Water temperature and pressure in shower was great! Mix of hot breakfast and continental every morning left us full. Hot tub was hot, but not HOT... wish the parking was free, was charged $9 per day per vehicle. The incidentals hold was a little steep in my opinion at $300. Overall we were happy with our stay.

Would of been 5 star but was told twice that the Jacuzzi worked, when if fact they had been waiting for a part. Having sciatica issues so that was an issue. Love the fact they have 2bdrm suites that aren't outrageously priced. Full size kitchen, very clean and nice. Would stay again, and definitely recommend

Breakfast every morning was a positive. The ability to allow our two cats to stay was very positive and the main reason we stayed here. The room is clean inside, and the check-in staff were very friendly.

Fantastic amenities! Great for long or family stay. Great pool and hot tub, room in beautiful condition and clean, kitchen was stocked and ready. Highly recommend this location!! Breakfast was iffy, they are remodeling the main dinette area so it’s temporarily in a room. Packed and items were out, we ate out instead. Find a plan for food, delivery is costly and limited based on more remote location! Rental car needed here.

We stayed in a 2-bedroom suite for 2 nights. It was newly renovated. The breakfast selection was pretty good. The courtyard had the pool, basketball court and bbq/picnic area. The gym was 24 hrs access. Cons: The lights in the sink and bathroom areas kept going off, same with the living room area. I brushed my teeth in the dark a couple of times. Also, the parking spots were ridiculously tight.

The location was excellent, the room was very clean, we had a two bedroom with a little kitchenette. The towels were fluffy and in great shape. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean and soft. Breakfast was amazing! 10 out of 10 for that. The pool and spa area were gorgeous. All of the grounds were well kept and maintained. I will stay here again on our next trip.

Everything was great except the jacuzzi jets were not very strong and the jacuzzi could have been hotter.

The only reason I did not give this place excellent in all categories is because they charge you $9 to park. After paying for a room I think they can comp you at least one free vehicle. Other than that great service and rooms. Highly recommend for those traveling with kids.

The pool was the warmest I have ever experienced, beautiful grounds and awesome breakfast!

No elevator? Try taking luggage and an infant to the 3rd floor.

We have stayed here before and were pleased to stay here a third time. The two-room suites work great for us and our kids: space to spread out, relax, hide, and host my mom for meals since her own kitchen isn't suitable for us. Let's talk about that kitchen, though. It's got a full-sized fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and a two-burner stove. There's enough dinner and drink ware for at least five people. Know that the stove doesn't heat water fast, and there aren't much in the way of cookware and utensils. We drive to get here, so we brought our own tub of pots & pans & spatulas and such, as well as our spice selection. If you're flying in, the kitchen may be less useful, though it's possible the hotel has the right tools to loan out? We didn't check. The grills in the common area patio were clean and in great shape and were gassed up and ready to go for our steaks one evening, and that's a nice place to cook out. The beds are firm and the pillows are flimsy. It's a good thing each bed comes with four because I needed both of my share to lay my head down comfortably. The staff is all very friendly and helpful! Two of the times we have stayed here before, the price has been fantastic, but was substantially higher this time. That cost probably cut our stay by a day, which is important for the family time we came here to have. Still, we had no second thoughts about looking elsewhere for similar accommodations because of the specific plusses this hotel offers us.

I would stay here again and again! The staff were very polite and accommodating. We needed a bag of ice for an injured knee and it was ready for us as soon as I arrived. I’m happy to have found this place and loved the cleanliness and convenience of the kitchen / suites. Highly recommend. Great for shoreline concerts, Google training or anything business related.

It is centrally located. Our stay this time was exceptionally quiet. We appreciated that greatly It has been recently remodeled.

Very spacious and clean rooms. Problem is freeway noise entering living room in outward facing rooms. Noise should be ok facing courtyard.

We stayed for my daughters soccer tournament.The rooms were clean got two bedroom suite. Staff was nice. My kids loved it. Nicely update no complaints!. Breakfast was good maybe change sausge and no yellow cheese in omlette lol. The breakfast dining nice and updated. Outside area cute space with games, pool, bbq. Sesting area.Spacious rooms 2 bathrooms. Forgot to take pics. Keep it up clean and updated. Loved it!

The air conditioner in the room did not work at all. The front desk was nice enough to give us a box fan and a little window air conditioner, so that was very nice they provided.

Clean, spacious room, friendly staff, good breakfast. Nice seating and decoration in pool and BBQ areas. Air condiction is not powerful enough, took long time to cool down.

The room is spacious and quiet. No daily cleaning service. The room has an electric stove and refrigerator but doesn't have any cookware other than a big steel pot, which makes cooking infeasible.

Upon arrival, I was greeted well and checked in. When we got to our room everything was fine. We saw that there was no service for rooms-like extra towels or blankets, so we asked for more towels and an extra blanket. It felt like such a hassle to them, and we had to walk to get them. The hot tub, which was my selling point, was on the fritz the first day and closed the second. The pool being heated was nice and made up for it a bit. When we tried to leave wrapped in provided pool towels, we were told we had to leave them and walk back to our room freezing. Im not sure what the issue with towels is, but it seems like a pretty easy fix. Hopefully someone smart enough figures jt out, like a bin for towels outside of each 4 groups of rooms? Either way, nothing special, other than they offer apartment style rooms. Breakfast was ok, and the main bed was average. The couch bed was awful as most are. Pillows need some upgrades, they were all pretty bad. All in all it was fine. I didnt expect spectacular, but I didn’t expect the manager to tell me and my daughter he'd rather us be freezing than let us take our towels to the room. The $300 hold is pretty outrageous, especially with it possibly not being let go for 7 days? Get with the times? The last hotel I stayed in, released the $150 hold the same day I left. Just seems out of touch and out of date. TV's have about 20 channels, no option to connect to streaming. The kitchenette was a nice touch to save money on food.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was exceptionally comfortable, and the service was top-notch. The front desk staff were friendly and attentive, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The breakfast each morning was delightful, with a great variety of options. Additionally, the living space was spacious and well-maintained. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent amenities and outstanding service!

Michael made check in a breeze! Which was great since we were in a hurry to get to the Morgan Wallen concert. Would definitely stay here for concerts and games in the future.

The only two issues that I had were: I wasn’t told about the 7.00 per day parking fee until check out. And one of the staff members (Micheal) called me “Girl” in front of my husband and children. As an African American woman that term is very derogatory and demeaning. The best way to address any woman is to simple say Miss or Mrs. Its respectful and courteous. I was too shocked to respond at the time and other than that, he was accommodating for the most part. He did make a comment about the place not being a “party place” which I thought was quite odd and rude. It was almost as if he made negative assumptions due to my race. It was so uncomfortable. But he warmed up to me once he realized that I was there to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. But no one should be mistreated or prejudged. I handled it gracefully but I definitely would like them to have cultural diversity training. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent overnight stay for a procedure at Stanford. Rafael was great! Had a small issue with noise above us but Rafael was able to handle it so we could get a good night sleep

Room was spacious and clean. Enjoyed having a full kitchen, sink and counter top. Fitness room was adequate. Decent breakfast everyone morning. Staff were friendly and helpful. I am taking away a couple of stars because I'm not sure why we have to pay for self-parking. Also, there were some sketchy characters hanging out on the parking lot in the evenings, as well as homeless right across the street from the hotel.

Our favorite place to stay. Safe and quiet outside the the city. But easy to hop on the freeway and get anywhere you need to go. The staff is always excellent and the free breakfast is perfect with something for everyone.

This hotel is very close to the highway. Rooms are nice size. Breakfast is okay. There is no elevator in this hotel. Also no restaurants close by. Tucked away behind office complex.

Check in the credit card machine was not working long process, but desk staff was nice. The room was not clean. Blood spot on the pullout bed sheets and the room smelled like a wed dog. The carpet was really stinky with an awful smell throut the room. Also homeless encampment on the street did not mske this the best travel spot.

What a great hidden gem! My family and i stayed here for a graduation at Stanford and its about 20 minutes away but it was an easy drive and for the value it was worth it. They had a full hot breakfast every morning and the heated pool was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Cleanliness, staff, spacious accommodation, nice hot tub and pool, generous breakfast and great price point Do need to drive to restaurants as hotel is surrounded by many large businesses.

Very nice suite for family. The only negative is a long time positive. They are upgrading the facility, yeah!, but right now the gym is closed, the lobby is in a room and the free breakfast is served in a tent outside (December). I'm sure it will be great when it is done but they should have pre-informed us before we arrived.

Excellent place to stay! We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite and it was perfect for my husband and his parents. We each had our own bathroom which was a plus! Would definitely recommend this hotel! Breakfast in the morning was fantastic!

From the moment we checked in, we loved this spot. Michael was so friendly and helpful. The property was beautiful. The suite was cute and comfortable. In the morning we had a nice breakfast that had a very good selection including eggs, sausage, fresh fruit, rice and beans, as well as the normal cereal, bread and bagels, etc. We loved it and will definitely be staying here again!!

We loved the spacious rooms. Comfortable bed, nice sheets. We would have liked more towels to start off with and also would have loved at least a light cleaning or some cleaning equipment a few times. Nice gym and pool. Clean! Many areas to sit and hang out! Breakfast was good, sometimes they run out of items but breakfast ladies were super sweet!!

Everything was good except for limited hours for Breakfast. Only 2 hour window to get breakfast? It should be 3 hours and the same times every day of the week. It seems like they are trying to feed as few people as possible, too crowded as people are scrambling to get food during limited period to get food. Especially short time period for a hotel this size.

Our 2 room suite was awesome! Super clean and very spacious. Reminded me of a cute little apartment. The continental breakfast could have been a bit better but we were generally happy with the selection. Staff were very friendly as well.

The free breakfast is the best ever! They offer freshly made pancakes & a robust egg station in addition to the standard pastry, coffee, juice you see in so many other places. It makes you really feel appreciated!

Weekend breakfast starts late.

The suites are very nice inside and yet are in a rather strange location not near any restaurants. My main gripe was that a breakfast was advertised as included but when we arrived they told us that we only would get a “grab and go” bag with stufff we would heat up in a microwave
