The pool was too crowded! The staff took away our stuff and gave the seats to somebody else. It wasn’t the best experience regarding the pool. The rest was really good. The property is beautiful.

Excellent experience, Nice dining options, newly renovated rooms, pleasant staff. Multiple pools, have flow rider, lazy river, kids zone. Most importantly we were pleasantly surprised when we checked out and left the hotel, we forgot about and left $100k worth of jewellery in a safe. The hotel security retrieved it and kept it safe. Nothing was stolen. When we realized that we left it behind, and called the hotel, they had everything ready and returned everything in tact with no issues. It was a big relief for my wife as it was mostly her things! Will come back here for sure.

We had a fantastic stay at the cloister! Roody checked us in and was very helpful throughout our stay. The amenities were top notch, the pools were clean and the boat shuttle over to the beach was very convenient. We ate at a few of the restaurants while on site and had delicious meals! The drinks were also great!

We had a great 4 days at the Baca Raton Cloisters. Tennis and golf facilities were excellent. Several restaurants to choose from, all very good. Nice get away.

Way too crowded and understaffed over Presidents Day weekend. Did not fell 5 star when people are fighting for chairs by pool and arguing over umbrellas. That said most of staff is very professional. Had to switch from one part of hotel to another. Front desk forgot to tell us room was ready so had to ask much later in day. Said the dropping the ball was a "learning experience" for staff. This place ain't cheap. Rooms and restaurants. Clear management failures

My room had cockroaches. I reported it and the roach was still there. Only after I reported again did they clean it up. The next day, another roach. When I checked in, I asked to be upgraded. The young lady serving me said she did not think that would be a problem. After half an hours wait, while she checked with her supervisor, I was told it would $2000 a night more. The bell boy told me he never saw anyone have to wait so long to get to their room. I am elderly, travel alone and feel this was senior bias.

Total disappointment, from worn looking accommodations, to body fluid stain on sheets, to uncomfortable mattress, to location away from the beach, this hotel is not worth the price or worthy of the hype it creates trying to position itself as a luxury resort. Too many great places to stay in Florida to be disappointed in a place like the Boca Raton.

I stayed at The Cloister part of the resort for the first time. Normally I stay at the beach club but it’s under renovation and I have stayed in the tower as well. Let me tell you what a mistake that was. I traveled with a family of 6 and got two rooms, but the one my son was in was a mild infested gross room. He actually got sick from the mold since he has allergies to it. They did change my room but moved it on the opposite side of the resort and my view was of an alley which my original room I booked estate view. All they offered was an hour later check out which we left way before. As you walk the hallways you can smell the musty mold and for what they charge for the rooms it’s a shame. We spent so much there at the resort for example dinners were between $700-850 for one and my son was sick and didn’t even enjoy half of our family trip because he was in the room sick from the mold. The cloister is old and run down. It’s a beautiful hotel but needs major renovation on that part. Also, on Friday we went to the pool and we needed 6 chairs and we were turned away because they only had one chair left. Crazy for what I paid. Could not even go relax at the pool!

Beautiful property and excellent service. Comfortable bed and pillows. lExtra $100+ facility and tax fee daily , i wasn’t expecting, in addition to high base cost. They add 20% gratuity to everything so check your receipts before adding an additional tip! It’s beautiful but very pricey. If you don’t mind splurging a bit , you will love it.

The staff and level of service are really what set this hotel apart from other luxury properties. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The pool experience and all dining were wonderful. Our room was beautiful - the ONLY negative was that the room was described as sleeping 4, however the beds were full-sized, not queens, so it was very tight. But all the other positives outweighed that one minor inconvenience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Cloister and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the lobby to the moment I checked out, my experience was nothing short of fantastic. The only issue that I had was the view from my room, it was the worst view room, full of electrical cables but thanks to the manager I did get an upgrade to the Beachside and I do appreciate the upgrade I did not expect that type of view in this amazing hotel. Everything else from the service, pool, and lobby was beautiful. The food from Flamingo Grill was delicious but I do think there are better restaurants in the area for the amount of money we spent. The breakfast at Marisol was amazing and the view was incredible. I will definitely go back again to this Hotel!

I asked the possibility of ‘early check in’ days before the trip, they were kind enough to say they would do their best but had to wait long time for the room. Also, the room was very noisy due to loud cars coming and leaving valet service throughout the night and landscape crew started blowing 7:00am in the morning. No sleep unfortunately. Pools were very crowded that the crew had difficulty finding seats. Restaurants were pleasant. Staff were kind.

Very small beds. A family of four does not fit in a double room. They charge extra for a kids roll away bed. The food quality and taste is mediocre for being such a well renowned hotel. Pretty historic hotel and pretty beaches otherwise nothing to see here.

The cloister room#280 had the ac always blowing in fan mode no matter how i reset it So it was very cold in the room once we went to bed The ac worked fine but fan always inmade it uncomfortable, but the room was very nice and updated

The resort was beautiful and clean. The concierge was very helpful when need a clarification on activities. The back of the resort had the water view, boats and comfortable seats to relax and watch the view /sunset/sunrise . All staff would greet you while walking around. The accommodation to take you to the beach was great . The shopping stores had nice items and prices were fair. HEADS UP. If you don’t want to spend $ do not go there, it’s not for you . The resort is high class and get ready to spend money and I didn’t mind at all . It was worth it but except for the room service. Negative : Honestly the food was not great at all. I will not do room service again. The burgers were salty, ketchup was old it turn dark brown tasted yaky and the ice cream tasted like they had it . for years . Positive: the 2 restaurants had dinner the food was delicious. ( principessa and Japanese Bocce ) breakfast at Sadelle’s was delicious. Again for 2 people i spent over $200 so be ready. Positive about my room was clean : accommodated with snacks, drinks, coffee, a safe; white robes , sandals ,shampoo and conditioner ( smelled very nice). Negative about room: my windows were directly seeing the lot where the cars were driving/coming from the front of the resort. It felt a bit scary since at anytime if a person lost control ( my butt is finished lol). You couldn’t hear but headlights was no so great. Next time they need to give me a better room view and I’ll give a 5

5 star resort with many wonderful amenities! Beautiful architecture, lighting and grounds… amazing staff! We were celebrating an anniversary and enjoyed a wonderful steak dinner at the Flamingo grill and ritual baths at the Palerma Spa. The Palm Court bar was fun and the private beach was amazing! Only complaint would be the valet- first days went smoothly but day 3, as business ramped up, they had trouble finding our car two separate times. Spending an hour of our vacation waiting on an expensive service we are charged for was frustrating. Apparently they switched to a new system mid stay and had our car mark as the wrong color. One of the managers tried to say it came out and got reparked which was a lie. We had four people watching for our car as two had to catch a flight. Other valets were apologetic and as a business owner, that approach was more appreciated. Unfortunately our room was also close to the valet area but we thankfully travel with earplugs. Overall this was a great experience if you want to indulge and celebrate!

Our stay was nothing short of perfect right up until the very last moment were my husband and I had the most unfortunate encounter with a rude valet staff member. He had misplaced our bags and we had to return to the hotel to retrieve them. Upon our return he immediately disrespects my husband and I and even threatens us. Very unfortunate how one individual who needs serious hospitality training or a transfer to a non client facing position can ruin the entire experience that would have otherwise been wonderful.

The Boca Raton Hotel and Club is an extremely well run facility. I am a golfer and the resort course is a reasonable and fun track with multiple tee positions. Needless to say the course was in excellent shape and the staff was friendly and highly professional. Stored the clubs; everything prepared for play. Played 2X. Grabbed quick pre-round bagel at Mulligans' at the course. Public areas of the hotel are among the best you can expect anywhere. Room was adequate but just OK - nice view with Balcony over courtyard after upgrade request but a little lacking in storage. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Next time will request room with a bit more space. Large tennis facility, includes pickleball courts and opportunity for clinics - ours was rained out. Court time appeared to be no problem as this is a large racquet facility. Valet Parking works very well. Everyone attentive and extremely courteous. I loved the pool area as it is active and fun. My wife is a bit of a pool snob and it was too busy for her in some respects but in other respects she liked it also. I loved it. Food and drinks by pool is very nicely set up. Although I love the beach I did not find the need to seek it out on this visit - found the pool very adequate to hang out for Memorial Day weekend - all needs and expectations met. Breakfast at Saderlees - a little overpriced for what you get and food so/so. I guess it depends what you order. The French Toast was prepared uniquely.

We had to wait an extremely long time to get our room and had to get the help of a manager. We dined in the flamingo grill and they missed our salad and we waited over an hour for our main course. Tableside Cesar was not authentic. We had to argue with manager who was basically forced to comp our meal but then only removed one item. It did put a damper on our anniversary and birthday celebration which was planned for in advance.
