They demanded an extra $20 at check-in, in cash, which I paid. The pool was not heated. The breakfast was disappointing. It was weird that the moisturizing lotion was in the shower.

When finished swimming the front office employee said there were no towels and didn't have staff to get us any. We were forced to use the only towels for after the pool and then for after we showered. She stated that she never heard that other hotels have extra towels for the pool[ area. The shower had empty bottles of shampoo and bath soap. Will definitely never stay there again.

Overall a nice hotel and easy stay. It was clean, centrally located, and perfect for a quick 1 night business stay. Breakfast wasn't much, just some prepackaged muffins and coffee. Didn't swim but there is a pool. Grocery store right next door which was convenient.

Was my first time staying at the Days Inn it was friendly fast service. My room was a lil snug for a family of 4. But it looks nice and was clean and had all the things you need in a room. Pool was good safe for lil kids and was very nice to have bfk in the morning.

The manager was very friendly, the room was okay, there was a nice refrigerator and microwave, the towels were low quality, housekeeping forgot to leave any towels one day and forgot to make the bed another day, lots of parking, quiet area.

Unfortunately, this was the worst Days Inn I've been in. Bathroom door was dirty, light switch panel was dirty, toilet seat cover dirty, AC unit was positioned right up against the bed mattress and dressers and chair looked like it had been savaged from the alley. Also, online description said breakfast, but all they had was coffee and muffins and the chairs were turned upside down on the tables. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

I honestly feel bad for this review since the man checking us in was very nice but. It is hands down the worst hotel room I've ever stayed at. I paid for two nights and only stayed the one. The room was filthy, the bed lumpy, the bathroom needs to be completely gutted. We both slept horribly and could not wait to get out of there. Our compact car was more comfortable.

I checked in and asked about the free breakfast that is posted on your site, the person that checked me in was a bit rude, and insisted that it said "Light Breakfast" which means coffee, juice, and packaged muffins. I was not happy about that deal, as I look for places with a full breakfast. I did get a room downstairs, and when I walked in the smell was "FOUL" like a sewer. I had to leave the door open for about an hour at least, I sprayed for bed bug, not happy about that. I could see daylight around the door and a lot of air coming through. There was no body wash in the dispenser but at least I had a bar of soap. The bed was very uncomfortable, as were the pillows. Breakfast was pathetic, package muffins, the juice machine was broken, coffee was not hot, and they had room for 2 people to sit at one table, the other table had the chairs on it. Needless to say, I will not be going back to that place again.

Clean room but TV didn’t work and air conditioner was noisy. We did not ask about the TV because it was late. Beds are small but not uncomfortable. Staff at front desk was friendly and helpful in recommending places for dinner. We enjoyed Blast 825 Brewery.

This property is definitely in need of some upgrading, and there are signs the owners cut corners to save. First place I have seen that did not have Kleenex- and the manager offered 'napkins, or something' in their place... one dim ceiling light at the far back of the room, and only one bedside light made the room very gloomy if the drapes were not open. Very cramped, and 'cozy', but did like the table and chairs we could actually use for meals. Bed was comfortable, pillow a little lumpy. Noisy- main route to hospital, and on a busy thoroughfare, so loud even with white noise from the air conditioner running. Frig was a good one, as was the microwave. Breakfast was 'a pastry and coffee or juice' , also bananas on most days, but woefully lacking in breakfast items. Vons grocery store literally next door, so ended up getting breakfast there. Decent location, but not very walkable to anywhere. Staff was as helpful as they could be, but overall will not be staying here again.

The location was very convenient. Our flight was late so we arrived at the hotel/motel late. The night clerk was sleeping and did not want to be bothered to check us in. Fortunately the room was clean. Housekeeping staff was wonderful and very accommodating. The furniture was old and coming apart. Outlets were oddly located and there were no USB ports. There was only 1 bedside light and only 1 additional light in the room ( except the bathroom). There was a band practicing across the street 2-3 nights while we were there. Thankfully they stopped playing before 10pm. The shower was odd. The shower head came out of the ceiling and was immovable. Could not shower without getting hair wet. On a positive note, there was plenty of hot water. The grab and go breakfast consisted of coffee and prepackaged danish. We got our coffee from nearby eateries. The location would be hard to beat and the price was in line with our accommodations. Not sure if we would stay here again.

There were a lot of items that need addressing. First, fix broken staples in the room. Exhaust fan in bathroom did not run, TV remotes were “sticky” and wall fixture between beds was not very stable and u could see hole in drywall where the power wires were ran from. Bed was extremely close to AC/Heater unit and the bed mattress had to be compressed in order to get to the from panel controls. The office chair in the room was almost impossible to move because the casters were messed up and the lamp shades were very worn and some were damaged. As to the bed, simply put, “IT SUCKED”!!! Descent firmness, but was very lumpy and the pillows were like large corn hole bags, filled with “beans”!! LOL!! With that said, the room was extremely clean and fresh. All the amenities like the iron and iron board were nice. It was nice to find a fridge and microwave in the room and the ice maker down the way was very nice and all were cleaned and functions perfectly. But the best part was the extremely nice and accommodating check in person!! Over all a solid 3/5 or 5.25/10. Will visit again would recommend for folks on a budget.

We arrived around 1:45 to check in unfortunately we were told we would have to pay $25 For an early check-in(which in my experience early check-in is 10 AM 11 AM) Definitely not amazing Customer service very mid. Good place if you’re just coming to stay just for the night, everything was pretty clean for the most part

Did not like location. Did not like morning staff. The eating area not open on time no coffee. Broken down juice machine small packaged cheap muffin only. Poor service. Won’t stay again. The only positive was the nice desk clerk when we checked in. She was very friendly.

Facilities were about what we expected for the price we paid. Only downside is that it was a bit noisy in the early morning with delivery trucks going in & out of the Von's next door. Otherwise, completely happy.

Room is ok if you’re getting out of town on a whim. Pillows were hard and breakfast was very limited. Customers with food allergies should be taken into consideration. Flavored creamers would be amazing!
