Room wasn’t ready at 4:00 check-in even though I paid in advance. Air conditioning didn’t work in the room, prompt service order response but it still didn’t work. We moved rooms at 11:00 at night to the same type of room on a different floor and it was perfect. Until house keeping came in the room unannounced at 9:30 the next morning while we were asleep in bed an hour and a half before checkout. Lovely hotel and very nice room but not the night of comfort we expected for the price we paid. Restaurant experience was a disappointment for the price as well, especially considering we were the only two customers at the time we were there. Rooftop bar and indoor pool were the best experiences during our stay.

Very nice hotel, the property is has parking garage across from it for who wants to park their own car. We did valet, they were quick when we needed our vehicle. There are lots of areas to sit and rest thru out the hotel. A bar and restaurant and a Starbucks in hotel as well. Perfect stay, arena for our concert was next door, Walking distance. We loved that easy access.

The rooms were comfortable with a lot of amenities. The rooms had various lighting that made the room comfortable and inviting. The staff was accommodating and quick to provide any help that was needed from finding someplace to eat, answering questions about the local area to delivering water to our room. The room (double queen bed) was clean and decent space. Bathroom was nice. Air conditioning wouldnt go below 70 and we prefer colder at night. The restaurant down in the lobby had really great staff. The downside is the Starbucks has unfriendly staff that move very very slowly. The parking situation was nice because it was covered but was $20/night (valet was $25/night). We would stay again just due to friendly restaurant staff and location of hotel.

The Westin Atlanta Gwinnett was a great place to stay. We were in the area for a concert at Gas South and The Westin was literally right behind the venue. I couldn’t have asked for a better location, we just had to walk outside the lobby and we were at the door to the venue. The staff was so helpful and understanding even being overwhelmed with all the guest attending the concert. Our room was absolutely stunning, it came with a robe and fully stocked and clean. We would definitely stay there again if we attended another event out in Duluth.

We stayed here to attend an event at the Gas South Arena and couldn't be any happier about our decision! From the greeting by the valet, to the friendly and helpful check-in process, and the patience when I locked myself out of my room -the staff were excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, we took advantage of the in-room coffee. We loved this hotel for the on-site dining options and convenience to things we wanted to do nearby. We would love to stay here again.

I made my booking through Expedia and paid for breakfast as well as valet parking to be included. However, the staff at the front desk was unhelpful and simply told me to contact Expedia, saying they didn’t know anything. They showed no willingness to assist me. I believe someone needs to take responsibility for this. I did not pay a significant amount of money to stay here only to be treated this way.
