Pleased with our stay. Clean, comfortable, nicely decorated studios in a 3-story building with an elevator. Our family got 2 studios; each had a nice kitchenette, 2-chair dining table, desk with chair, & an alarm clock with usb ports & power outlets. (Only issue: no kleenex.) Front desk staff members were polite and helpful. Hotel is located just off major Colonial Road, behind a 24-hour 7-Eleven convenience store. There are a number of chain fast food options within a few blocks on Colonial, including McDonald's, Dunkin, & Dairy Queen Grill & Chill. There's a Walmart further east on Colonial, too.

Staff was friendly and attentive; front desk called room after checking into ensure as was satisfactory. Property and room was very clean, nice bedding. Conveniently located to all of Fort Myers. Hallway and room had musty smell but not terrible. Kitchens for longer stay attracts worker clientele. Swimming pool looked well maintained.

We liked the free onsite parking. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful as were the cleaning staff. The room was very clean. It was a studio room with a kitchenette which included a stovetop, a fridge, a microwave & a coffee maker. There was a nice counter & sink in which to wash the dishes & utensils which were enough for (2) in the cupboards above the sink & in the drawer.. The dish drainer was below the sink. Everything was VERY clean. We enjoyed the TV channels and the outdoor HEATED pool as well. The queen bed was comfortable. The room was nothing fancy, but was very comfortable. We were traveling around Florida, so we had accumulated a bag of laundry we needed to wash & there was a laundry in the hotel, so we did our laundry. There were a couple of washers down, but there were enough for us to do what we had to wash. And the location was in a very convenient location to the people we were visiting. The only downside to our stay was there was a slight odd smell to the room when we used the heating system in the room. For the price we paid, it was a very nice room. We would stay here again if we were ever in the area again.

Not bad at all for the price. Mostly guys like me staying there that are working somewhere in the area. I had my work truck there and it was never messed with... Which was a big plus for me. Multiple cameras set up viewing the parking lot for your safety. The room was clean and everything worked as it should.

No coffee in room unless u ask. No breakfast. Room very small. Lots of young latinos hanging out at the pool drinking all hours dont make for a comfortable family setting.

One of the best hotels in the area. Nice people in the front at all times. Safe, clean, mostly quiet, door to the rooms is inside the building, with a gas station next to the hotel.

Room was pretty clean and like pictured. Hallways smelled quite a bit from people cooking and more which was not too pleasant. Our room had a little funky smell as well. Wouldn’t plan to stay again

The room was spotless, bathroom and towels were clean. The room comes with a full size refrigerator, kitchen sink, convection heater top along with plates, knives, cups and forks. Great place to stay.

Front desk staff were very friendly. The room itself was not in great shape and definitely needs upgrades. The hallway of floor 2 and especially our room smelt horrible, like bad food or something. Woke up in the morning and saw three roaches in our room. Beds were not comfortable at all. Would not stay here again.

Bed was comfortable, but a bit small for a Queen size; we have a queen bed at home and this was definitely smaller. Kitchen area looked clean, but once we sat down to work on the computer, my wife found two roaches on the floor. One half hour later, there were two more. Very unsettling! We had a handicap accessible room, but the shower floor was very smooth and I had to put down a hand towel to stop from slipping while taking a shower.

the room was ok, about what you'd expect in the price range. The kitchenette was very limited. it included service for 2, 1 pot, 1 pan, 1 colander to go with a small coffee maker, a small 2 burner cooktop and little else. the tv was also rather small, but as i mentioned, the price point was pretty low.

This place is terrible - do not stay! Room was so small that 2 people could not pass each other anywhere. Kitchen is tiny. Can't wash dishes and cook at the same time. Need cooktop for counter space. CHOICE HOTELS are turning into hostels! DO NOT stay at any of them. Hotels.com does not tell you they are an "extended stay". If you see that, run as fast as you can to another place.

Facility was clean. No bugs. There was a locker room smell to the room when the air conditioner was off. Bed was a bit tiny for 2 people. Probably a Full size not a queen size mattress.

This property is very homey and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They go the extra mile. SHARILEI is one of the best employees. She is always willing to help amd extremely and most important, she flund my wife's phone case out in the parking lot beside by our rental truck and returned it to us.

This was a great hotel to stay at. It was clean, quite, and the staff was very accommodating. If you need more blankets you just have to ask. If you want your room cleaned you just let them know. I’m not sure why some people thought these two issues were a big deal. I very much enjoyed my stay

I really enjoyed My 2 day stay...I wanted to stay longer, but I was told that I could not extend My Stay because I booked through a third Party! I did not understand that. I won't stay here again! Never!!
