Had a very pleasant weekend at Harbor House Inn. Property was clean and well kept with beach and restaurants within walking distance. Comfortable room with attention to detail decor and furnishings. Outdoor seating area is a bonus. Only drawback is the parking spaces are small, but there were street parking spaces available. Plan to stay again and would recommend it to friends and family.

Love this place and the wonderful lady was so nice when we check in. And we also got a room upgrade!! The room was so big and beautiful!!. The parking was easy, they also have free bike rentals. Everything is a walkinh distant very convenient!. Will definitely stay here again.

Family friendly. Modern feel, seems up to date but has the quaint, small town vibe. Very clean inn and relaxing. Small business owned, hosts are super kind and warm. They had bikes and beach gear! Inn is walkable close to all spots within SB downtown. We loved our stay.

It was a pleasant stay at the inn. The room has a Full kitchen, fridge, coffee maker, microwave, TV that moves or adjusts, cost rack, and sofa! There are plenty of places nearby such as the pier, multiple restaurants, and museum. You can rent a bike!

The wall is thin and you can hear people talking. Bed is small for two people and parking is a challenge. On a postive side, it is closed to the harbor and restaurants so that is a plus.

What a nice surprise stumbling on the Harbor House Inn. Each casita is like a small apartment with a full kitchen and bathroom, walk in closet with a safe, robes, extra pillows, a seating area, and a clean and modern bathroom with plush towels and toiletries. Walking distance to the beach. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend staying here.

Great little property! Even had the opportunity to rent bikes to go along the waterfront! The hotel room had everything we needed. Only thing we would say negatively is that the room was a little cramped (especially once you open your suitcase). Great experience overall! Would recommend.

This was the first time I stayed in Santa Barbara and was very pleased with the Harbor House Inn! All the employees are outstanding and very helpful. When I checked in Tanya showed me the map of Santa Barbara and gave me some restaurant recommendations which I love! Everything is within walking distance and the area is very safe. I would highly recommend staying here and will be back!

Beautifully appointed property in lovely quiet residential neighborhood. Easy walking distance to the harbor, Stearns Wharf, State Street ( which is largely pedestrianized). The whole of the downtown is bike friendly also. Beach cruiser bikes are provided by the hotel as well. Would definitely recommend a stay here

This wonderful small hotel is just one block back from the beach front. It is just a short walk from the Wharf and a variety of restaurants. The room was superbly equipped with everything needed for our stay as well as tea, fresh coffee and water. Snacks and fruit were available in reception. The bed was comfortable and the area is quiet whilst being so close to great places to eat. Staff were all friendly and helpful. What more could one ask for? A thoroughly enjoyable stay and would definitely stay again.

Hotel suite was nice. Studio apartment with good room. Sitting area while small, was fine but watching TV is mainly done on the bed. Full kitchen and coffee maker with coffee was great. Daily room cleaning if requested. Bed was very comfortable and I would stay there again. Location was ideal for quick walks to the beach or 10 minute walk to restaurants in the area 10/10.

Wow what a find! Staying for work in Santa Barbara on a low per diem makes it difficult to find quality places. But I was so pleasantly surprised with this place! The location was perfect. Walking distance to the boardwalk but not on a busy street (the train tracks are close but only came by in the morning when we were already up. Late sleepers might not like it but that affects all hotels in the area) I loved the room - the bed was divine! It had a kitchen and a table to work at. Right outside of the room was a cute area of Adirondack chairs to hang out in but it was too cold for us! The room was more like an AirBnb (in a good way) vs a hotel. Paper towels, plates, utensils, coffee/tea, organic bath products .it was wonderful. It is family owned and the people are so hospitable. Only thing (not a negative for me) was that there wasn’t a breakfast. Just walk down to Jeannine’s a couple blocks away and you will be good! I will stay here again in our same room. Loved it!
