Reviews frequently describe the hotel and rooms as very clean, with tidy public areas and comfortable beds. A smaller number report lapses such as stained linens, dirty showers, or odors, and note that housekeeping during multi-night stays can be inconsistent.

Rooms skew small but efficiently designed; many find the beds comfortable and some suites feel spacious. Common issues include thin walls, intermittent HVAC or lighting problems, shower curtains that leak or lack shelving, interstate-side noise, and flashing smoke-detector lights at night.

Staff are widely described as friendly, accommodating, and helpful, with quick check-ins when systems cooperate. However, several guests experienced understaffing, long or failed check-ins, duplicate or incorrect charges, difficulty reaching the front desk, or staff entering rooms without proper notice.

Convenient just off I-25 with easy access to the Blue Arena, Medical Center of the Rockies, and many restaurants and shops; some venues are walkable. A few guests noted interstate noise or felt it wasn’t close to other attractions.

Breakfast is consistently described as very limited for hot or protein options and sometimes poorly stocked, with coffee or items running out and occasional equipment issues. A few guests found it adequate or good, but expectations should be modest.
