The Pool was closed. It was Hot and I was looking forward to using the pool. So, that was disappointing. I stayed three nights, yet only two towels were provided, housekeeping came in daily and emptied trash but ignored everything else. Room was nice, Restaurant/bar was nice, walking distance to downtown was convenient.

Area is quiet and clean, quick access to downtown. Nice areas to sit outside and watch the sunset. Staff were nice! Hot tub...no jets... Pool...to dirty for me! Ice machine apparently having issues..water draining in the parking lot. Don't look up cause if you see the wiring connecting the buildings...it'll give you pause...

For a one night stayover, this was great. We were able to park in front of our room, which is convenient. Quiet area. Room was pretty spacious for a 2 queen. Breakfast was good. Would stay again if passing through.

Parking was great right outside of door. Staff very efficient. Rooms taken care of without having to state each item we wanted done. Room was in excellent shape and redone very well especially liked comfortable chairs in room.

bedding and bath towels were clean, there was a smell in room - maybe stale cigarettes, there was trash on floor and dry grass on floor - if the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed could I trust the bathroom floor was clean? I kept shoes on at all times, there were mildew stains in the shower, breakfast was plentiful and good variety - but had no flavor Our biggest complaint was the Tv in the breakfast area was set to a politically specific channel. Management should realize they will have guests of all types and not have the tv in a public space politically charged left or right. Find a neutral channel - there are plenty.

Run down, dirty place. Sheets had holes in them. Carpet had mud on it. Bathroom wall had a crack down the middle of it. Any place that required a deep clean or extra powerful vacuum was full of dirt. We were on the ground level. The people above us stomped and were making noise until midnight. Spend a few extra bucks and stay anywhere else. Staff was friendly. Check in was easy. And breakfast was decent. The issues are with the age of the place, it hasn’t been maintained, and I’m certain that housekeeping does the bare minimum.

We’ve stayed before no problems but this time we found BEDBUGS. We took pics and Expedia is trying to get our refund. They were everywhere, we were too tired to notice last night. They are even in the baby blanket so now in process of bagging everything up and buying stuff to wear home. Will be suing them if they transfer to the house. It will cost thousands to get rid of them. So grossed out. DO NOT STAY HERE

The coffee maker only works if the light is on. That would have been useful information. The bathroom had lots of mildew. The paint was ripped off the door frame at the floor. The room smelled musty. The shower wouldn’t come on, facet worked fine, but the thing you pull up for the shower wouldn’t move. So I couldn’t shower. When I reported this to the guy at the desk he didn’t apologize or offer to send someone to help.

This place was absolutely filthy! I took photos and told the front desk. She gave me a card to contact the manager, which I will certainly do. The rating was 8.5 on Expedia which was a total joke. There was half a beer in the fridge. Blood on the dust ruffle and side of the mattress. Dirt and leaves on the floor, the towels were cheap and filthy. Dead flies on the windowsill in the bathroom. Some unidentified filth on the outside of the soap dispenser. The list goes on. The TV wasn’t working, and the very nice woman from the front desk came up and and spent 15 minutes trying to figure out why…together we were able to get it to work. And I did appreciate her kindness, but the hotel was an absolute disgusting pit. We didn’t even consider eating breakfast in such a place!

BEDBUGS! Avoid this hotel! We did a last minute booking on our way to a funeral. Showed up late, checked in and were not impressed with the cleanliness or lack thereof. The fitted sheet had a large tear in it that had been repaired and one of the pillows had makeup and what appeared to be blood stains. We sucked it up and tried to get some sleep before having to get back on the road. Unfortunately, about 20 minutes after lights out I felt something bite my face above my eyebrow. Turned on the light and saw a bedbug scurrying away. I grabbed it and squished it, but no way I could get any sleep after that! I am very sensitive to the bites and my face was alrady swelling up. We changed into fresh clothes, wrapped everything into trash bags that went in the back of our truck and told the front desk about the bedbug. The person there said they would let management know. Management never contacted me, never returned calls or emails, and definitely didn't return our money. Hotels.com tried to contact them and also got no where. This was far from the cheapest room available. I am so disappointed in the experience and felt they should have at least returned our money since we were there less than 2 hours and they did not provide habitable accomodations. Awful place, awful service.

Restaurant was very good. Service was very good. Unfortunately, the HVAC system is a disaster. Controls are not very good and the sound is a disaster. Would not return simply because the HVAC system makes so much noise it is difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Our room was very nice with a separated sitting area from the bedroom. Everything was perfect except for the “biggie”. The air conditioner temp adjustment didn’t work. It was set on 61 and the only thing we could do when we got cold was get up and turn it off for a while. Luckily it was a cooler day outside so the room didn’t get very warm. Other than that, we will stay here again.

We have stayed here several times, although this time the room had a couple of "flaws". I understand that the upkeep of properties must be extremely difficult. The particular room we had this time had a door security problem, the extra "lock" that you normally close a ever over it had been broken off, as maybe the door was kicked in or something. Also the shower was troublesome.

The one night we stayed there it was very noisy. People walking up and down in front of the room late into the night talking loudly and yelling at one another. Then it seems they were up at 5:30 am doing it all over again. The TV only worked on about half the channels. Those channels that didn't work had a picture but no sound. The A/C was marginal. Almost afraid of turning it on for fear of getting Legionnaire's disease. The bath water was hot and plentiful; although the shower pipe leaked and the button to turn the shower off--should you want to take a bath--could not be forced down.

For a one night stay during a multi day work driving week the bed was AMAZING! It’s no frills. The office chair is not worth keeping, they’re the worst just hated trying to sit in it. The recliner was a very different experience and definitely keep that.

This is an old property but has been nicely refurbished. The room was large and well appointed. Nice bed and bedding. The shower could have used better fixtures. Access to the property from I-25 was somewhat inconvenient. It was easy getting to it from the south but in the morning I had to go south 1 exit to access the hi way to continue my trip north.

Room was not ready when we got there to check in at 3pm, asked about cancellation policy bc we decided we would keep driving to get closer to our vacation destination. Was told 24hrs or we had to pay for the room. Called the manager and left her a voicemail asking if there was anything that could be done to cancel the room and not be charged. Never got a call back or any sort of notification. We did not want to pay for two rooms so we ate in town and came back at 8pm to check in. They had cancelled our room without notification. Did not have another room available. Another great surprise they charged me for it. So at 830pm with two kids and two dogs we had to drive to the next town to find lodging. Did not see inside of room but outside is very outdated and in a terrible location. I have called the manager multiple times to request a refund and have not received a call back thus far. Will be disputing the charge through my bank.

The room was what i expected. The maid service already cleaning my room out before check out, not okay. I took my belongings with me to breakfast, i wanted to come back and make sure i grabbed everything after and check out. I pull up and shes already got the door open! The managers response was "she would have knocked first". Ok, but had i left my things who is to say she wouldnt have robbed me! Completely unacceptable!!!!!

The front desk young lady was so incredibly helpful. We had a flat tire and she found someone to help pump it up and gave us directions to Walmart so that we could get it fixed. She and her brother were so kind and pleasant. We were truly grateful.

What a delightful surprise to find this Days Inn has a really excellent restaurant which outperforms its mundane name, the Sunset Bar and Grill. In addition, the property is well-staffed with highly efficient and courteous support staff.

Perfectly adequate place to stay for a night or two. TV didn’t work and it was unable to be fixed during my weekend stay but I was given a discount. Staff was nice and the breakfast was ok. The restaurant attached was fantastic. Incredible food and was absolutely unexpected. The last place in the world I would have guessed to have very authentic Indian dishes and fresh seafood.

The beds were comfortable and clean; however the comforters were tired looking. The room was generally clean. TVs are okay. The carpets need shampooing, the bathroom walls needed better cleaning but we were comfortable. Frig, micro, drip coffee pot so we brewed our own. Iron and ironing board. I say all that because I think it was over priced at $129.00/night before taxes. The breakfast was typical: powdered, watery eggs, sausage, gravy, biscuits, pancakes, waffles, pastries, coffee, juice. It was mediocre at best. They allow pets, they have a designated outdoor cannabis smoking area. They sprayed the room with a strong chemical that lingered even after three nights. The staff was helpful and friendly. Sorry no pics.
