I liked the proximity to the National Mall and the price of stay. On the negative side, valet only told me they could have charged my Tesla only as I was checking out. I wish they told me sooner they could do that.

The parking info on Expedia is incorrect. The only parking option at this hotel is valet for $75/night. And there was only one person working the valet so getting your car takes a while. Also noticed inconsistent room pricing. We booked two different types of rooms for two different rates. The rooms turned out to have the exact same amenities--not sure why one room was priced higher. The pull out couch is super hard and uncomfortable, not for sleeping. And the breakfast buffet is great IF you're willing to wait in line for 20min. Gym area is nice. Pool is small with no hot tub.

Our stay overall was pretty good. I will say that the corners of our two rooms needed vacuuming. There was thick dust behind the nightstands and along the lower walls. However, linens were nice and fresh and the bathroom was spotless. Our room was nicely tidied and the beds were made up daily. It was quiet, however, we would get the strong stench of marijuana coming through the vents at random times. There were other guests on our floor who must’ve been smoking day and night because the whole hallway reeked. One of the reasons why we chose this hotel was because it had a pool. The pool and the pool room left much to be desired, The floor and walls were pretty gross, chipped and in need of repair- moldy in spots too. But more alarmingly, the chlorine was so strong it was irritating our noses and throats almost immediately upon coming into the room. I have a strong suspicion that chlorine and other chemical levels aren’t checked or monitored. Chlorine poisoning is a real thing, and I really think this is a big issue that needs prompt attention. The mini fridge kept drinks cool, but I wouldn’t trust that it’s cold enough to store leftover food. The A/C was having trouble keeping up too. We let the front desk know and they sent someone to take a look.

Great location, we drove a little over 7 hours and when I booked my hotel I checked to make sure they had ev charger so when we arrived we could charge and called in advance but when we came they took our car and parked but we came a little early and asked if we can check in earlier if room available sooner but it’s extra $50. Then in evening I asked why the car is not charging was told to pay first but it’s only said on website 70$ parking/day and nothing about extra charge and then we found out from employee the ev charge is broken for more then 2 weeks and don’t know if it even would be fixed but front desk did not even know and nobody informed us about that when we called so now we only had few percent left in center where no ev charge near very inconvenient. So waking up in morning early so u can take kids and drive to charge the ca before hrs of driving wasn’t pleasant.

Great location, excellent room. Having breakfast and 2 happy hour drinks each night was amazing. The pool was a little out dated and chlorine was very strong. Would come back for sure.

Property, staff, rooms, were all great. The buffet is the best I have ever experienced at a hotel. The parking is NOT included and that is $65 per night for valet only parking. Otherwise you have to go down the street to find a garage and STILL pay. That part should be negotiated for a better experience.

This is a nice place to stay it’s close enough to some attractions to walk and others to uber to. This place offers valet services from 65-75 a day $75 for large vehicles. The pool was out of service so that was a bit disappointing. There’s a Starbucks across the street and a few places to eat at if you don’t want to eat at the restaurant at the hotel. This place is near high end shopping such as Tiffany’s, Gucci, Kate spade, etc. What’s nice is the hotel offers free breakfast during the weekday from 6am until about 930am and the weekend it’s open until 10am. Later in the evening there’s a hotel happy hour and they give light refreshments such as cheese fruit, chips, salsa, and trail mix. They give each adult two tickets for a drink and there’s a soda machine for those who don’t drink. This is our second stay here and every time we come to dc this is our hotel choice! I would recommend !

This is a fine hotel, nothing outstanding, but a good value for the price point. The included breakfast is much better than most “free” hotel breakfasts. $70 per day parking charge is exorbitant, do not use their valet service, just park yourself in a nearby lot and save $30-40 a day.

Everything at this hotel is amazing except the pool. The pool was pretty bad. Everything else was fantastic. Great food very clean. Great service easy access. I have nothing bad to say.

The hotel was nice and clean. We stayed for the pool for the kids, but it was not worth it just for the pool. It was overcrowded and very small. The breakfast was also overcrowded, and the line was very slow and inefficient. The room was very nice, clean, and spacious. It’s located in a safe area. We would stay again.

The check in took 45 minutes. The front desk was kind enough to give us a voucher for dinner. It was nice however we preferred to check in vs wait. Also, my wife and I were bit by bed bugs. She mentioned this to the front desk wbo stayed they will investigate. We will not be staying at this hotel again.

At check in a larger room was offered. We appreciated this and paid the extra fee. When getting into the room the fridge was filthy. The AC worked-barely. Beds were uncomfortable and pillows flat. My husband found staples on the floor. Housekeeping needs to be improved on. Hotel was a good, safe location.

I highly recommend this property. Professional, clean, up to date and a GREAT breakfast The only negative aspect is that the view is not the best. One has to request an on street view or you will get a view of the wall of the next building.

Location is very good. Convenient for business travelers. But, the breakfast quality is not so good, the noise insulation of wall between rooms is not so good. Although it is closer to my company’s DC office than another hotel I usually stay, I would avoid this hotel if I have a choice.

Nice clean rooms, good staff, overall enjoyed our stay, would definitely stay again, but, will chose room with a view, read below. Just avoid getting a room on the backaide of the building,see map, you'll know what i mean, the next building is 20ft away, with a service rd below, garbage trucks in the morning, and the proximity of the buildings enchances the...hearing experience lol, at like 5 am..lol

We were generally very happy with our stay here, though for the price we paid (it came out to $500/night with all of the taxes, fees, and parking), we expected perfection, and it was not that. In particular, we were very surprised at the weak water pressure in our bathroom—just a trickle in the sink, making it difficult to get even a good hand washing. The lack of a fan in the bathroom was also problematic. Overall, this is a very nice hotel, but don't expect everything to be perfect.

Our stay was overall very enjoyable. However, I was disappointed with the water pressure in the shower. It was so low that it made the shower experience unpleasant and not up to the standards of other Hilton hotels I've stayed at before.

I paid for my hotel in advance and checked into the Embassy Suites Convention Center in Washington, DC at 11p. When I arrived, I was told that no rooms were available. They oversold my room and provided no reasonable accommodations. Terrible customer service. I will not stay at this hotel again.

Unfortunately, my stay was marred by issues with the third party valet service, which was rude and unprofessional. The $80 fee was steep, and the hotel staff seemed unhelpful in resolving issues. One front desk staff member also lacked courtesy. While the property was clean, the experience fell short. Not recommended.

The hotel staff is shady. Be careful booking through Expedia. I booked a trip to DC at this hotel through Expedia. I prepaid everything in advance. Halfway through my vacation, I noticed the hotel charged me for my stay as well. I have yet to receive a refund. Still currently working with both Expedia and Embassy Suites to resolve it. I’m sure I will eventually get my money back once they realize they double charged me but it’s the principal. And thusfar, customer service has been abysmal in helping me resolve it.

Everyone was great, then staff was amazing. The only issue we had was the TEXT System for room service was not good at all. We tried to us it 4 times and it did not work at all. The entire staff was amazing. We has a credit for the room service but was not aware. Once I brought it to the attention of the floor manager. I totally spaced on her name. She was blonde, wore a flowery blouse and had on khaki pants. Was super helpful. The front desk staff was also great, I had many of them help me out but Terri and Elvis were the names that stood out.

This hotel was excellent! We stayed for 6 nights sight seeing the city and couldn’t have picked a better location. It was extremely convenient to walk everywhere and the area was clean and safe. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast area was crowded however there were great local coffee shops across the corner that we visited every morning. Definitely would stay here again!

This is a well-located hotel close to shopping, transportation, and it’s walkable to great restaurants and shopping. It’s an ideal place for families given the spacious two-room suites (2 TVs separated by a door!) and a generous, wide-ranging breakfast that is free.

Location was great. Walking distance to all the luxury stores, national monument, White House, and museum of natural history. Rooms are sound proof and very clean. Daily room service. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Will definitely be staying again

It’s a great location but the lobby furniture was not very comfortable. The staff was great and very helpful. The dining hours at the bar/Resturant and really should be expanded. Know. For thier free breakfast and the omelettes are a great plus but get there early because they seem to run out of most of the continental food before closing time.

The room was great! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The only feedback I have is that during breakfast, the bussers were slow at cleaning tables. Some morning it was hard to find an empty table that didnt have dirty plates all over it. It was frustrating to see dirty tables and staff standing around not cleaning them up

The hotel is in a great location. It was clean and very spacious. Very walkable to many sights. My only complaint is breakfast. They need more people working in the restaurant to keep tables cleared and make food faster. The omelette bar line was excessive, and using the app led to a very long wait.
