Larkspur Landing Extended Stay Suites Sunnyvale

Very nice place to stay in Sunnyvale. I do not like the $10 a day parking, but the hotel is nice and well located.

I booked a two night stay at Larkspur Landing. The room was very clean, nicely appointed and had all the expected amenities described on their online site. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet and it had a full kitchen. The staff was polite. The air conditioning was excellent and refreshing. It wasn’t humid at all in the room. Parking was easy, but the hotel charges $10/day for parking. They require a $250 deposit which is refundable if the room is left as it was found. There is also a nice laundry room.

I stayed here with my 8 year old son. 3 nights. It’s definitely better than the past hotels I have stayed at. Cleaning could be better, there was dust on top of the fridge they definitely didn’t clean that part. The bed was comfortable, pillows could be better. But it’s okay. Slept well and so did my son. recommend you keep socks on or your slippers on in the room. I like it because people there are respectful and quiet like I have stayed in other hotels where people make so much noise while closing or coming into their rooms or in the hallways etc. and that disturbs you specially close to the time people sleeping. I feel like you should be considerate of others. But here that was not an issue. I wish our stove top worked because it did not. That’s the only problem I had in my room. But everything else was good. I saw many who stayed there were families and kids. Really lovely staff too. Felt welcomed. And I love that they do have a laundry room to do your laundry and it’s complementary, no cost to guests. Also there is many food nearby and grocery store and parks and gas. All you need. If I ever wanted to stay here again, I would.

Pro: Clean, quiet Con: Parking fees are not included in hotel charges. It surprises me when I was informed that I need to pay for my 2 nights parking fees.

Easy check in. Friendly staff. Comfortable room with full small kitchen. They also have a workout room and laundry room, both of which we used. We will stay again when convenient.

General Disappointment: Beware of hidden extra parking fee of $10/day and increasing to $15/d in Jan/2026 where surrounding hotels in the area offer free daily parking. Breakfast items are very limited and unappetizing. My stay was disappointing. The room was OK

It was good. Clean. We booked through Hotel.com and had stayed here last year and were surprised when they told us, after we completed our check-in that we had to pay $10/day for parking. Never happened previously. Anyway...

Nice rooms and property. Very clean.

We were given a room with a broken sofa and shower, then moved to another room with a lock that didn't work all the time. The room was never cleaned during our stay.

Clean hotel and polite staff. Rooms were well stocked and beds were comfortable.

It’s good for a price but there were ants in the sink and it wasn’t a pleasant experience.

The table in the room was dirty a sticky. The room had plumbing issues and water coming from the shower was brown and full of sediment. No room cleaning service, although having been told at check in that it was included.

Everything was ok except there was a spoder inside the tub when we check in.

We stayed at the hotel for one night. The lobby, dining room, and hallway was clean. Front office staff was very friendly. The carpet inside my room was very old and not clean. It definitely needs to be replaced. The complimentary breakfast was below the par. No water or other no-sugar beverage was served (coffee excluded). You only got bread, bagel, and muffins in plastic bags.

The toilet in the bathroom was not cleaned. When I checked in, I was told the hotel was overbooked and was sent to another hotel. I had to pay the fee for lyft.

The gentleman that checked us in was wonderful- so friendly and engaging. The room was super clean. The hotel was outdated and need of some updating but was a solid choice. I appreciated the good price, cleanliness and friendliness!

The refrigerator was very loud and woke me up during the night. There was sufficient parking.

No air conditioning in bedroom. Noisy refrigerator. No exhaust in bathroom. Lights too dim in bathroom. No lock on bathroom door.

The hotel decor was out of date and the bed uncomfortable. The surrounding area is okay and convenient with public transportation

air conditioner and refrigerator were very noisy both cycled on and off constantly and very noisy all night. Other then that was very nice. Very good breakfast

Older property. Clean room that was spacious. Not the greatest air conditioning setup - it got warm in the bedroom - but for the price consider it worthwhile.

Wendy checked me in early and provided a nice room. Very clean hotel, reasonably priced in an unreasonably priced area. If it says that way I’ll stay again !

Room was nice, location was great, staff was excellent

We arrived at 3:30. Check in began at 3. I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, especially when there’s an event nearby and there was an event the night before as well. When we arrived there was a line out the door for checkin. There were two people checking guests in. It was absolute disaster. It took them so long to check in each guest, then one girl was not very personable and awkward to guests. Maybe it was her first day? Who knows but she just didn’t seem like she should be at the front desk. They RAN OUT of clean rooms and we had to wait 20 minutes after we checked in before we got keys to our room. There was a concert at a nearby stadium and this really put so many people behind in getting there on time. It was a beautiful hotel compared to many others around but the fact you don’t have rooms ready after the time that checkin starts is completely ridiculous. I would stay here again but I wouldn’t count on them being able to get us into our room on time. Next time I’ll come ready instead of expecting to have time to get ready there.

They don’t accept debit cards for the 250 deposit. And I have a credit card however they said that they wouldn’t be able to put the deposit back on the credit card that I have so I would have been out 250 dollars. So I didn’t get the room that I paid for which was 180 so they stole my money

Service is always excellent. Rooms are always clean and comfortable.

Right before we went to bed we noticed the bed REEKED of pee and what we assume was animal hair. We went down stairs and ask the man working what we should do. He questioned us about why we did not come down sooner before trying to help with the actual problem. (We had been out after check in and got back around that time) then he told us that the manager checks every room so there’s no way it should smell like pee. Anyways after that he said he can offer us new sheets because the cleaning crew won’t be around, since the comforter was the problem we asked if there was any blankets he could give us and he went back and found a blanket. Once we went back to our room to change our own sheets we realized the pee had soaked through the sheets and onto the mattress. We went back down and a different woman was there for nightshift. We explained the whole issue to her again and she also asked what took us so long. Eventually we were given a new room but they had extreme attitude and thought we were being dishonest. We are low maintenance people and we felt very upset that it took so long for them to believe us and for them to give us a new room.

Front desk lady was super rude checking in, checking out the other lady was super nice. They also don't take debit cards and don't say anything about it on the website

Great service/ location. Love the full kitchen. VERY pet friendly. Good central location near the 101 and the 237.

Free self-parking, free breakfast, very close to Levi Stadium, very close to 101 freeway - these are all favorable conditions for a traveler.

Really nice place to stay in, reasonable price, good service. Location is near freeway so easy acess, walking distance grocery store, gas station. Definetly try out dish & dash thats right next to the hotel, amazing middle east food!!

It is like Homewood suites from Hilton, definitely more spacious, with similar amenities except I wish the kitchen was a little better supplied with crockery and some cookware . The location cant be beat ,right next to highway with access to three highways near by .Several dining options ,very walkable area .

Great location and staff

Great stay, very quiet during the holidays. Near 101 for great access north to SF ir south to SJ, Gilroy or Monterey.

Check in took longer than expected. The room was fine. The black out curtains did not do much as it let all the light in at 6am. Breakfast was very limited and sad.

The included breakfast is the best continental breakfast I ever had. The only complaint I had is one of the staff at the reception desk who checked me in. She never smiles at any body, making me feel uneasy.

Not very clean. Poor quality breakfast - only bagels.

I could feel the management team was changed. The breakfast is different with limited choices, and we need to pay for parking.
