Highly recommend Cheshire Cat Inn! Their breakfast was so delicious! Fresh cookies in the evening. Free parking was so appreciated. Great central downtown location to see the Courthouse, The Mission, shop and dine on State street. Close to Granada Theatre where I saw the musical Little Women. Montecito was 10min down the freeway. I stayed 4 nights and loved having the mini kitchens. Since those rooms have small dining tables I had my breakfast delivered to my room which was quite lovely. Shower water pressure was great. Staff was so nice and accommodating!

We had such a nice stay at the Cheshire Cat Inn during our son's graduation weekend. The grounds are so beautifully landscapes and pleasant to sit in. The rooms are very comfortable and charming, everyone in our party had their own private outdoor space. The breakfast was wonderful and the service and every part of the experience with the staff was just 10 out of 10. We definitely recommend the Inn and will stay there again for sure!

Delightful and welcoming innkeeper in this historic Inn, complete with private bathrooms including modern fixtures. Super responsive to requests and special needs. Alice in Wonderland theme throughout main house showcases elegant memorabilia, fireplace, bay windows, and period furnishings/artwork. Fabulous garden replete with active fountain, mature rose bushes, fabulous pelargonium, fuchsia, lantana and various succulents Terrific indoor outdoor flow although it was not sunny during my late "May Grey" visit. Well endowed coffee/tea self service set up in secondary building on site, with excellent high end breakfast served at client's convenience. Great choices of main course, and fabulous granola with fresh fruit starter. Safe parking on site. Easily accessible to downtown, just a mile to the Saturday farmer's market and fantastic restaurants/breweries/music venues/festivals downtown. Super fast wifi and solid viewing on TV including ESPN for us sports fans.

This property features several very old homes which have been maintained in excellent condition. The room we had was clean and spacious, and it had all the necessary items like shampoo, soaps, and so forth. The owner greeted us in person was very pleasant and enjoyable to talk with breakfast was in a lovely room and food was excellent. We would definitely go back again. The on-site parking lot was very much appreciated.

We had an amazing weekend! My husband (David) planned this weekend for Mother’s Day and included my mom and dad. We brought our e-bikes and ride all over town and up and down State Street. I location is fabulous! Something to note…the customer service. In times like now I feel that is lacking nearly everywhere but when we showed up we were greeted at THE CURB and walked to our rooms, shown all the amenities and explained where breakfast was and what would be served (which breakfast by the way…FABULOUS). The cookies the chef laid out each day we were there is something I still crave! I can’t wait for our next trip to Santa Barbara just so we can stay here! Oh! And they upgraded our room because it was available…for free! 5 stars!!!

Wonderful experience at the Cheshire Cat! So much pride exhibited in this family owned and run business. Bed very comfortable, grounds lovely, lots of outdoor spaces which is important to me. And the breakfast and bonus choc chip cookies were delicious! Can’t wait to return to my new Go-to! Highly recommend!! Cheers, Debra

We absolutely loved Cheshire Cat Inn! It’s a gorgeous property, all the rooms are themed and nicely furnished. We had the ‘Alice’ room which had a balcony overlooking the beautiful gardens. The hosts were all so lovely and they provide a home cooked breakfast, freshly baked cookies and tea and coffee is always available. It’s also walking distance to Santa Barbara shops and restaurants. We loved it.

I felt for the price. We should have gotten a bottled water in the room. There was only one soap bar. Had to share it for the shower. There was supposed to be robes but there were none. Other than that slept well.

A nice BnB! Lovely little garden. The people's are very nice! Room was nice but needs a little bit of an update and some new/cushions. I was also a little disappointed with my breakfast main course it was very heavy. Good location and safe.

Location was nice, walkable to downtown Santa Barbara but nice and quiet. Breakfast choices were good. Room and communal facilities were comfortable and staff friendly and helpful. Garden was very nice. Parking was good but sometimes they ran out of space so we had to find road parking. The rooms were just a little dated but very clean. There was no lift, which may be a problem for someone with luggage (there are only two floors).

Great location. Everywhere we needed to go was walkable. Lots of shops, restaurants and everything you need are close to hand. Anywhere else is just a short and very pretty drive away. Room was clean and quirky. Staff extremely helpful. Breakfast is top notch.

We really enjoyed our stay at Cheshire's Cat Inn! We felt like we were transported to England. The B & B was decorated so adorably with artifacts from the U.K. in Alice's Wonderland theme. The staff is remarkably friendly and helpful. They reached out on our arrival day for our ETA and made sure they greeted us and showed us around upon arrival. They offered several options for breakfast, which is simply delicious and exquisite (we got to eat in the beautiful garden). We were also granted a late check out. Our only issue is that the facility is on the older side and our beds were a bit squeaky and the AC was not functioning at its best. That said, we would definitely stay again at this beautiful inn!

Eberly Room was great. We enjoyed soaking tub and fireplace!!! Staff was superb and helpful. The breakfasts were hearty and loved sitting in the morning sun in the parlor while reading their "Santa Barbara Architecture" book. We also loved their location as we were able to walk to dinner each night at nice restaurants on State Street. Safe neighborhood too! We will stay again!

Enjoyed our stay at Tweedledum. The proprietor, Simon, was very responsive. He brought us robes, soap and bubble bath for the jacuzzi tub and fixed our WiFi. Simon was also knowledgeable about local sites and tours. This B&B is well priced. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Woodard cottage for our family of 4. Drive way is in front of the cottage’ front door, so convenient. Has a private back patio, full kitchen, King bec and queen bed in the two bedrooms. Soft pillows but very firm mattresses. We would highly recommend this place. The breakfast was included and two choices were given the night before. A text chain is established at check in for your every need to be met. Really great service by Andrea, Carolyn and Simon.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was friendly and attentive. The room was very nice. I felt very safe...the safest for our whole vacation. It was within walking distance of downtown and we did do this for shopping and dinner. We were leaving early the next day and the staff asked if we would like to-go bags for breakfast. We really love that.

Enjoyed our stay at Tweedledum. The proprietor, Simon, was very responsive. He brought us robes, soap and bubble bath for the jacuzzi tub and fixed our WiFi. Simon was also knowledgeable about local sites and tours. This B&B is well priced. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Woodard cottage for our family of 4. Drive way is in front of the cottage’ front door, so convenient. Has a private back patio, full kitchen, King bec and queen bed in the two bedrooms. Soft pillows but very firm mattresses. We would highly recommend this place. The breakfast was included and two choices were given the night before. A text chain is established at check in for your every need to be met. Really great service by Andrea, Carolyn and Simon.

This property features several very old homes which have been maintained in excellent condition. The room we had was clean and spacious, and it had all the necessary items like shampoo, soaps, and so forth. The owner greeted us in person was very pleasant and enjoyable to talk with breakfast was in a lovely room and food was excellent. We would definitely go back again. The on-site parking lot was very much appreciated.

We had an amazing weekend! My husband (David) planned this weekend for Mother’s Day and included my mom and dad. We brought our e-bikes and ride all over town and up and down State Street. I location is fabulous! Something to note…the customer service. In times like now I feel that is lacking nearly everywhere but when we showed up we were greeted at THE CURB and walked to our rooms, shown all the amenities and explained where breakfast was and what would be served (which breakfast by the way…FABULOUS). The cookies the chef laid out each day we were there is something I still crave! I can’t wait for our next trip to Santa Barbara just so we can stay here! Oh! And they upgraded our room because it was available…for free! 5 stars!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Cheshire's Cat Inn! We felt like we were transported to England. The B & B was decorated so adorably with artifacts from the U.K. in Alice's Wonderland theme. The staff is remarkably friendly and helpful. They reached out on our arrival day for our ETA and made sure they greeted us and showed us around upon arrival. They offered several options for breakfast, which is simply delicious and exquisite (we got to eat in the beautiful garden). We were also granted a late check out. Our only issue is that the facility is on the older side and our beds were a bit squeaky and the AC was not functioning at its best. That said, we would definitely stay again at this beautiful inn!

Highly recommend Cheshire Cat Inn! Their breakfast was so delicious! Fresh cookies in the evening. Free parking was so appreciated. Great central downtown location to see the Courthouse, The Mission, shop and dine on State street. Close to Granada Theatre where I saw the musical Little Women. Montecito was 10min down the freeway. I stayed 4 nights and loved having the mini kitchens. Since those rooms have small dining tables I had my breakfast delivered to my room which was quite lovely. Shower water pressure was great. Staff was so nice and accommodating!

The spot was beautiful. We stayed in one ofthe cottages since we brought our two young children. Perfect location, up the street from State Street which was exactly what we needed so we could just walk everywhere. Complimentary breakfast was amazing--it was so nice to have breakfast brought to our little cottage each morning. The owners were on site and very sweet. All in all it was the perfect stay--not a single issue while we were there. We will be back!

Everything about the inn was perfect. The warm cookies in the afternoon were especially tasty. The only recommendation we can offer is to upgrade the morning coffee. We can’t wait to come back.
