We had issues with the couch bed. We received a call after making a comment about it. The answer they had was put comforters on and under the mattress. It only helped a little, an 8 year old had to sleep on the be sideways because the bars and springs came through the bed. Their other answer was to go find another hotel. We were there and picked the hotel because of the 2 king beds and sleeper sofa. The parking lot is littered with garbage and graffiti on the walls. There were cars illegally parked in the handicap spots. When I brought it up the desk person said the lot was crowded and that’s why they allowed people to park there. The lot was not full. Breakfast was terrible. My kids wouldn’t even eat it. Another reason we chose the hotel was because they had breakfast. If it wasn’t for the hotel being the size we needed and right down the road from the hospital my son was having surgery at we would’ve left and gone somewhere else. The workout facility was a treadmill and elliptical. No weights. We paid $300 a night for a subpar hotel

Very nice place! The only negative to this place was that the elevator didn’t work. Apparently it’s been an issue for a while. Nice, clean rooms, great breakfast and friendly staff!

They say you get what you pay for BUT this place is the exception. Breakfast is excellent- fresh waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage biscuits and gravy, fruit, oatmeal juices coffee and more! Rooms are HUGE! Kitchen with full size fridge and dishwasher. All utensils and dish soap, paper towels etc. it’s like a one bedroom apartment in a reasonable rate hotel! This place is worth every.single.penny. There’s an indoor swimming pool…….i could go on and on. Did I mention it’s SO close everything gas stations, fast food, stores and the interstate! We will be back !

We chose this hotel mainly due to the kitchen, and found it to be a great spot to stay. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The room was nice. The free breakfast was among the best we’ve had (and we use the free breakfast in many hotels). The equipment in the fitness center was functional. I would recommend to anyone. You couldn’t get a better place for the price if you want a kitchen and sitting area in your room.

Room was clean and great kitchen suppllies . Pool was dirty and cold ! I did tell them but not much done to make better. Grounds were dirty . Light was out by the door which made it gard when coming back after dark. Some homeless in area . Breakfast offered was good and staff that took care of that were great. Area was better when you went behind the hotel by the schools . Pool was disappointing.

The only thing that I saw that I thought needed to be done to the property would be to clean their carpets and be a little more cleaner in the common areas they look quite old at this point and the room smelled of old, but it was a nice day for the price.

Our flight got in early and although we couldn’t check in right away front desk staff I forgot to get her name but she said as soon as someone checks out of the room we had on our reservation she would send someone to clean it right away so we could get into a room. We only waited approx 30 mins if that which was awesome considering check out wasn’t even until 12. The room itself was super clean the area was nice and the beds were comfy and the room was so spacious. No complaints at all, I already booked this hotel again for my next Colorado vaca next year :)

The room was a decent size and the staff were friendly. Location is convenient and I couldn’t hear any noise from the freeway which is relatively close by. The breakfast was included and was pretty decent. However there were a couple of things that could have been better: - the WiFi only worked in part of my room (326) and a couple of the electrical outlets also didn’t work. My laptop couldn’t pick up the WiFi at all which was unfortunate because I had to work for a day (ended up using my cellphone hotspot) - the walls are thin. I could hear the person on one side of me snoring, and the heating system on the other side even when wearing ear plugs. I am sensitive to noise so this might not bother some people - there is a large fridge, oven and microwave in the room but almost nothing decent to buy from reception to heat up except junk food which seems odd since it’s clearly intended to be a place people stay for a while.

Hotel was great, but there was one major problem. There was a recurring alarm at 3:30 a.m. in the adjacent room with a shared wall. This alarm prevented us from getting a full night sleep. We reported it to the front desk, but there was no resolution in the four days that we stayed there.

We were given a room the first night, the bed was horrible. Lumpy, flat, woke up aching all over. We asked for another room for the next two nights, it smelled so bad, like it was supposed to be for people with pet. We didn’t want to complain again, the person at the desk needs to realize who has pets or not. Just common sense.

The desk staff were very friendly & helpful. Good breakfast, with lots of choices. Our suite was very clean, bed was comfortable, kitchen was well equipped. We spent 4 nights there, and everything was great. We would happily stay there again.

Friendly staff, great breakfast and the layout of the studio suite was perfect. The kitchen had everything I needed. Also, loved the big shower!

We chose this hotel mainly due to the kitchen, and found it to be a great spot to stay. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The room was nice. The free breakfast was among the best we’ve had (and we use the free breakfast in many hotels). The equipment in the fitness center was functional. I would recommend to anyone. You couldn’t get a better place for the price if you want a kitchen and sitting area in your room.

Front desk was extremely helpful even before I arrived. I had called a few days before arrival about early check-in, and while they said they would “make a note,” I fully expected to have to check back on the date of arrival. The front desk surprised me by calling me back and offering me not only early check-in but an upgraded room. Also allowed me late check-out, which was greatly appreciated, given that my flight home was very late in the day. Extra blanket in the room was dirty, but they switched it out promptly. Breakfasts were among the tastiest hotel breakfasts I’ve had. Room was mostly clean except for a hair tie left on the bathroom counter. Towels were newer and still plush. Mattresses were awfully soft for my taste, but comfortable. Room was spacious but ceiling definitely needed new paint—evidence of water leaks everywhere. However, the issue appeared to be only cosmetic.

Had no hot water the entire time, staff literally waited until i swiped and said “i forgot to tell you before you swiped we dont have any hot water” Beyond upset, out of town from Washington dc, they did comp half but 4 days with no freaking hot water is absolutely unacceptable

Our flight got in early and although we couldn’t check in right away front desk staff I forgot to get her name but she said as soon as someone checks out of the room we had on our reservation she would send someone to clean it right away so we could get into a room. We only waited approx 30 mins if that which was awesome considering check out wasn’t even until 12. The room itself was super clean the area was nice and the beds were comfy and the room was so spacious. No complaints at all, I already booked this hotel again for my next Colorado vaca next year :)

The room was a decent size and the staff were friendly. Location is convenient and I couldn’t hear any noise from the freeway which is relatively close by. The breakfast was included and was pretty decent. However there were a couple of things that could have been better: - the WiFi only worked in part of my room (326) and a couple of the electrical outlets also didn’t work. My laptop couldn’t pick up the WiFi at all which was unfortunate because I had to work for a day (ended up using my cellphone hotspot) - the walls are thin. I could hear the person on one side of me snoring, and the heating system on the other side even when wearing ear plugs. I am sensitive to noise so this might not bother some people - there is a large fridge, oven and microwave in the room but almost nothing decent to buy from reception to heat up except junk food which seems odd since it’s clearly intended to be a place people stay for a while.

They say you get what you pay for BUT this place is the exception. Breakfast is excellent- fresh waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage biscuits and gravy, fruit, oatmeal juices coffee and more! Rooms are HUGE! Kitchen with full size fridge and dishwasher. All utensils and dish soap, paper towels etc. it’s like a one bedroom apartment in a reasonable rate hotel! This place is worth every.single.penny. There’s an indoor swimming pool…….i could go on and on. Did I mention it’s SO close everything gas stations, fast food, stores and the interstate! We will be back !

Room was clean and great kitchen suppllies . Pool was dirty and cold ! I did tell them but not much done to make better. Grounds were dirty . Light was out by the door which made it gard when coming back after dark. Some homeless in area . Breakfast offered was good and staff that took care of that were great. Area was better when you went behind the hotel by the schools . Pool was disappointing.

We had issues with the couch bed. We received a call after making a comment about it. The answer they had was put comforters on and under the mattress. It only helped a little, an 8 year old had to sleep on the be sideways because the bars and springs came through the bed. Their other answer was to go find another hotel. We were there and picked the hotel because of the 2 king beds and sleeper sofa. The parking lot is littered with garbage and graffiti on the walls. There were cars illegally parked in the handicap spots. When I brought it up the desk person said the lot was crowded and that’s why they allowed people to park there. The lot was not full. Breakfast was terrible. My kids wouldn’t even eat it. Another reason we chose the hotel was because they had breakfast. If it wasn’t for the hotel being the size we needed and right down the road from the hospital my son was having surgery at we would’ve left and gone somewhere else. The workout facility was a treadmill and elliptical. No weights. We paid $300 a night for a subpar hotel

The desk staff were very friendly & helpful. Good breakfast, with lots of choices. Our suite was very clean, bed was comfortable, kitchen was well equipped. We spent 4 nights there, and everything was great. We would happily stay there again.

It was perfect for us to be going to Red Rocks for concerts. Rooms were kept very clean and the staff was were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was great to get your day started without looking for a restaurant and the lady preparing the food was very nice. The room size and kitchenette was great. We stayed here while visiting from DE to see a concert at Red Rocks. I don't think we could have picked a better place. It was a bout a 45 min ride to/from the airport, but only about 15min from Red Rocks. We stayed 4 nights and the room was nice and clean, stafff was exceptionally friendly, Free breakfast (Eggs, meat, cereal, oatmeal, toast, bagels, etc) every morning. Would most definitely stay there again.
