Pool was shut down becase of people eating naco chips. People in the hallways at all hours. Turkey sousauge at breakfast. Not what you expect for the prices theycharge. Not to mention 25 for parking.

Loved that the pool was heated

Nice room and breakfast was great. Nice location but horrible parking and rude security in the parking lot at night. You can get a good parking spot during the day but at night be prepared to walk handicapped or not.

Parking charges were extra

the internet was out for awhile, so the tv was out too when we first arrived, then there was a strong pet odor and cleaning fluid smells. i'm allergic to dog and cat dander, im usually ok but this was too strong, my throat was itchy and eyes watering and headache.Since it was late the next day i asked for a room change, one out of two elevators was out of commission at that time. waits were longer than usual but at least one worked. Later in the day ( Sunday) the other elevator was out; we were in the 4th floor. We had to walk up and down to get in and out of our room. I asked when it would be fixed but they said that the repair people would not come on the weekends. So most likely on Monday, We had luggage and heavy books we brought for an event. They said we'll give you a later check out if you have to wait, we wanted to go home. not wait around. Also the toliet paper holder fell off the wall. mattresses were uncomfortable foam. I expect more from a one bedroom suite at a hilton .They said the elevators were out before for longer periods of time... they should let you know before you chk in or disclaimer when booking. I am never staying here again.

The hotel is well kept but our room was moist from the humidity in the room. That was literally the only negative. Everything else was great. There was breakfast in the morning, even a social gathering in the evening with food. Staff was approachable and nice. Checking in was easy and fast. Room was spacious and fit all 6 of us. My kids liked the basketball court. We will definitely return.

Lines form, not enough seating, no verification of guests or non guests eating, seating is either too low or high for matched tables, seating is dirty or excessively worn. Breakfast: nice mixture of options but if lots of people arrive the replenish time for many items takes a bit long. Business center: Computers (2) were not operational. Pool: Small, gets overcrowded, can comfortably accommodate 10-14 people, and tended to in morning and evening. Middle of day area is a disaster, murky water, no towels replenished, and when asked to replenish on multiple occasions - took 2-3 hours. Plan on not having a towel and the pool towels are hand towel size. Housekeeping: Every other day and mediocre. Did not replenish all towels or soap on mult. occasions. Asked front desk everytime for additional towels. Came to clean after 5pm on 2 occasions means it's not prioritized to clean that day. Asked to return following day and did not. Room: 2 Queen suite, Bed mattress are broken in, couch dirty, table was fabric and dirty, black out curtains with holes/cracks, A/C broke and room was 83° F. Engineer came first time and said it was okay. Engineer came again needed to be fixed but would take a couple hours, fixed AC. AC broke again. No room to switch, no comp, no upgrade, just what you get. Won't return.

Get for longer stays as our room had a large kitchenette. Two main areas of disappointment: (1) pool and spa were out of order -a big point of contention for us as our toddler was Soo excited to swim and it could not happen. All three hotels on that strip all had the same problem. (2) There were only 2 luggage dollies available for the whole hotel. We had several bags and a toddler and could not find a dolly even after waiting 30mins. Ended up having to do 2 trips down the long hallways. Pretty inconvenient.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Its a decent hotel. We checked in around 9:30PM and the AC was not working in the assigned room. We were all very tired so we asked them to change the room but instead they said a technician will come take a look. When he did not arrive in next 10 minutes then we had to call them again to send the technician. The front desk looked surprised and sent the technician this time. Technician fixed something and asked us to wait another 30 minutes for the AC system to flush down and start working. We were pretty dumbfounded. Why don't you guys just assign another room (We hardly used this current room anyways). We insisted at front desk (as my son was already half-sleep) for new room then hesitantly they assigned us a new room. Next day breakfast was good. However the pool is very small and cleanliness is very bad. We could see slippers and kids crocs floating around in the pool. We ran away from it as fast as we could. Tesla chargers are right there on the property which may help.

The family room with two bedrooms and two bathrooms was fantastic, plenty of space for the family of 5 and well equipped and maintained. Breakfast was excellent and the staff very friendly. Pool and jacuzzi were a nice touch. Couldn't really fault the whole stay.

Breakfast menu was great. No complaints there. The main areas of the hotel were clean. The room was a huge disappointment, dirty sheets that didnt look like they were even changed. Hair and stains on them. Funiture was greasy and chipped or broken. Dust on surfaces. The pull out couch was horrible. The matress is done you can feel the frame, and the sheet that was on it was stained has three rips and also looked like was never changed. The beds were not competable and there were stains on the carpet. As soon as we got in the room I texted the to the front desk in the app of the condition of our room and got no response i asked for new bed sheets and bedding for the pull out since there was none in the room. Also there were only 3 towels but 5 people on the booking asked for that as well. Waited a couple of hours got no response. So went down to front desk to let them know. The gentleman at the front desk seemed very annoiyed of me asking for new bedding ect. I expained there were stains and hair on them. He didnt say anything. I told him excatly what we needed for our room he didnt write it down. About an hour later. House keeping came to our room had a bag of sheet and blanket. I said oh thanks very much. I reached to take it and he dropped it on the floor and walked away. Extremley rude. He gave us a greese stained blanket and no pillow and no towels. I send another msg to from desk with pictures and still no reply. They charged me for parking but i didnt have a car.

The room was dirty, the floor had sticky spots. The toilet tank was splashing water. It was 3 am when this happened, so I tried to fix it myself, as my family was sleeping. I told the front desk before i left but they only offered sorry. I had a rough night

Couch had hiuge stains and room was not recently cleaned or dusted . Fridge had stains on handle and so did the dishwasher .old nasty Q tip from prior people under bathroom sick . Faucets were dirty .

the place could be great but the whole hotel needs a renovation in terms of the items. For instance, the couch had too many stains. I had to call the front desk to bring bed sheets so I could cover the couch. The curtain had stains too. It doesn't seem like the refrigerator has been cleaned out in awhile. I'm sorry but I am paying over $350 a night I expect the suite to look spotless and shinning.

We arrived at the property and was greeted by chelsea, who was extremly nice and kind. We got our room and called the front desk to let them know our couch was disgusting stained and dirty. It had chocolate stains on it amonst other white stains and liquid stains. House keeping said they had no other rooms but offered to cover it in blankets. They said they would come wash it the next day. They did, the cushions they replaced it with wete tearing and fraying but were some what cleaner, we left the blanekts covering the couch through our whole stay. The couch smelled awful. The carpets also felt gross abs dirty, we left our shoes on in the room the whole time. The hotel also takes a securty deposit per night not per stay. They charged me a nightly securtiy deposit. Cost per night plus a a nightly parking fee.

The hotel was mostly great but our room was not the cleanest unfortunately. The remote was slimy, we couldn’t walk with our shoes off because the carpet was also slimey. The cabinetry was really banged up and scratched. The couch had stains all over it. I went out and bought some disinfectant to spray down all the surfaces to get some peace of mind.

They gave us a room in an area where there was no wifi working and also with no phone coverage. Carpet was very dirty and sticky.

Unfortunately, cleanliness was an issue during my stay. The dishwasher was dirty with buildup, the shower had mold, and the hallway smelled unpleasant. A full deep cleaning of the property is definitely needed to improve the guest experience.

Couch was gross. Didn’t want to even sit on it. And the room had an “old” smell.

The property didnt have any extra blankets and the staff was extremely un helpful, it was also extremely dirty and there were bugs in the beds. We got bitten all they offered was to move us rooms. The whole facility was dirty

I found the room to be clean, spacious and well appointed. My only complaint was the constant dog barking in a nearby room during the afternoon yesterday. I'd been traveling since 4am that morning and really needed a nap. The dog barking ruined that. Otherwise I had a good experience.

Property was great. Suites are perfect. Stayed 2 nights 3 days. When we arrived we noticed that our air conditioner was not working. We asked to move rooms but there were none available. Maintenance came out to try and fix it. Came back in the evening and was still very hot. Suffered all night. Complained again in the morning and maintainence returned. Still wasn't working. Asked to move again if there were any available. Our first room had amazing water pressure. 2nd room did not. Air conditioner was wonderful but horrible water pressure in the shower.

The room layout is awful. The tv/dresser is 6 inches from the side of the bed and the bathroom lights are directly in Your face if you are in bed. The mattress is pretty lousy too. It’s soft and makes a plastic noise. Then, we were on the 4th floor along with a group of rowdy teenagers. They were running snd yelling in the hallways from 9-1.30 and again at 7:30. I tried to call the front desk but was put on hold for awhile. You need an employee to patrol the hallway when you know you e booked a large group or team. All in all, I hardly slept. The breakfast was cold both mornings (eggs and sausage). There were nice choices for breakfast but cold food and not enough space the morning after the teenager rampage

Even though the hotel is next to the 405, it was very quiet. My room was on the corner of the building and i never heard any traffic

Very comfortable beds, the pull out couch couch wasn’t so great which was to be expected. Pool was good, jacuzzi was overloading on chorine. Would definitely stay abain

Easy check-in/out, convenient,quiet, and clean room. Although it’s difficult to sleep because the curtains do not cover the windows, therefore the room stays bright at night with lights from the parking lot.

Good location. I would recommend a room not facing the highway side of the building bc you can hear the car traffic if you are a sensitive sleeper . Otherwise it was a decent stay

Lovely staff - so friendly and accommodating. Delicious breakfast especially on the weekend. Pet-friendly yet completely clean and odorless. I would stay there again in a heartbeat and already have recommended to others.

Our stay was for one night, upon check in we were assigned to someone else’s room which we walked into while they were there. We were very hesitant after that point. The room we were given after was a little bit of an upgrade but the room was a bit dirty. Carpets kinda felt sticky, and couch wasn’t very clean. Overall wasn’t terrible, staff and breakfast was very nice as well as location!

The moment i walked into the property I was greated with a warm and friendly hello, the staff was certious, and very helpful the establishment was very clean and my room was excellent, my stay was a 10/10

Room wasn’t ready at check in, room has a quite a bit of work, bathroom light was flickering, and it took til the last day to get bedding for pull out couch. Took hours to get towels. Will not be staying here again.

We booked a room with two queens and ended up with a room with one king. It sounded like this happens regularly, which is ridiculous for the price. The breakfast and location near family have kept us coming back to this hotel but the front desk staff and overall service has gibe down hill over the years.

We booked this property last minute on NYE after the original reservation we had booked months ago did not work out due to a last-minute maintenance issue. Upon arrival, we were told that they had no rooms despite us having an active reservation. Initially, they were very accommodating and trying to figure out how they could accommodate us in a room. They were apologetic and told us that they would compensate the parking and give us an extra room discount due to not having what we booked. We were late for our dinner reservation so they stored our luggage while we went to our reservation. Upon returning, they let us know that they found us a room and everything seemed fine. The rooms are a bit dated but overall clean. There is no scheduled housekeeping, so we had to call for clean towels a few times. Upon check out, our receipt indicated the full price as well as parking. I politely notified the front desk that we were supposed to have complementary parking due to the issue on arrival, and she reported that it was noted by the manager in our account that she was not to give us comped parking so apparently he just said that on check-in but had no intention of following through. It was $60 for 3 nights so not a huge cost; however, dishonesty is a huge turn off. I absolutely would not book this hotel again.

I would rate our hotel stay a 6/10. Pros: The location, while in an industrial area near the highway, was quiet and only about 15 minutes from the beach. The room itself was comfortable and clean. Free not terrible breakfast every day. Good price for the area. Cons: From the moment we walked in after a long day of travel, the desk receptionist was very rude. I asked to have a charge explained to me and he kept repeating the same unhelpful answer until I politely said "Is there someone else I can speak to because it doesn't seem like you're understanding my question" to which he responded rudely "I don't think I'm the one not understanding" (he was), and his manager came over. Our room had no shower curtain (we had to ask for one), and we requested daily housekeeping but only got it 50% of the days we were there. Otherwise the room itself was fine but nothing to write home about. The heater in the hot tub was broken for the first half of our stay, and there were cigarette butts in the hot tub. Once it was fixed, my kids had fun in the pool and hot tub, but again, nothing to write home about. Overall, it was a meh hotel for a good price in a decent location. Given that we were generally just using it to sleep, it was fine, but not my favorite place I've ever stayed. I guess you get what you pay for!

It was a great experience. Staff was super nice and made sure everything was great. There was a good verity of food.

We reserved a one-bedroom suite—with two queen beds and a pull-out sofa—for our family of four, booking weeks in advance via Expedia. Upon arrival, we were informed that only a studio with a king-size bed was available. The staff member, Jaime, was dismissive and unprofessional, stating matter-of-factly, “We are overbooked,” without offering any apology or alternative solution. No refund was provided to address the disruption. The following day, we were finally moved to the originally booked suite, but the experience was undeniably inconvenient.

Staff was amazing

Hotel is nicely hidden, right across from the Metro station. Overall still quiet and comfortable

The property is very good and the location is perfect with a close access to the 405 freeway and it is 10 minutes away from LAX.

Staff were very nice and accommodating. Our suite was very nice/ modern . Fairly close to redondo beach like an 8 minute drive. I think you can take the train/light rail to the beach too, which is right above the hotel. I loved the breakfast, staff kept the food stocked for the whole duration of breakfast. I would stay here again.

Not the best location, right beside a busy highway. Room view had garbage thrown in the back and it was very dirty.

It's in a strip of hotels, so they have their own street which makes it a little safer area. It's in an overall area that doesn't seem unsafe, but I wouldn't leave your car unlocked while out getting something to eat. Easy interstate access really close, which is handy. Plenty of food and shops within a minute or two.

We enjoyed our stay, the 1 bedroom provided ample space and amenities for our family of 4. The decor was eye pleasing, and we loved the soap/hair products already mounted in the shower. Morning breakfast was complimentary and a nice way to start the day. While it was not Redondo Beach (close but actually Lawndale) the location was in good distance to the hotel, freeway and stores. We will definitely stay again.

The front desk staff and breakfast staff were very pleasant. The pool was warm but very crowded. The exercise room was sufficient. The breakfasts were very good. Scrambled eggs, potatoes, waffles, fruit, pastrys, juices, cereal, oatmeal, coffee etc. Our 2 bedroom suite was nice except the sleeper couch was quite filthy. We had to use a bed sheet on it to sit in the couch. Maid service was ok. Needed more towels and didnt look like the room was vacuumed. Not a deal breaker though. Stayed 7 nights. Very busy hotel this time of year. Stayed here before would stay again. Felt safe.

Breakfast had many options and ample choices to pick from. Suite was clean and had spacious feel for our gathering. Only drawback was parking fee of $25 per day.

Staff was really friendly. Loved that they offered free breakfast buffet and had social nights where complimentary wine, drinks and food were offered.

Breakfast was the highlight. I felt bougie waking up to chia pudding every morning. Staff was nice and the property was well kept.

Great rooms, great breakfast!

Hotel staff is excellent. Morning breakfast is the best this is my third time staying here. It’s nice to have real breakfast foods offered. Apparently word got out on the breakfast so you want to get there early. It can get very crowded. If you ask front desk for bottle waters they will give you free complimentary
