This motel 6 is on the lower side of what one expects out of a motel 6. The one thing that stands out about this motel 6 is how incredibly rude and dismissive the general manager is. She has no respect for paying customers and is a prime example of why giving narcissistic people positions of "power" is a very bad idea. She's extremely rude, has no tact and absolutely zero skills at solving problems. Her attitude is unpleasant and unprofessional.

The clerk at the front desk was very nice when we checked in. He was very busy, but was still kind and patient with my boyfriend and I. The room was open when we got to it with an empty paper bag on the bed, sheets and pillows disheveled, water on the bathroom floor with dirty soaking wet towels. My boyfriend went and asked for a different room, which the clerk gave us without hesitation. The other room was unoccupied, which was good, but it smelled like cigarette smoke and the floor was filthy. The room did not appear to have been cleaned well. The bed looked like it had seen better days. We went ahead and let the front desk staff know that we were leaving. He apologized, but we knew it wasn’t his fault. Terrible hotel.

Upon entering the property, I was met with a complaint about lost luggage, setting the tone for an unpleasant and eventful stay. Initially, I was assigned a room with two beds due to a room limit and lack of availability for the room I had paid for. Unfortunately, there were no rooms with a mini fridge and microwave, and all accommodations were charged for. I was then switched to a single bed room, only to discover that the room key was malfunctioning. I was locked out of my room before I could settle in. Fortunately, the front office attendant was kind, helpful, and understanding. He gave us a new room, but the issues persisted and worsened throughout the night. The bed sheets were dirty and torn, the tables and countertops were dirty and scratched, and the bed frame kept making a scratching noise every time we sat or lay on it. The bed frame was also covered in craters. The bathroom floor was dirty, and the bathtub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since the last guests left. Overall, this was a nightmare of a stay, and I will not be returning. The only thing that went as planned and with ease was the check-out.

Room was a bit worn down and did find some bugs in the room, but nothing alarming. Grounds were well kept and staff was very friendly. Was an OK stay but a bit overpriced for the room condition
