Everything was excellent in the hotel property. It was safe and our vehicle was safe the whole time with a parking facility below the building. The only complaint that I have is that the pillows are typical of the "My Pillow" in that when I laid my head on it, my head sunk and there was no support. So, if they could offer an alternative pillow, that would be great!

Unfortunately, in staying at your facility and using the gym, I was surprised when the belt of the treadmill separated. Thankfully, I was not injured but if you are going to have gym equipment at all, you should take care of making sure it is safe for all to utilize.

The property needs work. Bathroom facet dripped the whole time I was there. Tissue holder was broke. Pool area needs updating. The hot tub was horrible, needed cleaning. Expected more from a Hilton.

I stay here a lot. It's close to where I want to be when I'm visiting my family. So I will always prefer to go here. I've never had an issue. One thing this is twice now the hot tub has not been working. That was disappointing.

The hallways were dark very poor lighting. The carpeting the room was dingy, very old and have not had a shampoo in ages so they just look dirty and gross. The bathroom sink seemed moldy where the counter meets the sink. The lighting in the room Very poor. The tub grab bar was rusty. It was not clean,kept up for $214. The place needs better upkeep.

This property is convenient for me as I'm coming to visit family in the area. Beds are super comfy. The place is starting to look dated. Lobby is nice, very bright and airy. Rooms though needs some refresh. I couldn't keep the bathroom door open. It would slam shut behind me when I went in (I like to hear the TV while in the bathroom). Every time I went in it would close. I had to put a hanger in the doorway to keep the door open. Some of the furniture is looking worn. No USB plugs near the bed or any plugs for more modern tech. I had my tablet, phone and watch charging in different locations around the room which was a bit inconvenient. There was one traditional plug on one side of the bed. The others were on the desk. TV has very few stations for the times you just want to relax in late and watch. I have stayed a few times and probably will again due to it's location to where I want to visit as long as I get a decent price (affordable to my budget) per night.

The room itself was very clean. There were two areas of issue. First being, in the middle of the night, after setting the heating to cool, it's switched over to heat and the room was at 70° at 3:00 in the morning. I don't know if that's an automatic setting, but if it is 70° is way too warm for such a small room. The other issue was the bathroom shower. Water pressure was slightly above a trickle. There was also small signs of mold in the bottom inside corners of the shower.

Stood at the front desk for over 45 minutes while the front desk attendant was unable to make a key to our room as the key machine was not working. She did not seem to be in a rush to figure out how to fix it and did not offer any accommodations or assistance as we waited for almost an hour that we were waiting. She continued to make jokes and mess around and was not apologetic about the situation.

Fire alarm was tripped and hotel staff couldnt turn it off for four plus hours it was wailing from just past midnight to almost 5am. Night manager said day manager would review portfolio and discount the room since we couldn’t sleep. Day manager said nothing she can do and was not helpful.

The room was quiet and comfortable and clean. The reception we got at the front desk was terrible. The host was rude and disrespectful. I couldn’t even hear her talking she was so quiet. I asked another host for a shower chair, she never mad eye contact with me and said I think so. She asked my room number 3 times. I called the restaurant for their hours the person answering was so unpleasant. The one guy who was great was the fellow in charge of the breakfast. I will not return!!

Upon arrival at 11:30 pm the night before my wedding, the night staff/front desk associate could not provide clear answers as to why my King Suite reservation booked back in January on their actual website was switched, and I was never notified. Terrible customer service. No resolution was given and we were put in TWO connecting double rooms to shut us up. He also NEVER checked me in to my actual 2 queen beds reservation from Expedia (#72850886456836) and refused to cancel/refund me; so they basically just stole my money. The night before my wedding, I was put in a stressful situation due to the hotel chaos; and was not compensated in any way. He refused to call a night manager; and I was forced to deal with their mishap in the morning. In regards to this reservation, it was terrible service. Never checked me in and stole my money. Will never be returning.

I had a lovely stay here. I just want to leave a review for others who may travel with their dog like I did…there is no grass (or anything unpaved really) to walk your pup! I ended up having to drive over to the Walgreens across the street to offer my dog a place to relieve himself. Not convenient and also near impossible for a dog who may need quicker access to a potty spot.

The room was excellent. The only thing lacking was the breakfast buffet. For the price, I might have expected, not a buffet, but a freshly cooked breakfast. It was not worth $42 for a waffle and bacon for one, and a bagel and some sausage for the other breakfast. No juice was available either. Next time we will go out for breakfast.

I am normally a Hilton fan. Its the first place I think to stay. But in this location, I wasnt completely happy. Our stay was for one night. Our check-in was great. The drawbacks was the breakfast nearly $20. I usually dont pay for breakfast at a Hilton. My room was decent, needs updating due to continued use. The shower stall was a very bad design, to reach to turn it on, I was sprayed in the head. It really should be moving doors. I felt things biting me and the cot we received was not comfortable. Not the worse, but definitely not the best Hilton I've been to.

Our stay was pleasant. We stayed to enjoy the pool for a couple of hours. The pool was too small and smell of chlorine or chemicals can be smelled as you walk in and stay on your skin until after showering. The breakfast was not good as the food was not well prepared nor presented.

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly but understaffed. When I asked for an extra towel was told that the housekeeping guy was having to cover for the kitchen and we never got our towel. The girl on the front desk at night was awesome and handled the front of the hotel by herself because of it. The breakfast is $21 a person! Too expensive.

The food service needs a lot of help lady the hostess was very rude for instance the cook was trying to take care of people after they was running out of bacon bread and paying 21.25 pp was crazy so he was making omelets when she walked by cook she say’s didn’t you and I have a talk then stood in window and said no omelets are being made then when I went back up to get more the cook said this is all the bacon that is left she said ya and when it’s gone it’s gone very snotty attitude better off going to a diner at least you won’t hear the cook getting yelled at and you can get what you want cheaper sad rude people can really take the joy out of your day other comment from her is I did not realize it was 21.25 pp so my wife and I both were there brings back receipt I said wow I said joking o well to late she says snotty again no I will just give you your money back smh
