Staff very rude and unprofessional. Elevator inspections not complete. Hot tub down. Roof leak. Mold in elevator

Nice clean facility. Gym and pool were quiet and clean. Rooms were very spacious with lots of closet space and I loved the extra vanity area in the room.

Pool was dirty bcoz of lot of wind probably. Breakfast is very limited selection and nothing fresh.. Lifts has been broken for a while not sure if that will ever get fixed. Except for one person rest of the staff was friendly

The hotel and room are pretty well kept up considering the age of the property. My room was pretty quiet, which is of great importance to me. Everything at the hotel was fine, if I had any suggestions, I would say to add more cookware and utensils in the rooms, ask guests if they want daily housekeeping, instead of telling them they aren’t going to get it, and fix the hot tub, it was broken during my stay.

Very clean rooms, pool area needs updating, being charged for parking seems greedy since other hotels have free parking

The gym was not as shown in pictures, the bedrooms are super roomy. The pool and hot tub are really small

Comfortable, and good to have full sized fridge and cooker for longer stay. Breakfast is a bit of a joke. Prewrapped egg and patty in a muffin, and a microwave in reception. $10 per night for parking is also unwelcome.

Spacious rooms, comfortable and clean. The facilities are nice as well. We only wish breakfast had more fresh food and less processed, plastic wrapped stuff.

The staff was very nice. The pool was perfect temperature. Room was clean But the property itself needs an upgrade. When i first walked up the stairs i was questioning my decision to stay therr.

This place has all the basics. The kitchenette helps if you’re looking to save money by dinning in. there’s 2 grocery stores right across the street. Parking fee is $10 per night at the hotel

No house keeping every day

We had 3 people and the sofa bed mattress was so thin you could feel the springs - couldn't sleep on it. The bathroom had dark hair strands on floor, the bathroom faucet was hard to move and made a loud noise & squeaked when trying to turn off and on. Bathroom shower tiles had mold. King bed was comfortable.

First room had mold and mildew all over the bathroom especially the shower. I was moved rooms after reporting the mold. I was told the new room was newly remodeled. But the new room had just as much mold and mildew. I was only refunded the last three days of my reservation. Corporate Inn still charged a cancellation fee which I find absolutely ridiculous. The front staff was very friendly and hotel.com staff tried to help me. Corporate inn is an old hotel.

Upon entering the room, we were greeted by the bedbugs. The owner refused to admit. We had to leave the premises, and they’re disputing and not giving us a refund for the next two nights that we did not stay.

The place is super clean, the whole facility from the hallway, stairs, room, the super comfortable bed, and the TV is quite good for the price

I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. The beds had bedbugs!!! Other complaints: Service was terrible The property dated & runned down Management does not address refunds accordingly.

Stayed at corporate Inn a couple of times already (this was our 3rd time staying) but this time, the bed we stayed might have bed bugs. We checked out yesterday(sunday) and writing this on a monday night and have bites and intchy bumps all over my body. (Including my gf)

The rooms are out dated and smell of really bad body odor. We had two rooms and both smelled this way. Especially the bathrooms.

Overall a great stay. Breakfast was underwhelming, the only substandard aspect of the stay. The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and even the pull out couch bed was above average. Overall a highly recommended location.

Overall this is a fair property and geared more toward business travel vs leisure. Issues - we had ants on the ground floor unit, the carpet was quite stained from pets and the bathroom sink did not drain properly. What was not clear at booking is that you only have housekeeping 2x for a weeks stay. They cleaned well and provided extra towels upon request but this was a surprise when we checked in.

The air conditioner in the room is broken. It makes a huge noise at night. I didn't sleep well all night.

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times and like it for the most part. Pros: has real kitchen where you can actually cook, this is hard to find; quite new, clean overall; mostly friendly staff; good price on some of the days; convenient location with walking-distance supermarkets and restaurants. Cons: relatively weak WiFi and 5G coverage; simple breakfast; only cleans twice per week if you stay for a whole week.

Room did not feel cramped for space.

Wifi was basically non-existent and unusable from my room... My keycard was demagnetized every single day.

The building's construction isn't very good. The light on the vanity had a poor connection, flickering. I reported it for repairs, but no one came until next day, and the problem wasn't fixed. When I first checked in, there was a smell of chemicals near the bathroom door! Overall, however, it was clean, and the front desk staff was polite.

While this hotel was very convenient for my business trip, I was less than wowed by its condition. When I checked in, the HVAC was turned off and it was 78 degrees in my room. It took almost all night to cool down. The breakfast was mostly processed food and the TV didn’t work, though they did fix that the next day. Overall, underwhelmed and will book next stay in one of the better known chains.

The hotel is overall OK. Good location with lots of options for food, supermarket and felt safe. The cons: very dated. The entire property could use a pressure wash. Lots of dirty walls and floors. Garage had plenty of parking, but needing the same pressure wash. Room was spacious, but dated. Would have said we would return as it is the more affordable option for a long stay, but the bath tub clogged 4 different times. It was repaired 3 times, worked ok for 1 shower, then clogged up again during the next shower. The last time was the worst, 2 days before checking out. It was Appx 7 inches of water that was not draining. The front desk said they don’t have maintenance on the weekend and could not get it resolved. Stated he would add that to the morning mgr’s notes. Checking out the next morning, heard nothing from this “mgr”. Had the attitude as if we were troubling him. Could have asked how it went, and probably ignored the notes. With that careless attitude, I didn’t want to ruin my morning and just checked out. We knew to never return and just share our experience.

First time at this hotel but I stay in Sunnyvale regularly. Super nice, remodeled, mid century modern hotel with kitchenette, large TV etc.

I am not happy to write this negative review, but when I spend nearly $1,000 at a business, I don’t necessarily expect everything to be perfect. But I expect the person who takes my money to at least pretend to care. Not here. I booked the hotel for 3 nights, no problem. Then our plans changed and I booked an additional night in order to arrive one day earlier. The night before our arrival I called the hotel to let them know I had done this. Asked to stay in the same room for four nights instead of three. No problem, said the night manager. He told me to come in after our first night and get our key cards refreshed. We did that. No problem, I thought. Shortly after noon, while I was in a meeting, I received a voicemail from the hotel’s front desk telling me it was past checkout time, and unless I was out of the room soon, I would be charged hundreds of additional dollars. At the hotel, the woman at the front desk said the night manager did NOT combine reservations and I should have checked out that morning from the additional reservation. I asked how I should have known this. She had no answer for that. She never apologized. The internet service at this place was very spotty. When I went to the front desk the next day, the same clerk told me to try a different hotel network. It had nothing. She never offered to check the system. Fortunately there are lots of other options in Sunnyvale.

There was a lot of confusion at time of check in and I was charged twice for my stay. I booked through Expedia and confirmed with the agent upon check in that my card would only be used for incidentals, but I was charged the room rate at the end of my stay.

The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly!!

They provided more amenities than other inns I’ve been to. However what ruined the stay was their housekeeping staff cleared all our clothes, and opened/unopened snacks/food/water in the inn. We extended our stay the morning we were supposed to check out and the front desk person didn’t notify their staff to NOT clean our room. Regardless, we have a lot of stuff still there and the housekeeping cleared it all and nothing was left when we returned in the evening. Not only that but a few pieces of clothing were also missing from my clothing bag that was left in the room. We only got our clothes back because the night shift front desk person went to try and find it. It was a good experience until it wasn’t.

Staff was accommodating and professional. Room was well kept and clean.

check in: system down, receptionist could not process safety deposit. Would not give me a room unless I agree to come to front desk one hour later (after 10 pm). First room key provided was wrong since the room was occupied. Second room provided to me and while I was half way into unpacking, she asked me to change room. The last and final 3rd room has a bath room with shower head not working. Overall experience of the stay is very poor.

Located On EL Camino which has a lot of dining options across different cuisine. There is a kitchenette with every room and you have a Safeway closeby as well. The breakfast is alright. Rooms are convinient. The wifi works fine as well.

Our go-to when visiting our kids. Comfortable layout. Across street from Safeway.

It worked out perfectly for me, spacious room, convenient location. Clean, quiet, lots of outlets. Will definitely stay there again.

Close to 49ers stadium

I like the layout of the room—- plenty space to spread out, separate sitting area and frig, sink, microwave. Breakfast is basic, but Safeway is across the street. Lots of Indian restaurants and Korean. In n Out a half mile away. Dunkin across the street. Staff friendly and helpful. We always stay here when visiting family nearby.

Conveniently located

Breakfast is DIY cereal, microwave oatmeal, and prepackaged breakfast sandwiches. But Safeway/Starbucks is just across the street. Well laid out rooms with lots of room for two people.

Everything is good except the grab and go breakfast. If they can close at 10 am would be better.

There were several horrible patch jobs on ceiling in kitchen, there was repairs needed in the shower area. I didn’t complain but made front desk aware at check out. She apologized and said she would have moved me to another room. Like I said I’m not a complainer. The weather was cold so didn’t get to enjoy the outside amenities except the hot tub. Breakfast was pitiful. Good for what was offered.

Everything is good except the breakfast. Breakfast was at the lobby where there are very few options to choose from, one of which is the frozen burritos and microwavable sandwiches there. After just 2 minutes of microwaving a sandwich, the microwave suddenly broke down and was not able to be fixed.

Overall the hotel is clean. You have to pay for parking. The rooms are big and the king bed is comfy. Wish they actually had a better breakfast option as everything was frozen breakfast items or muffins. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Would stay here again.

The Corporate Inn is a great spot for 1-2 people. Full kitchen and the layout is very “homey”. Pillows need an upgrade and if kids are running around outside that can be heard from inside the room. Other than that it’s very quiet. Breakfast could be 6-10 am instead of 6-9 am and the photos are inaccurate on the Expedia and Corporate Inn website. The “breakfast” is more of a grab and go. Overall I’d give it 4.5 Stars based on the tier. This is not the Ritz Carlton remember.
