The location is great. Walking distance to a variety of restaurants, etc. Cannot understand why the hot tubs never work time after time. The outside pool and cold tub without working jets opens at 10:00 am, which is late. Indoor hottub lacks working jets altogether. Pretty disappointing. The staff was very nice, fun and personable, so that was refreshing. Love the validated indoor parking. Lobby is beautiful.

It was great and we will stay again. It's convenient in downtown and many things near by. The only thing was the carpet in the room had this crease down the middle like it was loose or not put in right and the indoor hot tub was out of order.

Great location in downtown Colorado Springs. The hotel did not seem busy which was great as visitors when we stayed over Labor Day weekend. We enjoyed the outdoor pool as it was warmer with the sun that the indoor pool but it's nice there are options. The hot tub was also nice. We enjoyed the arcade and pool tables as well. I'd highly recommend the Valet parking for only $5 more a day. They were prompt in retrieving the car via a call ahead site accessible by text message link. The bathroom in our room needs a clean with the grout looking dirty and moldy in the shower. We arrived a couple hours before check in and while the room wasn't ready, they gave us access to the pool so it wasn't too bad - just don't plan on getting in earlier than 4 pm. I found the front desk staff to be friendly and helpful but didn't interact too much outside of the check-in process. Overall, I felt this was a great hotel for the price and would stay here again.

Check in was easy. Valet was super friendly and knowledgeable about property and answered any questions. Hotel was clean. Inside hot tub was out of order but everything else was working well. Gym has a great variety - especially for leg day!! Located close to shopping and restaurants- definitely recommend trying Skirted Heifer!!!

Love the Antlers Hotel! It’s a beautiful, historic property in heart of downtown Colorado Springs. Easy walking distance to many restaurants, shops, brewpubs & bars. The hotel gym is absolutely amazing! There are both indoor & outdoor pools/hot tubs, a full service bar & restaurant as well as a Starbucks in the lobby. I always enjoy my stays at the Antlers, & always look forward to my next visit!

Won't go back unfortunately. Seems like the hotel is run down and not maintained. Lights were out in elevator, dust balls falling from the ceiling. Carpet in hotel room was filthy. The doors were all dinged and chipped. Everything is just falling apart.

Very poor stay. Best part of the experience at The Antlers was the view of the mountain. Staff was extremely unhelpful. The room I stayed in was dirty. The bathroom shower vent was caked with dust and debris. There were marks over the walls, various in color. Some brown,m, red, and yellow. There were cable dangling from the TV, and cables ripped out of the wall. When brought to the front desk’s attention, the gentleman checking me out only responded with “I’ll have an engineer look at that”. There was not one thank you or courtesy of any kinda. Horrible experience.

Our stay started out great. We thought the lobby was beautiful, we were surprised when our room had a balcony that we really enjoyed. The rooms were pretty dated and could use some upgrades. Minor things.the issues started when we parked and realized that there was no security in the building at all. You could get to any floor of the hotel from the parking garage elevators, it made us a little uncomfortable. We got up the next morning and there was garbage bags lined up in the hallway outside of our room that never were taken away. We tried to go to the pool but the water looked so dirty that we opted to go out for a few drinks instead. The following night was eventful. We were woken up around 4:30am by people screaming in the hallway. When we looked, they were gone. About 45 minutes later we were woken up by Colorado Springs police who questioned us for several minutes regarding the disturbance in the hallway. They never told us why they were questioning us. When we got ready to head to breakfast around 7am, right outside our room were several police officers and the hallway and one room blocked off with caution tape. Police greeted us and we went downstairs to check out. The woman at the desk asked us how our stay was and my husband said “well, quite eventful” and the lady laughed and said “yeah I bet it was” and handed us our receipt. When we asked her what was going on, a detective stepped up beside us and quickly changed the conversation. Wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The hotel is very clean and the staff is very attentive. The room was well appointed and quiet. We had a great view of the mountains. One downside is the breakfast buffet. This is a very nice hotel, but they serve powdered eggs on the breakfast buffet, which were inedible, and the buffet is $18.00. My friend ordered off the menu, an egg croissant sandwich, which so terrible, but she complained and they took it off the bill. Other than that, the hotel is great. Staff is very friendly.

We didn’t have a good experience. We had a room by the elevator so that caused noise but was dwarfed by to screaming match from our neighbors that went on until 3:30am. Bedside lamp didn’t work. Coffee maker jammed. I had such high hopes for this place but was painfully disappointed.

The room was so hot we couldn’t sleep. The air ran all night but didn’t cool. Some of the lamps worked and some didn’t. A few outlets didn’t work. Bathroom door was in bad shape. Caulking was gross around shower and tub. This place needs an upgrade. Overpriced for the property

The hotel itself was clean but the air conditioning system did not work well. Even after placing the thermostat in high fan with the lowest possible setting the room was hot and stuffy. We asked to change rooms, which they gladly accommodated, however this didn’t help as the new room was not much colder.

Terrible service all around. We were locked out of our room four times over three days because their system couldn’t display our reservation correctly. We were forced out of our room for a half a day before they figured out they were wrong and checked us back in. The restaurant forgot one meal and eventually served a dry cold chicken breast after the rest of our party had finished eating. And to top it off, the rooms were dated and small.

Two things I did not like about the service here. I asked them to do a full service on my room after two days. Came back and they did not even change the bed sheets or vacuum the room. I checked out a day prior to my original date. Received text and emails the next day asking me when I was checking out. The associates that I checked out with did not even check me out.

Very understaffed limiting cleanliness of room, pool and amenities/services. No room service or vending machine. Also, limited gift shop hours so you need to bring your own snacks, etc. After check-in, we entered our room and surprised a worker (not maintenance) who quickly flushed the toilet but said he was working on window shades. Strange because he had no tools, rushed and didn’t introduce himself. Sketchy feel and could have felt more unsafe if I had not been with my family. You get what you pay so set expectations low.

Excellent views and easy to walk to some restaurants. The property is dated and the only restored part is the lobby. Our room run down and outdated. The pool area was nice and they do have an area with pool tables and arcade games. Service was poor. My suitcase stand was broken and they said they would replace it but they never did. We couldn’t get housekeeping to clean our room after asking twice at the front desk.

Easy location to get around to see the sights. Walking distance to quirky shops and restaurants in Colorado Springs downtown. Definitely check out Urban Egg and go on the Ghost tour. Hotel is older but full of character and charm. Kids loved the Starbucks attached to the hotel.

Awesome place to stay in Colorado Springs. Just a block away from downtown, 5-10 minutes from Old Colorado City shopping, less than 15 from Manitou Springs AND the mountain views are unmatched. Staff was very friendly and parking was easy.

Hotel was ok, it needed some upgrades. Room was hot, air conditioning was not working properly. We had to ask for clean towels. We had to ask that our garbage taken out. There wasn’t a phone in our room to call front desk, so we had to go down ever time we needed something.

The hotel is conveniently located right in Downtown Colorado Springs, close to all the activities my boyfriend and I planned for our 4th of July weekend getaway. The staff was friendly, the rooms and hallways were clean, and we enjoyed the lively bar in the lobby. We also appreciated how dog-friendly the hotel was, it made traveling with our pups a breeze. The only downsides were that the A/C was quite loud, which made it tough for me to sleep (I struggle with insomnia), and the toilet was slow to flush. Some of the amenities also felt a bit old and dated. Overall, though, it was a great stay and we loved the location.

We loved having the mountain view of Pikes Peak. What we didnt like was paying 18.95 for a so called buffet that was nothing more than mushy scrambled eggs. Ive been to many other less expensive hotels that had more food choices that you didnt have to pay extra for.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Antlers. The property is older but still very nice. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I absolutely loved the wood-fired pizza at the restaurant in the hotel, and having a full-size Starbucks in the lobby was a great bonus! I would definitely stay here again if I came back to Colorado Springs.

My first stay here. Overall it was a good stay. Staff was very friendly! Older hotel that is starting to look a little run down. Has alot of appeal in that way but details of cleanliness could be better. Valet was very good! Restuarant on site was solid, but had a very bad burger one night.
