The pool was closed for maintenance. The entire week we were there. We asked when we got there and we were told it would be two days. Then after those 2 days, we asked again. We were told 1 or 2 days. After those days we asked a third time. We were told again, two days. We left after 7 nights and it was still closed. That was part of the reason we chose this hotel. We wanted an indoor pool. It’s on the website as well as the big sign out front. They were doing all kinds of maintenance. The floor of the elevator was being replaced while we were using it. They were doing something to the entryways between rooms. The outside of the building had piles of construction debris. It was really not a pleasant stay. My 9 year old was very disappointed about the pool.

The room had been re ferbeshed and was not done well. Ther was paint on the curtains, on all the outlets, and the other fixtures. The table lights are all rusted and corroded. The window had obviously been repaired by someone who didn’t know what they were doing. The pool and hot tub were both under revision, and according to the front desk has been down for months, but was still listed as part of the stay. There was no place to sit and wait in the lobby.

They were remodeling so everything was really dusty and looked unclean on main floor. Indoor pool was unusable. Bathroom fan was so loud had to turn it off. Plug in in bathroom did not work. Bed was comfy. No hot stuff for breakfast except waffles.

The exercise room had home owner quality cardio equipment with a large rip in the only bench. There was no way to clean anything in the room and no place to get water. Hotel needs upkeep and repair. Friendly front desk staff.

They had a policy about how they clean every 3 days!! When we areived, there was food from the previous guests under the bed. The toilet was nasty too. Not once did they clean our room in our 3 day stay. Terrible.

My room was dirty when I checked in, switched to another that's ok. The room stinks and is very outdated. I tried to cancel this reservation a few days ago and they said no. I see why now that I'm here, they would make no money if cancelation was allowed. Will not book here again

The room was beautiful and much larger than I expected. It was exceptionally clean. I am very picky and I did not find anything to complain about. I was very happy with my accommodations, and the man at the front desk was so personable and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Normally this hotel is pretty clean and we don’t run into any issues, however with this specific room we did. It was not as clean and there was trash behind one of the chairs, they left used toiletries by the sink, and the bathroom fan wasn’t working. When we brought this issue up, the staff was kind and offered to replace our used stuff but we couldn’t get a new room with a working fan, as none were available. Normally we get a 2 queen bed room but this time we got a single king, it may just be specific rooms where cleanliness is an issue.

I heard every little footstep from rooms up above. The towels were dirty(hair on them). The matress was sunk in the middle, made it hard to sleep.

Upon arrival the bathroom was terrible, the toilet was stopped up with paper and feces, the telephone was so dirty we did not want to touch it and the bathroom exhaust fan loudly rattled. I am sorry to report that in general, it appeared cleanliness and maintenance standards at this site are very low.

They’re undergoing a remodel May 2025. Pool not accessible and the water temp in the shower was warm at best. They responded kindly and fixed the shower issue during the third day of our 3 day stay and we were not offered a different room. The room was nice, clean and beds comfortable. The coffee is watery at breakfast and the containers ran out both mornings.

Check in was a nightmare. They told me my card was declined and I contacted my bank which told me it was authorized, must be their system. So I ran it again and it went through. Checked my account on the way home and I had three $250 charges from there. Obviously one is for the stay but they took another $500. The front desk lady was acting like it was me and I had to fix it when it is their system. I won’t ever stay here again, I frequently come down for doc appointments. Also, pillows were so small and thin, almost of a couch pillow. Room was not that clean, window screens were falling out of the window. I have never stayed in such a terrible hotel.

For the price it was fine. The WiFi worked well in my room, and I had to work and lead a meeting, so that was good. The breakfast was ok, some hot options but the egg patties seemed processed. Styrofoam plate ware. Again, for the price I would stay here again. Room was comfortable, they use those tiny pillows which just aren’t as comfortable. The desk setup was comfortable. Pool was open, spa is closed and not advertised as open, so that was expected. Felt safe walking to various restaurants nearby, so that was nice! Close to the Boyd state park & lake (expect detours in Aug 2025).

We enjoyed the pool. The hot tub was empty, but we paid extra for a jacuzzi tub in our room that was dated but worked. We live a few minutes from the hotel, so it was a little stay cation for my daughter and i. We planned on binge watching Netflix, but unfortunately the tv was too old to allow us to log into anything other than the basic dish they provided. We actually left and brought a tv and Playstation from home, so we could log into Netflix. The hotel in general was just a little dated, and there were stains on the bedding topper, and could've have been more detail paid to cleaning in general. The ac worked great, so thats always a plus.The breakfast options were very very limited, so that was a little disappointing. The man at the front desk was definitely not a people person. At the end of the day, we made the best of it, and had a good time. If you are just traveling through and just need a place to sleep, it's not bad.

The stay was fantastic and the room was very clean. We did not try the breakfast. The only complaint I had was the check in process. The room was booked of hotels.com and when I got there the employee insisted that I did not have a reservation, which was very frustrating after providing confirmation numbers and showing them the email confirmations and hotels.com app confirmation. The manager was finally brought in and he had to get on the phone to get walked through their hotels.com process. It felt to me like it was just a lack of training issue, which is understandable, but a 15–20-minute check in process was a bit much. I would definitely still stay here in the future.

We had booked at the travelodge Wyndham and it was horrible, disgusting, we left and booked at this hotel. Immediately happy , clean , comfortable, and instantly felt so much better and ready to rest. We are in tosn for my husbands procedure at the nearby hospital so stress is already high. A clean room, and greay staff is much needed.

Building and rooms have significant deficiencies: 1) Smoke detector is not operable; 2) Room phone is disconnected; 3) Toilet water tank is very loose from base; 4) Window screen is severely damaged; 4) Security is compromised by persons propping open the side exits; 5) "Free" breakfast is poor quality. But, the staff is very friendly and eager to help.

The woman at the front desk in the mornings we were there was amazing. I wish I could remember her name. She treated my whole family great. She also handled an upset “Karen” customer with patience and grace while maintaining her composure

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. My daughter and I checked in a different times, and the staff made sure her keys were clearly marked and ready for her. We needed a luggage cart when checking out, and the lady went around looking for one and called us when it was available. The room was clean. The beds were ok, but a little hard. The pillows were hard. The phone did not work. The shower was very slippery and no mat. We put a hand towel in the tub to prevent slipping. All these things are minor and acceptable and mentioned when we checked out.

Stayed a week, the hotel is near downtown, Walmart and Sams. We skipped breakfast at the hotel and drove to Fort Collins to eat at the Breakfast Club. Safe place, we have no negative comments.

It was a good stay, 45 min from Estes park. It was an economical option, they offer breakfast in which I didn’t partake. The king bed was nice and comfortable. Easy parking and convenient. Good staff, friendly and gave great assistance. The only items that would have made life easier would be a working laundry room (under repair) and the front automatic door working (under repair). Overall, I was very satisfied.

The bed was comfortable. wi-fi worked ok. The frig cooled. It was quiet. Our room was clean. The breakfast room juice machine never worked. There were no breakfast rolls or bread for toast. There are waffles and breakfast sandwiches for heating.

From the outside it looks good. The room smelled old and musky, the bed sheets were scratchy, the shower floor was soft under foot and cracked. It was a handicap room which wasn’t an issue except there was no curb on the shower and the bathroom floor was soaked and very slippery when getting out. The breakfast options were minimal, no hot options unless you wanted a waffle or frozen Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich. One microwave and a waffle iron, and a dining room full of people waiting to use them. Most of the staff was okay, but we encountered a very rude and unfriendly front desk clerk. Definitely not what we expected and not worth the rate.

Very friendly staff. Breakfast was slim pickings. Juice dispenser did not work. Hardly any options. No toast, bagels, muffins, just a few pieces of over ripe fruit, and microwaveable sandwiches. What was available to drink, milk, was sitting out warm. Sad excuse for breakfast. And the worker working breakfast just sat there on her phone the entire time. I would understand if it wasn’t a “continental” breakfast, but labeling it as such, and it being slim pickings is a let down. But otherwise it was a great stay.

The bed was very comfy, with lots of pillows! The water pressure was to be expected in a hotel, but it was very hot which was appreciated! Advertised as continental breakfast, and only "cold" items were available, with the exception of a waffle iron. All in all, it was not bad at all for the price of the room. We were pleased

The property was okay, it is just older and it shows. The free breakfast was limited. The eggs were very dry. The sausage was very overcooked. The muffins were dry. I was just glad I wasn’t really hungry. I felt bad for my husband, because he was hungry and he was very disappointed with his options.
