The lady at the front desk was lovely. She was extremely helpful. It smelled like cat piss in the hallways. There was stains on the floor in the room. The linens were not clean; there was very concerning fluids dried on the bedding and made up again. It was on the top blanket, sheet, fitted sheet, etc. It was on every layer. We requested new linens and just changed the linens after taking the other ones off. Our room was in a nonsmoking area and it smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. It smelled like it in the hallways. There was construction on the street next to the hotel. They had a breakfast nook but it was very limited ...

The rooms were clean and had microwave and bathroom was easy access for me being ADA they’ve been the only hotel to have. Shower chair.

Great room size and location, but entrance needs maintenance I really loved the location of this hotel and was happy to find that the rooms were wonderfully spacious! Staff was really attentive and helpful. However, my first impression left me feeling a bit unsure, as the main entrance leads into a small room with a sliding glass door setup for the reception desk, rather than a traditional open lobby. The property could also use some general TLC—specifically, the side entrance door lock needs repair, and little bit sink issues in the room which will always be there a the sink filter are not in good shape.
