Variety of kitchen tools are limited, you need to ask to get detergent and soap. Shampoo and conditioner not prepared. The same goes for towels for the next days. It is OK. But detergent for laundry is expensive you need to prepare to bring in that was not comfortable. I hope the shampoo and detergents should be prepared by the hotel because They are difficult to prepare small amount

Great stay with easy parking.

Room was not ready for check in for 45 minutes. No ice machine on premises. To go breakfast is the worst. Bitter weak coffee, granola bars and muffins and pack oatmeal. Get a waffle maker at least. Premises was clean and so was room, but you have to ask for dishes, coffeemaker, shampoo, plates, cups. It’s not automatic. Service takes a while. Internet is good

There’s nothing super close in regards to convenience stores. I needed water and didn’t have transportation so unless I ubered, I was stuck without any. The vending machines had nothing but soda and they didn’t carry water anywhere else on the property. I think something so essential should definitely be made readily available. Otherwise, the room itself was clean enough. The staff was friendly and the manager was very accommodating.

Pretty filthy room and among one of the worst that I’ve ever seen: Within an hour of checking in we saw a roach and a bunch of gnats. The room also had a weird odor. When I got into my bed for the night there was a dried booger. The sink had pubic hair in it when we first stepped into it too. We booked two nights and decided to leave the serving night instead of checking out in the morning due to how repulsed we were.

I arrived for a weekend event and was very disappointed with the room. The room just felt very uncleanly and not welcoming. The carpets were stained and dirty, hair in the bed and restroom around the sink and in the bath tub and not the best customer service from the front desk. All-in-all, if you’re in a pinch and need somewhere to crash it wouldn’t be the worst options but I definitely couldn’t see myself staying there again unfortunately.

The stay was quick and fast check in, the ladies in the front desk very nice and helpful. When we got to the room in the restroom, there was hair all over the shower. There was a bandaid stuck on the shower wall, we also found a flossing pick on the floor by the beds. It was just poorly cleaned the room. I gave 3 stars because the its was smooth and staff was friendly but the room was very disappointing.

Dirty room and rude staff

Smelled of a combination of skunk and mildew. Sheets had old stains.

The room had food on the ground and ants in the refrigerator. It got all over our food and there was no place to go get food around there. Hot water was supposed to be in one of the just they put coffee in it I told them and the hot water came out brown still. It was aweful

Worst stay of my life. We checked in for a Niners game saturday afternoon. The first room we got was disgusting like it had not even been serviced. There was gum on the wall next to the bed. A spider crawling from underneath the stove and a dead spider on the floor of the kitchen too, the floor it self was so dirty you could see where stuff was spilled. When I picked up the phone to call front desk, the freakin phone in the room wasnt even connected. Once I finally got a hold of front desk with my cell phone she gladly gave us another room. The next room was still ran down but no spiders or gum on the wall. This place is defintely out dated. Extended stays usually have their rooms furnished these one unfortunately are not, upon request you can receive stuff to furnish the kitchen. We called front desk about 10pm and no one answered so we walked down there to ask for plates and silverware. Which to our surprise were scarce. The guy at the front desk went to the back and shuffled through dishes he then hands us a few things no cutlery or pans. All those dishes were dirty as well. If you guys are wanting a room with an oven and dish washer, it aint this place. Our fridge never got cold enough to chill anything. Our AC looked like it had old blood on it. The lack of attention when cleaning is the number one reason we will never return to this place. I spilled water on the floor and when I wiped it up, my napkin was covered in dirt. SAVE YOUR MONEY & GO STAY SOME WHERE ELSE!

Smoked in room. AC compress was failing with high pitched sounds on decompression. Gross

Received notice that the water will turn off for the day, luckily I checked out before then. Received notice they will conduct inspections, luckily again I wasn't there since I checked out. The room is below adequate for a business stay, they are beat up and I saw ants and roaches at night. I would only consider it for quick stays since room service is non existent, they lacked dishes, sponges and dish soap/soap/shampoo needs to be asked at the lobby. The service at the lobby is friendly and accommodating with what they have

some guests living next door banged the shared wall during wired time and kate nighs.I believe adults can guess what they were doing. It's annoying and interrupted my sleep

Bathroom was not clean, water pressure was so bad in the shower. No bathroom amenities like shampoo, body wash or lotion.

To small room for being a suite Shower head spraying to the silling makes look like a leek from secon floor.

I stayed at this property before when it was newer. Won't stay here again. At this point, there are no dishes, pots & pans, or utensils in the room. You must request that at the front desk. The water does not get very hot and there is a low-flow shower head installed. The heat is NOT controlled by the thermostat on the wall. The door needs a flap to block light and prevent cold air from coming in under the door. You can also hear the ding of the liight rail constantly.

I expected an extended stay to have something besides completely empty cabinets in the kitchen. Not even one pot, toaster, plate, etc. Why bother with a burner if you can’t cook anything except what goes in a microwave? Rooms were super tiny. We heard dogs barking non-stop each and every night. Why isn’t someone patroling to stop this? Couldn't wait to leave. Bad experience. Will not return.

The positives: staff was friendly, room was spacious and had a mini kitchen. The negatives: my room came with a sofa sleeper. The pullout bed had no bedding, not even sheets and there was no extra set in the room. I had to sleep curled up on the couch with a towel for a blanket. The main bed looked as if it had been slept in and the blankets just pulled back over and straightened.

Needs remodeling and no shampoo or conditioner

The kitchen was very drawn out and there was no kitchenware in the room, so you need to ask for it one by one. Also no blinders or see through curtains so I need to keep the curtains closed.

The room was smaller than other Extended Stays I’ve used. The room and bathroom were clean even though I had to keep the vent on in the bathroom to lessen the cigarette smell. The outside of the property could use some TLC.

Unfortunately this hotel did not have our reservation. For some reason Hotels.com and Extended Stay had a system error which caused us to not have a reservation even though Hotels.com did confirm in April and 3 days prior to us staying in June. Extended Stay did work with us to get a room and didn't charge us more to set up a new reservation. The room was average at best and only had two double beds. Since it is an Extended Stay you have to ask for shampoo, soap, etc. This will not be my first choice in the future for a one or two night stay.

Front desk was not prepared for volume of guest at check in. Spent an hour in line at check in just to be told our room wasn’t ready after our long day of travel.

I travel a lot for work. My main office for work is in Sunnyvale and I work long hours and have an atypical schedule so I stay at this Extended Stay often for over a year now. Never really had an issue accept the front desk girl seemed to knowingly give me a room where the bathroom light wasn’t working. I went back to this same front desk girl and told her the issue and she basically said oh they didn’t fix it yet? And that was the end of that convo. Didn’t care to maybe offer me a new room? It was dark when I showered and I couldn’t see…could have slipped and fell etc…I even kept the light on from the kitchen and left the bathroom door open to get some light…but it was still dark when I showered. Not sure what her deal is but I stay at Aloft now after that terrible customer service experience.

Very dumpy place, especially for the price. The whole place has a very bad odor. Room was dirty and dingy and poorly maintained. Very, very slow check in process, waited a very long time. The employee checking in guests at counter was left with no help, clearly overwhelmed and stuck with a very long line full of irritated people. Each check in took a long time. Other employees came up to counter but did not assist. Mattress was very old and saggy especially on one side.

Arrived at property at night but No staff showing at front desk after calling emergency phone at front door or phone number left on Expedia. And Expedia doesn’t give option to start a refund.

Excellent service, friendly staff, and a short drive to Levi’s Stadium. Best option for a budget hotel.

Convenient off the freeway and easy to find. Nice walking trail adjacent to property. Good black-out drapes.

We drove 5 hours to take our daughter and nephew to a football game. We booked here because we were told breakfast was included. “Breakfast” was coffee, oatmeal, and your choice of a muffin or granola bar. The room was very humid and moist. There is no shampoo/conditioner, pots/pans. You have to go to the office to request these things. There’s are questionable individuals hanging around the hotel at night. We had to keep getting our keys fixed because “they get demagnetized if you put them near other cards.” There are no restaurants or real stores around if you need anything. Definitely won’t be back.

The property was clean and quiet. Wished there were other ways to get to the light rail station.

Room keys stopped working the morning of checkout, had to go to front desk to get them reset. Hotels do this intentionally. "Breakfast"at lobby was pathetic. Coffee and hot water with packaged muffins or granola bars was the extent of breakfast. Don't get your hopes up. Safe area, some highway noise.

You get what you pay for I guess. I had no hot shower water during my stay. Yet oddly enough my sink had plenty. Room was acceptably clean and the staff were really nice and attentive. There’s no food options accessible by walking and the free breakfast is literally a basket of Nature Valley bars.

Don’t let them lie to you and call that a Free Breakfast. Coffee and a granola bar isn’t breakfast for me.

The photo on the room were very appealing but the actual room didn’t match what was show online. The view was awful, and the breakfast turned out to be just a simple continental option instead of a full breakfast as advertised.

The property was alright, nothing extraordinary. A decent stay for short term trips. Free breakfast and coffee is always good.
