Browns Canyon Inn

Room was spotless and breakfast was everything you need to get going. At this price ($100), I was not expecting a whole lot, but I was pleasantly surprised. Check it out next time you're in Salida.

Our stay was great. The accomodations worked for our needs, the hot tub was a nice way to relax after a day of hiking, and the continental breakfast was a great way to start the day. Would come back again!

The owners and staff were very friendly, personable and helpful. The inn has a unique rustic decor with beautiful murals painted by one of the owners, giving the inn a western/Colorado feel. Rooms were clean and well maintained. A fresh continental breakfast bar was provided each morning. The property was beautifully landscaped with many unique features including an old western wagon, driftwood arranged with plants, statues, bird houses, etc. The owners of 25 years take great pride in maintaining their inn to provide their guests a great experience. Some of the guests I met were repeat customers, and I can honestly say I would stay here again the next time my travels bring me through Salida.
