The room was not what we expected for a Hilton however it wasn't all bad. They had done upgrades in the bathroom but did not provide a vent for the condensation to be remodeled so I know mold will definitely be a problem or has been but painted over. We joined the Hilton rewards program so I'm hopeful others will be better than this one. Oh parking was easy for us but breakfast is not free. You have to be a rewards member to access the wifi and the website said they have a hot tub on site but was out of order and we called before booking and was told it was available. Be careful when booking with a third party vendor for sure.

We were not informed the hot tub was down. Pool was way too warm to enjoy. Seems like the heating was switched to us. It wasn’t until we asked that we were then informed they were waiting in a part. When checking in that should have been mentioned since the main reason for booking was to be able to enjoy pool n hot tub. Sad guests from out of town.

Room was standard and mostly clean. The walls are so thin you can hear everything, which isnt fun with small children present. The pool was very cloudy, hot tub broken, hallways and elevators smell awful like theyve been smoked out. Pillows were trash. They charge you $100 at check in for incidentals. No refund yet Elevator cement crumbling at doors in places, take the stairs. Staff was ok and bed itself was ok.

Staff was exceptional! Indoor pool was great but cold!! Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast but good. Wait staff was pleasant and attentive. You are very close to the highway and we were on the side closer to the highway and you could hear some of the traffic. Excellent location for anything at Gas South Arena.

Hotel hall and room had a terrible smell. Someone plugged a plugin in to mask the smell and made it 10xs worse. My fault because I didn’t check reviews prior to booking. Do not recommend this hotel. This hotel needs to be updated and cleaned throughly.

Room was unclean. Insufficient seating (one armchair and one desk chair only). Pillows on bed appeared very rumpled. Stains and food crumbs on armchair. Telephone sticky. Hairs and scuff marks on bathroom floor. Multiple large scuffs on walls and deep, large scrape across door. Requested a different room, was put on what appeared to have formerly been a club floor. Room in similar condition, but appeared to have been cleaned, at least. This is a $75 hotel they’ve spruced up the lobby of and decided to charge double that amount. Would definitely avoid in the future.

I would 100% recommend this hotel. It was clean. I felt safe. Staff was super friendly. The mattress feels a tad worn out but not super terrible but not exactly comfortable either. Overall, this hotel was a 10/10. I will def stay again.

This was a last minute booking due to a terrible experience at another hotel. The ladies were so so wonderful and kind. The breakfast was wonderful, the staff were all awesome and the happy hour offered was also great. I will stay again.

Last night around 11:30 pm the people next door were really loud until around 12:45 am. We tried to contact the front desk multiple times and they never answered the phone. I told the manager this morning and her response was that I should’ve went down stairs last night and look for the front desk staff. I don’t think they had good customer service. I’ll never go back to that hotel

I arrived the hotel at 4:30 am due to the flight delay. The night shift staff didn’t want checked me in even I present the pre-check confirmation in my phone. After mins of argument she gave me the same room key eventually.

I never stayed at the property. My reservation was cancelled 15 mins before I showed up. Reservation was prepaid for 2 nights and was cancelled after late arrival on the first night even though I had prepaid for 2 nights. I still haven't received the refund for this stay. Night shift manager was extremely rude about reinstating the paid reservation even though other Hilton properties do that and it is a possibility. I was left standing outside in dark without any hotel reservation after blank cancellation just prior to arriving at the property.

Our stay was great! The only negative thing was check in. We were trying to check in around 4:00pm and our room still wasn’t clean. We waited about 40 mins to get into our room.

Excellent day. Was in town for the Womens Expo and service was great. Had a little bit of wait upon check-in, but no big issue. Breakfast was advertised as free, but we ended up having to pay despite paying for it in the reservation. That’s the only downside.

The staff was great from check-in to checkout. The food was bad though. I'm used to Hilton Garden Inn having great options on their breakfast buffet. This one was lacking and my family and I left feeling a cheated. Great stay otherwise! This is one of the most convenient locations that I've ever stayed at.
