Everywhere we wanted to go was about 20 minutes from this house, making it an ideal location. The home had everything we needed, a beautiful pool and spa, in a peaceful neighborhood. I was actually surprised at how comfortable our bed was (upstairs bedroom). All of our friends loved the stay also.

The house was exactly as described. The layout was perfect for our group. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. The best part was the pool and spa - very clean and well maintained.

Pool and hot tub are pretty great to have with the summer weather in phoenix. Pima Canyon trails are accessible via a short walk down the road, which is great if you're looking for somewhere cool to explore. Everything about the place was as described/pictured in the listing. The price is great for a place that comfortably sleeps 8.

There wasn't a way to make coffee, all the parts in the cabinet did not match either of the two options, so we had to buy k-cups. The pool had a bunch of algae, the skimmer net had a hole in it, and the hot tub was on a weird schedule, doing a strange and very loud flushing all night long. The pigeon guards on the balcony stabbed my arm. And the master bedroom bedframe and headboard were... dangerous, for lack of a better word. I've never stubbed my toes so much in my life. Other than all that, it was great.

Clean, beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. We had a nice relaxing time. We enjoyed the use of the pool and hot tub. The hot tub lost some water but after contacting the host, he was able to fix it right away. We definitely recommend this property to others.

This home is perfect getaway for a family or friends. It was very clean and had everything we needed including needle and thread! The hot tub was a welcome addition after a cool day. The property was very close to restaurants. My family was very happy there and cannot think of one bad thing to say about our experience.

I stayed at this property with my adult siblings as a mini retreat and reunion. We gathered from all over North America to run a Spartan race in Phoenix for my brother’s 55 birthday. This was the perfect locale. It was neat & tidy, had all the comforts of home and was fully equipped with everything we could need for our stay. The pool and hot tub were a great addition and perfect for our post race aching muscles.

House was as described and well stocked. I stayed alone so a lot of the amenities weren’t used but seemed nice. The backyard is nice. The hot tub seemed to have an issue with the water level getting low in the later evenings but was still nice if used earlier in the day/evening. Never heard back from the manager on that one so not sure if it’s normal or not. Very quiet nice neighborhood.

We loved this house. It was very comfortable in many ways. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms spacious and very nice for two people to use. The living room furniture was comfortable and accommodated the 5 of us easily. The kitchen had everything you would need to prepare meals and appliances clean and in working order. The pool was beautiful and jacuzzi nice for lounging while star gazing at night! Only wish there were a few more outdoor lounge chairs by the pool but eating outdoors worked well with the tables and chairs. All in all a very comfortable, functional sauce to stay at, and a very quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Easily accessible to the airport also.

Absolutely beautiful home, perfect for our family stay with two 2 year-olds an 11-year-old and 7year old. House spacious enough for everyone to sleep independently without feeling crowded; the kids were allowed to have their space. Pool and spa or right on time fantastic for daily swim, the kids enjoyed this very much. Plenty of linens throughout, the house offered many modes entertainment (Board games, video games, books, etc) – Home was close to the highway in a very quiet mountain neighborhood which is exactly what we were looking for. I have no complaints whatsoever as this property was perfect for us and we will definitely be back. We have enjoyed our stay immensely; felt like home. Love it!!!

This house is lovely, but the owner asked for me to sign five pages of extra info, including sharing a lot of personal info. I called VRBO and they called the owner and we all agreed it was against VRBO policy and I would not sign it. The five pages I was asked to fill out included personal info like names, ages and occupations of all guests, two long lists of checkout instructions that are not the same, and a full page of instructions regarding using the pool. Even though the security deposit is many thousands of dollars the owner wanted me to sign papers saying it is one fifth of that actual deposit cost. In the long list for pool instructions are things that do not make sense, but ask for a signature agreement. For instance, the list included: if the spa will be on from 1:00PM to 12:00AM - as something to sign and agree to. As others noted, there are no toiletries. One requirement of the host is to leave a long vacuum hose in the pool, which makes a large section of the pool unusable. Also, there are two Keurigs, but no Keurig pods. There is a coffee maker and coffee filters, but the filters do not fit the coffee pot. All in all, the house itself is beautiful, but because of the extremely high security deposit, and the very strange communications with the owner and his five pages of requirements, we could not relax and enjoy ourselves here.

Home was clean, orderly, had all of the ammenities, and we were able to use the kitchen every night to make dinner for ourselves using the stove, grill, utensils, etc. Pool and spa were terrific, back patio is private and well spaced. Easy walk to the trails for hiking on South Mountain and great private, quiet, locationWould definitely recommend to friends and family

We enjoyed our stay, and with the house being centrally located to other family members, it was easy to get to where we wanted to go. It allowed us to get out of the northern cold for two full weeks without breaking the bank. Overall, it was a perfect fit for us.

Everywhere we wanted to go was about 20 minutes from this house, making it an ideal location. The home had everything we needed, a beautiful pool and spa, in a peaceful neighborhood. I was actually surprised at how comfortable our bed was (upstairs bedroom). All of our friends loved the stay also.

We loved this house. It was very comfortable in many ways. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms spacious and very nice for two people to use. The living room furniture was comfortable and accommodated the 5 of us easily. The kitchen had everything you would need to prepare meals and appliances clean and in working order. The pool was beautiful and jacuzzi nice for lounging while star gazing at night! Only wish there were a few more outdoor lounge chairs by the pool but eating outdoors worked well with the tables and chairs. All in all a very comfortable, functional sauce to stay at, and a very quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Easily accessible to the airport also.

Enjoyed our week in Arizona. The home was clean and well maintained. The hot tub was wonderful. Pool was a little chilly for swimming in mid-March. Safe, quiet neighborhood. Lots of restaurant options within 15 minutes. Met all of our needs.

We had a great stay at this residence. Home was clean, orderly, had all of the ammenities, and we were able to use the kitchen every night to make dinner for ourselves using the stove, grill, utensils, etc. Pool and spa were terrific, back patio is private and well spaced. Easy walk to the trails for hiking on South Mountain and great private, quiet, locationWould definitely recommend to friends and family

This home is perfect getaway for a family or friends. It was very clean and had everything we needed including needle and thread! The hot tub was a welcome addition after a cool day. Overall the property was very good and provided us the amenities that were important. The functionality of the kitchen and bathrooms worked very well for our golf group. Additionally, the hot tub was a nice benefit. We do eat a majority of our meals at our VRBO's and this location (similar to others) had average kitchen cooking items. One other item is that the TV required our group to use our accounts to access TV channels.Overall our group was very happy with the location; great for morning hikes and close to our golf locations.

There wasn't a way to make coffee, all the parts in the cabinet did not match either of the two options, so we had to buy k-cups. The pool had a bunch of algae, the skimmer net had a hole in it, and the hot tub was on a weird schedule, doing a strange and very loud flushing all night long. The pigeon guards on the balcony stabbed my arm. And the master bedroom bedframe and headboard were... dangerous, for lack of a better word. I've never stubbed my toes so much in my life. Other than all that, it was great.

This house is lovely, but the owner asked for me to sign five pages of extra info, including sharing a lot of personal info. I called VRBO and they called the owner and we all agreed it was against VRBO policy and I would not sign it. The five pages I was asked to fill out included personal info like names, ages and occupations of all guests, two long lists of checkout instructions that are not the same, and a full page of instructions regarding using the pool. Even though the security deposit is many thousands of dollars the owner wanted me to sign papers saying it is one fifth of that actual deposit cost. In the long list for pool instructions are things that do not make sense, but ask for a signature agreement. For instance, the list included: if the spa will be on from 1:00PM to 12:00AM - as something to sign and agree to. As others noted, there are no toiletries. One requirement of the host is to leave a long vacuum hose in the pool, which makes a large section of the pool unusable. Also, there are two Keurigs, but no Keurig pods. There is a coffee maker and coffee filters, but the filters do not fit the coffee pot. All in all, the house itself is beautiful, but because of the extremely high security deposit, and the very strange communications with the owner and his five pages of requirements, we could not relax and enjoy ourselves here.
