The hotel was very convenient if you are going to a 49ers game. The tailgate party that was planned was amazing! The staff was so nice and helpful. the only thing that I was upset about was the hot tub wasn't filled when we were there. Overall I give the Hilton a 10 out of 10!

I liked the access to the Peloton bike in the fitness room, which was set up well. Enjoyed meal at the restaurant that had nice staff. Excellent proximity to Levis Stadium, walking distance, airport, and tech community.

Santa Clara Hilton is under renovation currently and was quite noisy. They charged me $25 for parking despite hotels.com stating first car is free. Also my TV was “stuck” on the home menu screen and no one could get the remote to work. Didn’t feel like changing rooms at 9pm. Hilton brand didn’t deliver. Plenty of other hotels around the area to choose from.

Staff was excellent. Rooms looked a little dated, and some things looked like they should be replaced, but I saw a sign stating there is some work being done so it appears to be in progress. Bed was unconfortable. Could feel like a board going down the middle. Looking forward to seeing the improvements next time I'm over there.

There room are in a state of disrepair (duct tape, holding up the curtain in the room) (all the springs in the bed were popping through so not comfortable) in their defense they were in the process of upgrading however, how do you charge $400 a room for rooms that are subpar?

We spent 1200$ for one night at this Hilton because of its location. They were very strict about the check~in time which was at 4pm. We arrived at 330 to a huge line of over 100 people. They had 2 staffers working to check people in. It took almost an hour to get checked in. We had only one towel, one hand towel & a floor mat. We called down to get more but the line was always busy or just rang & rang. Disappointed to say the least

The service here was amazing!!!! The staff so friendly and accommodating. David in particular beyond exceed my expectations. I wish the hotel had more storage in room. Shared room with another mom and daughter. (Total 4 of us) needed more drawers for clothes and a shelve or cabinets under sink would have helped up keep it organized easier. I loved the pool was semi covered and it was heated during winter. There is jacuzzi as well. Gym was small but got the job done. I would stay again!

Tried to check in but staff said room was not ready and I would be notified via the app when it was. Was never notified and had to wait in line again. When I got to the desk a new staff person checked me in properly by getting a credit card processed. They gave me three room card keys but abruptly walked away when I was asking a question. The card keys did not work and I had to return to the front desk a third time to short this out.

When we arrived the gentleman at the front desk made it very aware that were were early for check in, which didn’t need to happen. We were going to an event at Levi’s stadium and if they couldn’t accommodate an early check in that’s fine. But they had a room, so there was no reason for that hotel representative to make us uncomfortable and be rude about us showing up a bit early. I think we arrived around 2pm. There were no people in the lobby waiting, we were not an inconvenience to anyone because a room was ready. Just didn’t appreciate the tone. We arrived today at LUMA hotel in San Fran 5 hours early and nobody batted an eye and told us our options at that time. For the price of the room and accommodations, better service is expected at the Hilton in Santa Clara. Thank you. -Jennifer Anderson

Excellent staff at this Hilton! We were there to attend 49’er vs Raven game on Christmas Day. From arrival to departure the staff were on top of everything from check in to bar service, restaurant! All of it was great & with the best attitudes. Always happy & helpful! Thank you Santa Clara Hilton

There was an event at Levi Stadium making it nearly impossible to get to the hotel. I get that events are common but there was no notification from Hilton regarding the road closures and staff seemed unaware of how to tell folks how to get to the hotel. A fifteen minute errand turned into a 3.5 hour trip, we could see the hotel but couldn't get to it. If info had been provided prior then we could have planned accordingly. Other than that huge negative , the staff were friendly and helpful. We ate breakfast and it was really good.

The staff and service are great. I needed pillows that were not stuffed with feathers (allergies) Someone brought them straight up to my room. The waitstaff at the restaurant were fantastic. Editha and a nice man, whose name escapes me, took care of our every need. My only down side of our stay was that the number of bath towels provided in the room was not sufficient. 2 bath towels are not enough for 2 people, in my opinion. I asked a cleaner in the hall and she gave me an extra one, though.

Not the typical Hilton experience. Front desk seemed irritated I asked if any rooms were available on the same floor as 3 other families we were traveling with. Room was clean and spacious. Beds definitely need replacement. You could hear and feel every spring. We went down for breakfast and were told only buffet breakfast was available, definitely not worth the price, hot food was lukewarm and tasted like it had been sitting there for a while. Unfortunately this was not the typical Hilton brand experience we have come to expect.

The room was very clean and modern furniture, bedding clean. Down pillows weee too soft for me even with two pillows, my head sank. Water books provided, tea was excellent to relax in evening.
