Needs updating. Bathroom had leak from ceiling onto the floor between the toilet and sink. Carpet needs cleaning. Maintenance looks like it was just thrown together by someone that didn’t know how to do it, like the elevator floor. Touch ups needed throughout on first and second floor and in the room. Makes me wonder what else is halfway done. No chairs in the pool area so if you are just watching your kids you get to sit on the floor or stand the whole time. Staff was nice but was never at the desk, 4 out 5 times I came down they were outside by the front door.

It was sub par. The whole place smells like cigarettes. The pool was advertised to be open and was locked the whole time I was there. There were gobs of someone hair on the shower wall. The pillows were overstuffed and uncomfortable. I would stay at the Travel Lodge across the parking lot next time. It was less expensive with no pool, but that wasn’t available anyway.

Front desk staff was amazing! Very helpful pleasant. Rooms were filthy. Carpet had holes broken tiles in bathroom lamps not working properly. Booked the hotel for the advertised hot tub, both pool and hot tub were closed for “maintenance”. Don’t stay here if you are intimidated by sketchy crowds!

The whole place smelled. They only had 1 towel per hotel room. My biggest issue was that the light in the pool disconnected and there was a long wire attached to it which could have been dangerous. In general, the property was very poorly maintained. Checked out and went elsewhere. Some of the characters in the hotel were questionable as well. Bed mattress was very old and would have been very uncomfortable. Overall very disappointed.

There was no staff member at the desk when we arrived for check in, went across the parking lot to the other hotel to accommodate check in per the sign in the lobby, no one was at the neighboring hotel either. Broken windows from the dining area overlooking into the pool area. A lot of lingering people and commotion out front and the parking lot was being used more like a mechanic shop than a parking lot. A little sketchy. Elevator was dirty, room had a funky smell, stains on the bedding, holes in the curtains, AC ran poorly and mad a lot of noise. Ceiling tiles in bathroom looked like they could fall at any given time, only provided the room with 1 towel and wash rag, bathroom dirty, floor sticky and everything just looked and felt dingy. Door handle was about broken as well, only worked pushing up rather than how a door handle should work. Hotel needs some major deep cleaning and updating before it is remotely close to being worth the $90 charge. Thank goodness it was only 1 night and we just needed a quick place to sleep.

Place was quiet, swimming pool had to much chemicals. The curtain in the room had holes in it. The lamp shades in the room need to be replaced, needed a light bulb. Nothing was right at all. It was all a mess from the beginning. The pool and hot tub were over chlorinated and my roommate and i started to feel ill. We didn't end up staying over night because it was intolerable. Unsafe, loose bathroom tiles and limited towels for the pool and the pool area. We want a refund

Staff was helpful, but our room was filthy. One bedspread had a hole in it; the other had paint stains all over it. One of the beds had yellow stains on the sheets. Very dusty and unclean furniture and the bathroom floor was cracked with shoe prints on it; it probably had not been mopped or swept. Would not recommend.

Upon the arrival to the front desk which we found the place dirty and looked to be out of business. The clerk had a personality of a Slaugh. She didn't tell us how to get to our room or that the breakfast was no longer available. We then went down the dirty hall to the dirty elevator to get to our room. Reaching our room down the hall to our nonsmoking room we open the door to be smothered in a stinking smoking room. The room was disgusting!!!! The bed didn't look like had been changed in months!!! Hair all over the sheets. Dirty bedspread, dirty carpets, The dresser drawer falling apart. This place should be shut down.

We found hair in our bed sheets, they gave us new ones to change out ourselves, there was chip bags and crumbs under the bed, they did not vacuum nor clean that room. The front desk employee said they did change sheets, just their dryer is old and leaves lint. Gross! The whole building needs restored. The elevator was nerve racking going up or down. I will never stay there again!!

They do not offer breakfast anymore. The neighborhood isn't the greatest. It looks run down, outside and inside. The issue I had was that my room was dirty. My bed had sheets that had stains. One stain looked like blood. I was given 1 towel. The bathtub had hair in the drain. I dropped my hairbrush on the floor and reached under the bed to grab it and there was trash and someone's dental retainer under the bed. It looked like it needed vacuumed. I was so uncomfortable. I debated sleeping in my car. The night auditor was not at the desk when I went down to complain. I just didn't go back and stayed somewhere else. I should have taken photos, but didn't. The pictures online are deceiving.

Very dirty! I had to clean the bathroom before I could even use it. There was something smeared all over the vanity and in the sink. There was also food splattered on the ceiling above the bed. It is an older motel but not kept in very good shape. On line continental breakfast was included and there wasn’t one available. Not sure I would have eaten it anyway. So disappointed!!

Felt unsafe entering the building as there were people outside openly drinking alcohol and smoking marijuana - also listening to very loud and inappropriate music. The room was atrocious. Filthy dirty with stained linens, rips in the carpets, flickering lights, dirty bathroom.

Very friendly staff. Room needs updating, curtains have holes and are falling down, smoke alarm had been removed, carpet stained, walls need painting or cleaning, bedspread either dirty or horribly stained. Refrigerator had someone's leftovers in it. There was no grassy area outside for dogs, it was all gravel. Light bulb in bathroom burned out. Terrible smell in room.

There was no refrigerator. I've stayed in this motel for years and there has always been one. Half of the electrical outlets didn't work. The smoke detectors had been disconnected. Some of the curtains in other rooms were hanging down as though they were torn. There was no breakfast. The bed in the next room kept banging against my wall and I could hear things I didn't want to hear going on. I had to "refresh" my key every day, the first time after I went all the way to my room and it wouldn't work, so had to go all the way down to the front desk. There was a homeless lady in her car parked there for the three days I was there. Probably won't be staying there ever again!

I should have known that there were issues at this hotel when we heard many people complaining that their keys didn’t work anymore while we checked in. Ours stopped working almost every day of our stay. While we checked in and went to our room the whole place reeked of pot and cigarette smoke. It’s supposed to be a smoke free hotel. Also, the hotel has a lot of homeless people staying in cars and in the rooms. The parking was problematic due to not enough space. The room contained issues as well. The bathroom counter appeared to be falling off and we only had one towel in the room and had to get more. The curtains are worn out with holes in the fabric and the condition of the room is not very good. The next morning breakfast was pretty much empty of many food items even though there was still a lot of time left before the service was complete. I would never choose to stay at this hotel again in the future.

We arrived and checked in room, noticed a strange odor like a wet dog, but we proceeded to settle in only to find upon using the restroom that the toilet overflowed when flushed. Wife went to front desk and they handed her a plunger. We used shower towel on wet floor. This was very frustrating, we then looked around room and noticed toe nails on floor carpet, then opened drawer to find a pair of dirty pants, along with sticky stuff on the desk. The room was not clean. We were so freaked out at the filth that we left and the hotel attendant apologized and offered a full refund if we called Hotels and spoke to her manager the next day. We called hotels and they spoke to the hotel manager the next morning, who refused to refund our first night (we were booked for 2 nights). I then called the manager and she argued with me and said that since it looked like the shower was used, she would not refund our night. When I disagreed with her and tried to explain that the room was dirty the toilet was clogged and the bathroom was used to try and cleanup their mess, she responded by telling me that I was lucky she did not refuse to the second night refund and in fact maybe she would. She then put the phone on the counter and would not speak to me anymore. Insulting and unprofessional. Either she needs training or is the perfect fit for such a lousy property. Still waiting to hear back from Hotels.com.

We arrived to find NO hotel counter person. There was a sign on counter to walk to next hotwl to check in.. She was having to work 2 hotels ours and the travelodge. Room smelled terrible. Bedding was filthy. Dirty. Not washed. There was only 1 towel and 1 hand towel in bathroom and they were stained with feces and other stains. No phone to call and complain. Went down staira thwre waa another man now at the counter and he couldn't offer us another room because there wasnt anything available. Terrible room.

The homeless situation around the hotel was very uncomfortable. Room wasn’t clean and only came with bathroom towel. When asked for another towel was told they didn’t have any. Microwave was dirty. Hotel staff did finally come and clean room while we were out for supper.

Older hotel but room was very clean. Bed was good. Breakfast has oatmeal, waffles, eggs and sausage. Was able to walk to Walmart. Staff was helpful, friendly. Manager made a point to ask how our stay was, which was nice.

The room was not too small. Parking was easy. Check in was simple and quick. The bed was not comfortable, Shower/tub was stained. Dog in room next to me barked from 1:15 AM on. Checked out at 5:30 AM because why just sit in a room. Traffic to get out of the parking lot was a nightmare. Electrical seems to be an issue. Lights both outside the facility flashed constantly and the lights in my room went from low to high output while on. This gave me a head ache so I left the lights off. Showering in the dark is something I have not had to do in a long time.

A bit scary part of Loveland to be honest. The room was as basic as possible. I thought the window was open as the sound from outside was so loud of cars and people. A dog barking in the hallway. I left the hotel after only 3 hours and did not return. No way was I going to be able to have a peaceful evening.

Only 1 (one)! bath towel per room!! Homeless people all around the property, one homeless lady was in and out of the lobby area picking up free coffee, stir sticks etc. Guest or worker(?) standing outside by door entry smoking some sort of drug, possibly marijuana. Heater in the room had a bad smell. We had 3 night reservation but requested our money back after checking in. Not comfortable surrounds!!

Room was like humid,damp. Everything was sticky from the dampness. Bathroohad not been cleaned very well. Hair on the floor and counter. The so called breakfast was eggs, sausage rolls, cheese, and cold uncooked tortillas. I tried to eat it one day, took one bite and threw in the trash. I will never stay there again.
