I didn’t like that parking wasn’t included in my price of stay, I had to pay $30 a day. Also they gave us a room that was being worked on. So I had to call the front desk and let them know that the bathroom was a work in progress and they had to switch us into another room.

It wasn’t as close to Levi Stadium as indicated on the web site. Disappointed that that the restaurant was closed on Sunday night. Room was clean & comfortable but only had towels for 2 people. Reservation was for 3 people. Breakfast was surprisingly really nice.

They probably just wasn’t maintained like an embassy suites. I will probably stay at the Hilton. It was much more maintained. Be careful about the pool because on the pictures that makes the pool look big. It was a bathtub. Smallest pool I’ve ever seen indoors.

Great but not perfect. Smaller hotel so no atrium as others stated. Great check in. Late check out with no additional fee. Room was clean and spacious. Wish there was a book or something with channel line up breakfast times etc in the room. Also wish bottles of water were included in the room. Room was very quiet! Happy hour was great bartender very cool and snacks like crudités were available. Heated pool is heated but to just tepid not warm and pool area kinda chilly and pool is small but okay for us and the kids. Breakfast was good many choices but did not like that core items like pancakes bacon etc were behind counter with omelet guy with long line only one person though he was friendly. I guess they don’t want you taking too much. Me and the kids had a great time and had dinner at McDonald’s which is close by.

Ive stayed here several times this year. This is the 1st time that ive had an issue. Be aware they charge $50 dollars park. My issue is that i leave early around 530am, there was no coffee and they gentleman who asked about it wasnt friendly at all. I paid over $300 for my room and i dont have the opportunity to eat the free breakfast. Pleade have the coffee.

I was never notified about the parking fee. It was an additional $30 that I was not expecting. The were 3 different restaurants in the near by area that made dining easily accessible. The bed was a king size comfortable bed.

The hotel was fine. My biggest concern was that it didn’t seem very clean. When we walked in, it looked as if the floor had not been vacuumed. The bathroom had hair in the shower and hair all over the floor and counters. The bed seemed clean. And they were comfortable enough. The room with two double beds was a little bit cramped. But, overall, the hotel was fine.

Our stay was okay. No offense intended but my review is just based on my past experience from the other embassy suites location. • The rooms are semi-renovated but still needs work done. • The towels were all stained but still used them the sad part was even after I requested for a new batch, they were still stained. • The bathroom sink has a mold/mildew, didn’t feel comfortable for the rest of my stay. • The pool location was a little sketchy. • Breakfast was also okay, the texture of the eggs were too rubbery. However the staff were helpful and friendly. Love the timely response of their messaging features and willingness to solve the issue.

As we were checking guest services did not know anything about the surrounding areas. We asked for car rental place, the city, and also what’s around the hotel and he had no answer for us. Then we discovered that the window in our room was missing and there was noise and cold air coming through - while management was accommodating and tried to assist, the fact that we were placed in a room like that with taped windows and noisy room was not acceptable. The hotel constantly smelled like fried food and the minors we walked out of the room our clothes and hair would smell of food as their morning kitchen was right outside in the lobby. All in all I would not stay there again and if you do stay there make sure you inspect your room before you unpack.

Hello, We didn't want to complain, being the fact we got in early. When it came to timee To go to the pool (the only reason we got the hotel was because of the indoor pool), we show up, and my kids yell POOP in the pool! We must have almost thrown up. My husband cleaned it up, and on our way out of the pool, we found this disgusting cockroach on the floor 😩 . We leave for Great America, and when we come back to the room to sleep. I pull out the couch mattress to a terrible Smell on the blankets. I called room service to bring extrand pillows and the blankets even smelled worse. I have stayed at many embassy hotels but never experienced this much uncleaniness. It's very concerning, mainly because I had my kids, and my son now has a mysterious bug bite on his face.

Everything was good, apart from the bed. The pillows were stiff and not very comfortable, the sheets were cold, and the bed moved a lot. Every time my husband moved the whole bed rocked around and woke me up.

Automatic drapes did not function properly. Room although fine, was much smaller than I have learned to expect. The long hallway (unuauable space) gave the listing a much larger square footage than actual usable space.

Staff , woman running desk was very disrespectful and talking down to me. Walked up to desk. All 3 agents saw me , I was only person in lobby at the time . 2 agents discussing some personal finances plan other person just ignore me. I was not greated for 6 minutes.. Completely taken back and felt disappointed and disrespected..

We loved the mountain view Executive room and stayed overnight for an event. I like how the website tells us with great clarity how many people the room sleeps. I had 4 guests with me and we had plenty of space to come back safe after the concert. The breakfast was delightful, cleanliness was shown at every level, and staff were so quick and welcoming. We will definitely be back. Embassy does not disappoint.

Overall, my stay was good. I did not appreciate being walked in on twice . The first time we screamed to wait that we would open in a minute but staff just barged in. Thankfully , we had just finished clothing ourselves . Second time , we put the latch so they weren’t able to come all the way in . I think that was my only negative experience , but that is a big deal to me and my partner.

We had a wonderful overnight stay. My daughter was able to swim in the heated pool. The only issue was the parking was far too expensive for the stay. 23.00 is alot. The evening reception was nice. The restaurant was so so. Not alot of flavor. The breakfast was amazing. Various options to choose from. Overall, My family would definitely stay there again. Service was Superb!

Everything was perfect the only thing I was kind of bummed out about was how early breakfast ended. We are on vacation and we enjoy sleeping in, we had woken up at 9:30am and we went downstairs for breakfast by 9:42am just to see that everything was already put away and no breakfast was no longer available.
