They have a closed restaurant that had alot of dirt such as bags and garbage around it..almost like there re homeless people spending time there. Beds were so comfortable but the property had a lot of trucks in the parking lot that are just parked there…had a good sleep but were awoken thru the nite by slamming doors and shouting guests not respecting what time it was!

Bathroom was clean. Bed was comfortable. Difficult to sleep. Kept hearing humming noise and people outside banging around. Heard lots of road noise. The free breakfast was very basic. Orange juice tasted like an orange drink, coffee was no good. Had prepackaged danish and muffins. I saw a waffle machine, packets of oatmeal, an apple.

This property is exactly what you pay for. The rooms are not modern but they are adequate for the price. Breakfast is basic with homemade waffles, coffee, juice , cereal, and yogurt. Always easy to eat breakfast without a wait. The staff is a roll of the dice. Front desk had 2 gentleman that I saw during my stay. One was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING kind , helpful, and always willing to help. The other one is the EXACT OPPOSITE he seems to be annoyed at all times. At times he literally could do nothing to assist you. No access to garbage bags, TP , or change to do laundry. Which turned out to be a no go. Washer and dryer are old and dirty. I choose not to wash my clothes while I was there. The area is busy and dirty. It’s super convenient for highway and any and all food. Hotel is surrounded by 15 or more restaurants, 2 grocery stores , CVS, and handful of convenience and liquor stores all within 1/2 mile of hotel. For the price I would stay again.

Smoke detector missing ~ new one installed and within 6 hours it was beeping all night. Sheets and towels had stain and fitted sheet had a cigarette burn. In the middle of the night a disposal company came by to empty the dumpsters. The noise was horrific. The door to the exterior was ill-fitting and allowed light in from outside all night!

Need to improve cleaning practices in and around property. Staff is friendly. The AC unit needs to be maintained and cleaned as well as microwave. Our room was not even mopped and garbage was still inside. The microwave was gross.

I understand its not what I’m accustom to, however it’s important that rooms are clean, when you have to deal with flies and garbage under the bed and broken remote, that look like it was eaten by dogs. I couldn’t stay there any longer. The staff at the front desk were friendly and understanding. They did there’s best but, we had to leave.

The room was horrible hand prints on the headboard and human bodily fluid on the cover. When I pulled back to expose the sheets they looked dirty. All windows have condensation in between the glass and you can see mold growing. I checked out immediately!!

This hotel apparently was an old motel built on 2 floors with a stairway connecting them. The rooms are 2- or 3 star only, although the bed was very comfortable. Hotel is adjacent to I-84 but windows are thick enough to block out most noise. Bathroom was sparse on minimal amenities and threadbare towels. There was an odor (amazingly of cigarette smoke) from the bathroom exhaust, that I think connected to other rooms where people were secretly smoking. Smote detector in my room was disengaged. The coffee machine was filthy, spewing out horrid waste water left in it from previous guests. I also found tooth pick cleaners on the floor, and the desk chair broken.

Check in was terrible. Was told the System was down they made a photocopy of my credit card and drivers license which I was very uncomfortable with then called me 15 minutes later and said they were able to process my credit card and I can come pick up the copy that they made of my credit card which could’ve been duplicated at any time was not comfortable with us at all with today’s day and age of identity, theft, and credit card fraud

The service was not as good as it should be. This is about customer service only. Please allow front desk receptionist that you hire have customer service skills. She was not helpful at all. After asking for information to look up the room, she still couldn't find our reservation when we tried to check out. She then shut down and didn't follow up with us like she said she would and it's been two days now with no call from her manager. Casilda or Casalva is her name.

Room was clean there were only 1 set of towels and only one hand towel. The desk person was not friendly and only provided info if you asked or requested it. Lastly the fact that I booked online it was considered at way in and required a $50 deposit.I stay at other Quality Inn and booked the same way and have never been charged a deposit,

To check in you have to stand outside at a window as the entry way is locked. It was 45 degrees. Free breakfast WAS ADVERTISED FROM 6AM- 11AM ......NOT TRUE was told at check in was at 7.....which would of been ok if didnt need to be gone by 6:15 am. When we checked out at the walk up window the clerk was a sleep. Also they put a $50 hold on your card not to be refunded till 7-10 business days or pay cash with they would not refund till after 7am..... which we were already gone for 45 minutes. DO NOT STAY HERE

It was a business trip 2 nights . I chose the property because of its location to several places I had to work . I arrived back at the property at 2 AM in the morning working late about two hours away outside of Boston . When I arrived back at my room , my key card wouldn’t work so I went to the main office which was dark with door locked . Nobody inside . A man was in a car parked in front - he rolled window Down and told me that the person on duty was cleaning a room ( at 2 am ???). Question is , how would this person know where the girl was and why was he sitting in a running car in front of office at 2 am ? I went back to my room to attempt using card again .. still didn’t work ..went back to office - still nobody - back and forth .. it took at least 15 min before someone suddenly was in the office after I came around building again. At that point a girl reactivated my card . Car was driving off at same time . It was very bizarre and unacceptable.

The staff in the front desk was rude when I would speak to them about situations I was having. They even threaten me to refuse my reservations after I had paid and made it seem like they were doing me a favor. The staff has no consideration that people are sleeping especially when you have the tag on your door stating that you don't want to be disturbed.

The employee in the office changed our room immediately, and that one was fine. The hotel is conveniently located immediately off of I-84, and just across the street from Sofra Turkish Grill, an amazingly delicious restaurant.

The motel was fine -- relatively clean (there were a few spots of mold on the tile in the bathroom), comfortable and convenient. I did think the offerings for the included breakfast were sparse -- waffles, sugared yogurt, sugary cold cereals, apples, orange juice and tea;coffee -- but no toast, no bagels, no plain yogurt, no bananas or oranges, no eggs, no breakfast meats, no cream cheese. A fuller breakfast selection would have made this a GREAT place, rather than merely good.

I had two rooms reserved and needed an extra room on the second night of our stay since another business member had arrived. I went to ask if they had a cot or extra blankets and bedding and was told that they only had enough bedding supplies for the number of beds on location ( I guess if you soil your bedding you are out of luck to get it replaced) So I asked if there was another room available and was told that there was one room and the price would be $160.00 (much more than I paid for my original two rooms) and that I could only pay for it with CASH. I had to utilize an ATM in order to get the money to pay. We also were very disappointed with the items that were available for breakfast. Very few selections, coffee was syrup, and the area was not maintained with refills of any items available, poor selection was very limited. yogurt was all vanilla with no choices
