check in.

The hotel is old and dirty. The TV remote was possessed. You could turn the volume up but not down and the TV would turn itself back on every time you turned it off. Had to unplug it to sleep. Beds are very cardboard-like. Not a good sleep. The shower is weird in that when you turn the water all the way on, that's the cold. To get hot water, you have to turn the water down. Also got a charge of $6 a couple of days after my stay; they said it was for parking.

Internet was out the ENTIRE STAY.

THE JACUZZI WAS FILTHY AND HAD NOT BEEN SANITIZED AFTER THE PREVIOUS GUEST. THERE WAS A DIRT RING AROUND THE JACUZZI. I FOR THE SUITE DOR MY ANNIVERSARY AND WAS DISAPPOINTED

They provide thick, nice towels and the shower had great water pressure and didn’t run out of hot water. The beds were comfortable and the room smelled clean when we entered. The place as a whole was a little dated but service was good. I would stay again.

We had roaches!

It's an old building, and the room was renovated, but it is not cleaned enough.

It’s extremely close to the beach is what we were looking for. The woman at the front desk was extremely friendly. When we got to our room it was dirty. The beds were made but there was leftover coffee cups everywhere, someone’s Jack in the box trash by the sink in bathroom. And the trash can still had someone’s trash in it. We didn’t call down to the front desk but I did wipe down all the surfaces because they had visible smudges/crumbs from the previous guests . Overall it was fine but I don’t think we’d stay here again.

Room was dirty. The AC unit had mold on it. Overall just felt super dirty. The location was fine but I would not book this hotel again for my family.

Solid!!! Clean, simple, everything I needed for a quick stay!

Got bitten by bed bugs had to leave at 3am because i woke up with bumps all over my neck and back of my head the owner who sais hes managed rhe place for 15 years denied it and said it wasnt his room even after i showed him video evidence, he didnt even bother to help move us rooms nothing , i wish i can post the video here and i need my refund and my deposit back because i didnt even sleep 2 hours before being bitten up and awoken , do NOT stay here if unless you want bed bugs full of blood and also not to mention the tiny splatters of blood on the sheets and pillows .

Sink was leaking, bath tub dirty to where we didnt want to shower. Smelled bad

Traffic is loud and unending. You could see daylight around the door frame. People yelling at all hours of night. Good customer service. Clean. I won’t return.

Traffic noise kept me up all night

Okay so the outside of the property didn't look very nice but we got the romantic suite and it was huge. The best part was the hot tub inside the room. And they had really nice soft blankets. I'm not sure if all the rooms are like that. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area. Look it's not the Ritz but it'll do. But we did bring a little bottle of bleach to run through the hot tub Jets. But we do that at every hotel that we go to.

Like other reviews here, you can tell they’ve tried to make some updates but hit the mark. Our room was musty, the air conditioner was leaking water on the floor. The clock was broken, phone was missing buttons. The few positives is the location is perfect for walking distance to shops and the pier and the bed was REALLY comfortable.

Couple blocks from the beach which is super nice the room was also much larger than expected. The staff was super friendly and helpful stayed 2 nights will definitely stay again the room was clean and had a full refrigerator and dinner table and a balcony that looked over the pacific coast highway. Will definitely stay again next time enjoyed my stay there.

10 min walk to the pier and beach, lots of close food and coffee options. The employees at the property were all pleasant. We had a nice balcony view. Bed was comfy. A little dated, some replacements and updates would be good. Could maybe use a nice deep cleaning. But I felt safe and would stay again.

The pictures did not match the hotel comfort. I wanted a hotel where I could relax and watch movies at night. The tv was only for local channels and the hotel was old and hot. We ended up checking out immediately and going to another hotel. I would only recommend this place if you were looking for just a bed to sleep in.

Jacuzzi tub room was perfect!! Literally was a studio apartment with a kitchen, not pots or pans to cook but still convenient .

Tv didn’t work. The room was mediocre at best. I’m being charged $80 a day after my stay and I’m very unsure why. Please refund and clarify why this is happening.

The check-in was fast and efficient. The room was clean and was great when measured by price and location.

Never received my deposit back - unsure why and no response from the property. The lady that checked us is was extremely rude, she acted like she was doing us a favor staying there. The rooms were okay; substandard, but I guess you get what you pay for and more than likely the reason I haven’t received back my deposit. I made sure to take pics of the room, and so there should be no reason that deposit isn’t refunded.

Amazing stay! The owners & staff are doing an exceptional job. This is my second time visiting Redondo & will continue to stay at this location for every future visit from TX. The manager provided me with great local information as well.

We got there early @ 10:30am. Misty from front desk told us if we can come back @ 2:30pm cuz the room is not ready yet. We went to grab lunch @ Good Stuff and then after that we hang out @ Redondo beach/pier. Misty was very accomodating and friendly. We called around 6:35am the next day to ask for coffee as it didnt had coffee in the room. Misty answer and let us in, we apologized to her for waking her up. We thought the lobby was open @ 6am😝 but she told us it opens by 7am. Room had a mini fridge and microwave but no coffee maker. Room was decent and clean but kind a dark as it didnt had any lamp shade. It has a big closet and 55 inch tv. Area seem safe and secure. It was about 2min drive to the Redondo Beach/Pier. And 5 minutes drive to Del Amo Fashion Center mall. Over all our stay was great. We recommend this Inn if your going to be in Redondo area.

After a solid 5 minutes waiting for someone to come to the lobby to check me in, I had to yell out "hello" to be acknowledged from somewhere in the back area. It then took another 10 minutes to complete my check-in. There should be a more efficient system. When I finally arrived at my room (I booked the one with the big bathtub *pro tip, it was jetted and I didn't have to pay another premium they advertised when I booked*), I found the top of a condom wrapper on the leather couch (IKYFL). Furthermore, I found an old tissue near the nightstand on the side of the bed near the window. I tried to call the front desk several times about this and obviously received no response (see the above issue). I mean...whatever. After this, I'm assuming the manager (or owner, idk bc he didn't have a name tag nor spoke more than 3 words to me; "wifi password, key") had a lady friend visit who was incredibly intrusive and rude. I stood outside waiting for a friend as this lady parked, and when she got out of her car, she asked me if I was staying there, to which I told her that I was, and then she attempted to prompt me 3 times to tell her my room number. Um. No, thank you. That's weird, lady, and incredibly inappropriate.

It was prefect for us! Centrally located, close the Pie, we had a bunch of family events so it work great! Comfortable bed!

Nice clean rooms, looks like it’s been recently renovated so newer looking interiors. Good value for the area and about a 10 minute walk to the pier and a nice boardwalk

Clean, good mattress on the bed, a/c worked well. Convenient location, walking distance to Redondo Pier and ocean. Older motel, but well-maintained with significant updates in the room we stayed in. Good value!

This was a great place to stay near the Redondo Pier. Quick 12 - 15 min walk. Thr staff are very friendly and accommodating. The room was excellent, had a room with a jetted tub. Spectacular for a soak after exploring the city on foot all day. Will absolute return!

They charged and extra for parking plus an extra for deposits of 100.00 I paid my room with Expedia ahead of time No coffee as they said nothing office was closed most of time The room is nothing like you see on line

Toilet too low. Toilet tank lid cracked. No or low shower supplies. No free breakfast.

The carpeting in the room was pulled up in spots. The room lacked a coffee maker. I was told that you could get coffee in the morning. However, there was no coffee to be found and the lobby was locked the next morning. No one was monitoring the desk.

No coffee in room. Was supposed to be Coffee available in the office by 7am, but it was past that and no coffee. Not a big deal, just inconvenience. Had to ask for room supplies 2nd day (TP) which should have been noticed when they changed the towels.

pleasent hotel close to the beach shame theres no coffee or tea in the room great for buget travelers there is extra fees when you get there 12dollar a day parking which we did not expect said free parking on this site but other than that it was ok

Bathroom light and fan extremely dirty, haven’t been clean probably in a year. No coffee creamer, tea or juice around 9:30 am on the lobby countertop like the front desk stuff told us it’s will be until 11am the day before when we arrive. No WiFi connection and no tv services.
