The property was very unkept and nasty. I had to purchase towels to accommodate my stay. The room wasn’t clean the three days that I was there. The stairway has cigarette butts and very nasty and could be pressure washed. Trash had accumulated and was flowing over simply one word nasty.

The room,appeard clean but there were roaches and hopping spiders. The staff gave us som.e bug spray and we later bought some on our own. The staff was nice and accomodating. The grounds were not very clean and there were guests putting their cigarettes out on the stairs up to our room. Also flipping lit butts on the veranda where they could be stepped on.

the room appeared clean, however, killed of 5 roaches during the 1 night stay. had to sign a statement confirming no smoking in the room, ok, did that. however the walkways and parking lot were littered by hundreds of cigarette butts, like nobody has swept the walkways in months.

Other guests were loud throughout the evening/night. Police showed up multiple times to deal with disturbances throughout the weekend. Rooms were minimally cleaned, I ended up buying my own cleaning supplies and giving everything a much needed wipe down. Office staff was extremely friendly and seemed to be trying their best despite the situations that arose. Best wishes to the crackhead downstairs who decided to fight dragons at 5am on a Saturday morning.

Trash in parking lot and I think Bunch of locals stay there , because there was only 5 cars in the lot . Parking lot had food on the ground . I would rather sleep in my car .

I recently stayed at your hotel and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The room was not as depicted in the photos – it was dirty, old, and I felt unsafe during my stay. There were cockroaches, and the towels seemed unclean. I couldn't sleep and had to buy my own sheets to feel somewhat comfortable. Totally filthy inside and out on the balcony or the room above, creating a musty, moldy smell in the room floor was covered with dirt and filth. The bathroom floor was wet look like possible leak under the sink the bed we had one dirty moist bath towel in the room for two people that was total for the towels wash clothes, it looks like a lot of people are long-term and the curb sidewalk along the parking lot. The ashtray just filthy loud music playing at 3:30 in the morning with a parking lot party going on.

This place was absolutely filthy. The bedding was covered in stains and hair, the floors weren’t swept, the toilet and bath tub both were both leaking which led to a foul sewage smell in the room, and there were cockroaches everywhere. Highly would not recommend.

Our room had a broken telephone, dirt on the bed, the tv remote did not work, the tv wouldn’t volume down. The room reeked of fabuloso cleaner… and the hardwood/laminate floors turned my husbands feet BLACK! We ended up leaving at midnight because of the inability to relax and enjoy our stay because of the other guests that we’re allowed to have 3 extremely loud speaker running.

The employees were nice but the room was not. If we didn't need the room because we were so tired we would have asked for a refund. The sheets were dirty, the toilet leaked like puddles of water. The refrigerator hardly worked and made a little noise all night. I think they have us a crappy room for dinner reason as the reviews were good so I thought it works be clean and nice. Was a let down.

i’m all about budget friendly hotels, especially since I’m just going to be sleeping there and spending my day out and about but this hotel was by far. The worst I’ve ever stayed in it was disgusting and it stunk and half the things didn’t work. See the pictures attached. deliver for the shower did not work so we were only able to take a bath. They refuse to change our room stating that they were at full occupancy, which was obviously not true.

Room 224 - Very Disappointing Stay We checked in very late and were immediately hit with the strong smell of cat urine upon entering the room. It was overwhelming and extremely unpleasant. The pillows were flat and felt unclean—definitely not inviting after a long day of travel. Although the bathroom appeared clean, everything in it was very old and worn out. The towels were paper-thin and far from what you’d expect at a hotel. The worst part? Every time we moved in bed, motion sensors triggered the lights to turn on—while we were trying to sleep! It was incredibly frustrating and made it nearly impossible to get a good night’s rest. I do not recommend staying here. This room was uncomfortable, outdated, and poorly maintained. Spend your money elsewhere.

I stopped here driving in late and its good for a little bit of shut eye then roll. The lady attendant was nice, the room had sheets you could smell someone slept in, the shower was spraying across the ceiling, the shampoo was half used in the little trial bottles, the overall condition of the place needed severe overhaul but checking in super late and getting a few hours of shut eye sure it is what it is because next door was almost triple the price

I was so happy! My mother in law needed a stay last minute, and I booked the room while I was in Illinois. The front desk was so nice, they called me when her door dash arrived, they called me when she arrived after, and they called to tell me she was in the ground floor and the room number. They really went out of their way to provide us peace of mind.

I booked this room because yes my funds were limited so I needed an inexpensive room so the room cost me $80 however regardless if it was $80 or $800 the lack of care from all of the staff was incredible. The first room that I was sent to had bags of garbage all over the floor the bed was not made and there was visible stains on the bedspread when I asked for another room I was given attitude the woman said that this is the room that I chose online but after I did persist I was given another room. It was a smoking room when I booked a non-smoking room the bed had dirt All In Between the Sheets no washcloths and no towels I did request towels three times I never received one. So I have stayed in Red Roof Inns all over the state and other states and this was just absolutely ridiculous

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and pretty clean. The floors in the bathroom were a bit slick. As was the tub. You had to be very careful to not fall when showering and getting in and out. Overall, it was a nice stay!

It was a place to sleep. Hotel is in a very high traffic area so travel was frustrating. The shower curtain rod was broken on one side so the floor was soaked after every shower. There was 4 of us and only 2 towels/wash cloths were supplied. No sort of breakfast/coffee was served so we outsourced everything. Shopping centers & restaurants were close by if you could get to them with the traffic. Eglin AF base was close by. Beaches were only about 30 min drive away. Overall not too bad for the price. Be ready to pay a deposit on top of the room rates as hotels.com doesn't state this when booking.
