Gorgeous and prestigious place, service is quite good and professional, restaurant Alhambra is top notch with 5-star worthy food and drinks! However, it is lacking some services I am used to, like Spa service and swimming pool. A better concierge service would also be helpful in booking the famous afternoon tea. That being said, it is still a nice hotel to stay in DC.

This was not my first stay at the St Regis. One can count on the exceptional service from the time you walk in the door to the sitting registration welcome. The bar opens at 3pm and that's ok but i hope they extend those hours. My room was lovely and clean. All the staff very hospitable and when i had a small issue it was remedied immediately.the lobby is gorgeous with fresh flowers.

What an amazing place to stay. Everyone was very helpful and friendly, walking distance from the White House and National Mall. Bar stays open until midnight. We will definitely bake this our do to place to stay when in DC.

Property was very nice and the staff was superb. BUT….there was an event with a band and drums that was so loud it shook the room until 12 am. We had to rise early, so needless to say got little sleep.

The staff was amazing, as usual. When we had an issue with our tv in the room, they took care of it immediately. Very friendly and attentive. The 6:00 champagne was a nice touch, too

The rooms are old and tired. The closes are a chipped and dinged . The light switches don’t work. The bathroom has horrible lighting. The lights by the beside are so low in wattage that you can read. The chandelier light switch did t work. This is not a normal St Regis. This one is a huge disappointment and erodes the St Regis Brand. Stay at the new Marriott Marquis.

Beautiful lobby. I had asked for a little bit of leniency on the check out since I wasn’t feeling good, & they basically said 12 is the best we can do. It was very inconsiderate, since I could barely stand. Rooms are a bit out-dated but it’s very clean.

This hotel is beautiful. But I had a better experience in the New York Location. For my birthday they set up a complimentary plate of chocolate covered strawberries to wish me a Happy Birthday. This hotel didn't do anything for daughter’s birthday. I mentioned it when I did my reservation. The room was nice not what I was hoping for. I guess I didn't pay as much as others.

It's a classic St. Regis hotel. The staff is very attentive and at your service. I didn't love the room I had. Although it was recently renovated, it still felt quite cheaply done. It felt like the hotel gets run-through with people often. It is DC so it can be expected. I loved that the hallways had tiled floors. The carpet is quite a bother to lug a suitcase on. Overall, the room was spacious, quiet, and fine. As I said, it's your typical St.Regis hotel.

Old. Said room was renovated but only the corridors. Room was old TV not an internet TV. Couldn’t stream. TV channels incomplete and not even listed. Adjoining room let in all the noise of other guests. Should’ve stayed at a Courtyard Marriott

Different type of review from others on here. My CC information was stolen and used to make an unauthorized reservation at this hotel. I contacted the hotel about the fraud and the front office personnel were fantastic. Front office manager was super responsive, communicative and treated the matter with urgency. Matter was fully resolved. Due to the staff's high professionalism, I would to stay here any time.
