Stick Figure at Red Rocks was amazing! I booked her because of the hot tub. Hot tub out of order, pool too. Although it was generous to have the ability to use the neighboring pool, a hot tub was desired. It was a bummer.

Hot tub not working most of stay. Pool not usable 1 day

We stayed here while visiting family in the area. The rooms were clean and having a bar/café on the premises was a plus.

The elevator entrace is old and the elevator smells like burning rubber. The parking lot is dark and it was all uninviting. The front desk called a few hours after I arrived to check in on me. I would rather that not happen as the ring is alarming and I was relaxed and about to fall asleep.

They are remodeling the front door area, but had signs to reroute you for check in. Desk personnel was very accommodating. Room was missing an alarm clock, but one was quickly delivered upon our request. Room was very comfortable, large, very clean, great comfy bed. Hot tub was very much appreciated. Breakfast in the bistro was tasty.

The room was very clean and modern, nice updates throughout. Beds were comfortable and shower was very clean. The pool and hottub were fine, we enjoyed swimming. Only one elevator which could be slow at times and felt outdated. Lobby and bar area were very nice. Parking was free and convenient. Would definitely stay again!

Pool area was closed due to water damages.

Chemicals in the pool were so strong it was burning our eyes and skin also hot tub doesn’t even work.

This hotel is a good middle of the run hotel. The rooms are updated and the property looks modern. The hot tub was OUT OF ORDER for the whole week I was there, which was kind of annoying since I chose it so I could use it during a golf tournament. Obviously if they cared they could have had a technician come in that time frame. There were a few hairs on the ceiling of the shower from a previous guest. I made the mistake of not paying for the fast WiFi (why you have to pay extra for normal speed WiFi in 2025 I don’t know) but once I did that I was unable to get the faster WiFi on my computer which caused me to miss Zoom meetings for work. Even after going to the front desk to troubleshoot the issue. Cassie at the front desk was great and so were the Starbucks people at the bar area.

They attempted to appease me by giving me travel points but I would need an absurd amount in order to get a comp room. 3 day stay and not once did they make my bed or clean my room. I looked forward to fresh towels and didn’t get to experience it

Clean inside and out

The hotel was very clean. The staff were friendly. The bed was very comfortable! The food at The Bistro-on-site restaurant was delicious! We will definately stay here again! I highly recommend this hotel!

Everyone was very friendly. The rooms were clean. Hallways needed some cleaning. Otherwise it was a great stay.

The outside looked nice. We booked online through Expedia for 2 nights, and got a handicapped room, which was not requested. The room was not clean and we could tell it hadn't been cleaned for several days as dust was thick everywhere. Beds of course were so close to the floor and the sheets looked like they had already been slept on and not changed. We asked if another room was available but were told no. We had to stay that 1st night because no other affordable rooms were available in the area. We definitely checked out the next morning. And we will never book at this particular hotel again.

I traveled from New Jersey to Colorado in car. By the time I came to this hotel my bones were achy. I chose this hotel because they had a jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was dirty and the jets were not working.One thing great was the customer service there. We had a young lady name Julia that helped us and gave us a voucher for breakfast for our inconvenience. The place had a Starbucks and we had one of best breakfast from the there. Another great thing was that it was close to the Red Rocks theater. Overall it was safe and quiet.

Property seems to have been renovated recently. The rooms on the ground floor are very basic, and still feel old. There are much nicer and more welcoming feeling Courtyard hotels in the area. This one is located very close to the highway which makes it a bit noisy even inside the room. Breakfast at the cafe is nothing special, better to go somewhere around the corner

The TV didn't work we got moved rooms and that TV also didn't work, we left early after we showered

We flew into Denver and only stayed here one night. Breakfast was available but not included with our stay. The air conditioner in our room was running but was not cooling so it was warm and tough sleeping. Also our mini fridge wasn't cooling either. Other than that the room was clean and quiet. Overall we were disappointed for a Marriott hotel stay.

It was so quiet here despite the easy access to the nearby highway. The room and bed were comfortable and amenities met our needs. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. Would stay here again!

Maintenance came up, looked, said “I’ll be right back with new keys and a luggage cart”. 45 minutes later we went to front desk and she said “I tried to call you” which didn’t happen, then gave us another room (with no ammenities) and asked if we’d like $20 off. I said add breakfast too and she did. Next day when we returned and wanted a water bottle, we were told they had no water bottles on the property. This morning at breakfast, the bistro person was very short with her responses. We asked for napkins and were told the property was out of napkins and gave us the blue cleaning cloths. It was one of the worst experiences and I travel around the world frequently. We chose this property due to proximity to Red Rocks. No more of this type of property.

Plusses 1- staff was super nice and helpful Minuses 1- NO WiFi use with VPN. Terrible idea when you have to use work devices that require VPNs. So no WiFi use for me. Why offer free WiFi, if you can’t let guests protect themselves??? 2- no internet to the TV so could only access local channels, no streaming or provided free Showtime access. Took three days to get this fixed and spent time on phone with contracted tech support. 3- fridge didn’t work 4- coffee maker didn’t work for first morning until staff replaced it, but then the cord was too short to reach the outlet 5- had to fix constantly filling toilet on my own as it stuck after midnight. Then found it stuck nearly every time it was flushed. 6- sink barely drained and backup up causing foul smell and disgusting junk to sit in sink. Very unclean 7- patio door permanently unable to to lock unless you put up the safety bar 8- cleaning service opened the drapes to get sunlight but failed to see leaving them open made the room swelter. This I had to put Do Not Disturb sign up everyday after first day Completely Out Of Place problem- 1- I was offered the chance to buy heroin or meth in the parking lot after arriving back at hotel just after 11pm. This was probably the biggest surprise I’d come across and you MUST find a way to mitigate this. I was less that 100 feet from the front door of hotel In-betweeners 1- every Marriott I’ve stayed previously offered continental breakfast but this location only offered pay breakfast

Walls are paper thin can hear neighbors. And if you end up towards the 285 side that will be all you hear.

Close to a highway/freeway so can be a titch noisy at night.

Overall very nice room at a reasonable price. Bathroom is tiny. TP dispenser broken. HVAC is a bit noisy. Generally adequate.

We were in the area for a concert at Red Rocks and this hotel was not too far away. It was 15-20 minutes away. We had a flight delay that made us arrive a day late. Called the hotel to let them know, they held our reservations. Piper who checked us in was great. We were able to get into our rooms when we arrived around noon. Because of the delay, there was an issue with billing, and I called and talked to Julia. She looked into it and because it was a little complicated, she ended up calling me back the next day. She and her manager got it resolved. The staff there is great and the reason why we will stay there again next year.

Staff knocked on the door at 9am asking am I checking out. After the stare down she finally walked away. Then another person knocked on the door to do maintenance. Never again. The windows didn’t lock in the first floor. Just minor inconveniences after working 16 hrs! I will never stay at this location again. I only stayed this time cause of the snow and I couldn’t make the hour commute home.

The hotel is centrally located close to Red Rocks and just close enough to Denver for an easy drive. We will definitely stay here again!

Nice hotel away from the traffic but close enough for it to bw convenient

My 2 kids and I really enjoyed our stay. The pool wasn’t something to write home about but my kids (10 & 7) still had fun playing, I would recommend just bringing some pool games or toys. For the price I wish breakfast was included or at least I would have hoped that the bistro wasn’t as pricey for the quality of the food, but overall we really enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. We didn’t really use the WiFi.

This was a nice hotel for what we needed. The price is high considering there is no breakfast. But overall, it worked.

Room was fine, quiet, location was nice for our hockey tournament. Old Chicago close by. Breakfast was poor, and very limited. It was only available from 6:30-8:30 am - no coffee day 1 - always empty by 8:30. Hot tub was gross. I would not stay here again.

Piper did a fantastic job at check in. Once in the room, we found a small issue and Piper handled it very promptly, professionally and to everyone's satisfaction. All desk staff and Bistro staff were very friendly and professional. Fair prices at the Bistro (breakfast and evening drinks). Overall, a great stay.
